SavvyMoney gives great insight into what makes up a credit score along with options specific to my financial institution that I can take advantage of to save money or build my credit. I highly recommend their services to anyone who cares about their fiancial well-being!
I am a senior with no debt and a nice chunk of assets. My bank offers this ‘service’ on their website. I log and and see my FICO score just below 800. They said: your score would improve if you get an account you regularly make payments on. I go get a secured credit card and my score dropped 150 points with no ability to ask anyone why. My bank blew me off, and Savvy Money has no format to answer questions as to why the opposite occurred.I go get an Experian account and discover Savvy Money is reporting incorrect data. Do NOT take ANY advice from Savvy Money!
For the most part SavvyMoney is a good product, but they make mistakes and there is no way we as consumers, can contact them to have them correct their mistakes. This is great flaw in their product and needs correcting.
The SavvyMoney credit score solution is an amazing tool and provides so much in terms of financial awareness, fraud prevention, and tips for improving credit! Love it!!
There are a scam! Got an email that looked like my bank, saying I should login and check my credit score! Immediately red flag went off! It looked official. Your bank will never email you! Unless it’s to sign paperwork for a loan or such.
I would give Saavymoney a 0 if I could. They refuse to acknowledge that their poor interface is not capable of dealing with a consumers information correctly. Even when they admit the problem has been well documented, they freeze any attempt to resolve the problem for more than 30 days!!! Convenient for them, a broken service for those who suffer their lack of ability to solve a problem
Savvy Money has proven to be a great partner. The support is amazing and Robyn is a wonderful strategic partner!
I dont wish to know that I can get an auto loan as low as 13.59%, and then be denied for that loan. After a hard pull of my credit. If I cant get a loan, dont peddle fake loan suggestions to me to the detriment of my credit. Period.
A sad joke. Inaccurate fico score reporting and plenty of buck passing.
They’re only off by 200 pts. That isn’t an estimate its a lie. Let me be off at my job by that much I’d be unemployed.
I dont know what you do or why youre on my credit report, but itd be really cool to not have unknown inquiries from you ever again!

2024-05-03 16:30:27I had the same problem as noted by another review. My bank uses your service for a quick check on my credit rating. Last month with no changes my rating suddenly dropped almost 100 points. Today I reviewed all 3 of my credit scores and all 3 were over 100 points higher than you are reporting to your client my bank. In the future I won’t pay any attention to this feature my online banking is offering but wanted to alert you to this serious problem with your service/app.

2024-03-22 16:25:51Scores shown by SavvyMoney on my credit union statements do remotely reflect that found directly on the major credit reporting agency web sites, e.g., EXPERIAN. If you see a serious difference between the credit agency reports and what shows on your credit union statement, report it to your financial institution. I have no explanation for this bad reporting from SavvyMoney but I suspect something borderline sinister. A different reviewer reports the exact discrepancy (150 points) as shown on mine, not likely a coincidence.

It has helped so many better understand their credit score and how to improve it. Were so glad we can provide this service to our members for free.I also enjoy logging into my accounts and seeing my credit score. It just makes sense that I should be able to see it alongside my finances. It brings me peace of mind knowing that if someone were to somehow apply for credit using my identity I would be able to see that impact to my score, and then act on it, when I log into my mobile banking app.My role at the credit union gives me the privilege of working with SavvyMoney. They are dedicated to helping people make wise financial decisions and increase their understanding of credit and finance. 2023-08-22 22:03:44My credit union, Lookout Credit Union, has offered this option for many years. I love seeing my credit score when I log in to my home banking, being able to click and explore offers from my CU as well as monitor my score and what is reporting. I did sign up for emails so I do periodically receive emails reminding me to login and look at my info. The emails are always very clearly co-branded with my credit union. I love this service and if your credit union doesnt offer it, you should switch credit unions. :)

2023-08-03 22:26:36I’ve been using SavvyMoney through Bayport CU for several years and love it! I can access my full credit report right within my credit union website, without having to login to a 3rd party website. I can review my credit score daily and check for any time-sensitive alerts, as well. There is a credit score simulator which is a great tool to use when planning for future financial decisions. Highly recommend!

Beside giving a credit score anytime you want one, it can monitor your credit and provides great educational material to improve your score, lets you see your actual report and provides tailored credit offers that can save you money.
