Super cute place, perfect for lunch or a snack while youre out exploring Sonoma! Emporium Fries were SO YUMMY, and the sausages were super tasty. Tried the So Sonoma and the Texas Star and both were really good - highly recommend! They even have a sausage flight if you wan tot try them all. Owner was super friendly and service was fast.

This place is really nice. Had a mimosas and biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs sunny side up. The food was spot on and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I could drink here all day. Its that pleasant.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was good, the atmosphere was clean and modern. We also received amazing service from the staff. If you like BBQ, you must try the texas star sandwich. My husband loves sausage, so this restaurant was perfect. We also ordered sausage to take home. They also have really good cider on tap. Enjoy!

This is one of the best places to have breakfast in Sonoma. If you like sausage, The Sausage Emporium is stellar! The house coffee is delicious too! The variety of sausages is impressive and if you need a charcuterie board for your next gathering, The Sausage Emporium’s charcuterie is the best! Owner, Miranda Ives knows how to pair the right wine/beverage with the right foods. I had one the best BaMi Vietnamese sandwiches ever! I look forward to another visit to The Sausage Emporium soon!

Duck sausage and scotch egg were tasty. Strong coffee, which is what we needed first thing in the morning.Service was dismal. We were told a coffee refill was on its way (never came). Had to go in to pay since it was unlikely we would see anyone in another half hour... it was unfortunate see/hear the server spend a long time talking with indoor customers who came in after us while we literally were left in the cold.I think folks dining indoors may have a better experience. If youre traveling with a dog (which means eating outside), there are better options nearby for $30/person.

Personable, flexible and warm service. Awesome drinks, great selection of them, high quality in the cold cuts, the owner was amazing beyond belief, it was busy the entire time we were there and is understandable, is the best place we could have found in Sonoma Plaza. Guava cider is amazing 😍 Highly recommended

Excellent sausages. A fun place to grab lunch on Sonoma Square. The decor is clean and modern. They make their own range of delicious sausages that are served in interesting combinations. I had the Texas Star sandwich, which was genuinely spicy and the hot beer sausage was great. Good service and reasonable prices. A gem.

We stumbled in here for brunch, and it was wonderful! The drinks were refreshing, the sausages were delicious, and the staff was kind and funny. Hayley made us feel right at home! We had the Caesar salad, charcuterie board, so Sonoma sandwich, and the brat sandwich. All were wonderful!

Fantastic place for lunch! My wife and I got a flight and sandwich. The flight would have been more then enough food for us, but we’re glad we got the caliente sandwich as well. Both were delicious, as was the house wine.

What a great find. Our balloon pilot recommended this place and he steered us right. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was inviting, and the people friendly. The employees really cared about their job and the owner was awesome. You got to make this a must do in Sonoma.

This restaurant is truly amazing. The atmosphere is great for taking clients during the week and the family on Sundays. The food is spectacular and the passion is clearly evident in both the kitchen and front staff. We are so happy to have found this place in Sonoma yesterday...maybe someday there will another one in Petaluma. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon.p.s. We dined here on 8/20 right around 8am. My husband had the breakfast burrito and found a piece of metal in it from a brillo pad, presumably. The staff was made aware but didnt do anything about it such as make him a new meal or comp the existing one. He said it tasted good.I had the burrito bowl. It was a bit overcooked, but pretty good overall. I wasnt asked if I wanted chips so they charged me $2 for them and gave them to me anyways. I didnt want them and I didnt eat them.We shared a duck sausage which was the highlight of the meal.

Sonoma is such a competitive restaurant market with so many choices. From the minute I walked into this spot, it felt like they knew this and felt that how they greet customers is important to the overall experience. The gentleman behind the bar greeted me with old school class and confidence, not something you see often these days. I was immediately impressed. The owner was equally cordial and conversational. The interior design reflects that same timelessness. It’s a lovely spot. The So Sonoma sandwich was exactly as I’d hoped-delicious. The bread was fresh, crisp and chewy. My Pilsner came in a proper Pilsner glass, a nice attention to detail. I will be returning. With a sea of choices, this place now stands out to me as an easy decision. Thanks for making my Sunday morning that much more pleasant.

So yummy!! We love this place for breakfast or brunch. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious and our favorites are avocado toast, bangers and mash, or the flat bread. For Oktoberfest this place was amazing! They have the best sausages with sauerkraut and people dressed in lederhosen! The back patio is also warm and inviting!

This place is fabulous!! We were walking around the plaza looking for a place to have a glass of wine. The hostess greeted us and told us we could have a seat at the bar. One of the owner by the name David came by and showed us the menu and explained the food. I let him know the kind of wine I like, and he suggested a wine which I really enjoyed. He was very passionate about the cafe and gave us a little history on it. When owners are passionate about their place it reflects onto the staff!! We will definitely be back!!

My friend and I were excited to go to the Sausage Emporium, but we were concerned about walking in within 45 minutes of their closing time. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, and she appreciated that we cared about making them stay past close. We ate the sausage flight, and it is a MUST get; all of them were so good. We had a glass of her house sauvignon blanc, and it was great, too. 10/10 recommend!

- 3 stars for service and experienceThe staff were initially friendly but then completely dropped the ball, not checking in with us to take our order for ~20 minutes. They came out and acknowledged the oversight apologized which was nice and I assumed the end of the story. Unfortunately, after delivering our order to the table, staff again completely ignored us - walking by to check on the surrounding tables 3+ times each in the meantime. I would have liked to be able to address the coffee I ordered (it was barely warm upon receiving it) or request a refill later in the meal.+2 stars for food and ambianceThe back patio seating area is nice.Food was pricy for what it was, but tasted good. I don’t know why this place is so highly rated, it was disappointing by far. We had several issues.- the servers were friendly but seemed very very overwhelmed through the whole visit and the restaurant wasn’t that busy- our waiter didn’t seem to know the menu and could not answer basic questions on how things were prepared.- our waiter also seemed to write his tickets poorly and communicated with the back of the house poorly - everyone one in our party overheard him needing to explain his ticket instructed or bringing food back to be fixed because his instructions weren’t clear (not noting an order was takeout, forgetting to mark requests like dressing on the side)- it took forever for our food to come out - which was surprising due to the fact it wasn’t that busy- the food was meh. I had a prosciutto tartine which was tasty. But the side salad was terribly. My salad had many yellowed arugula leaves. The dressing didn’t taste very fresh or add anything to the greens. My French fries were undercooked and unseasoned, the same for the whole party. The whole plate was full of eggshell paint colored fries that were soggy or raw.- they were out of core components on the arugula bresola (beef salumi) salad. Instead of consulting the dinners in our party if they would accept prosciutto or another meat they brought out prosciutto - without verifying if people would eat pork or prefer something else.- the other diners in my party were unimpressed with her meals, and almost every person’s meal was missing something or wrong.So yeah this place was a bust. Not sure why there are so many high ratings. Things were poorly executed. Poorly combined. And the restaurant was very disorganized.

I wanted to love this place because it’s adorable and the employees - I think the owners- were super nice. The sausages, though, were pretty weak. Expensive for a “flight” and pretty flavorless. We had four different kinds and all of us thought they tasted pretty similar. There was also a beer one that promised it was spicy/hot....it wasn’t at all. There’s no smoke on these and really not much interesting.

Vacationed in Sonoma last week and this place was recommended to us by Jeff, our pilot from Sonoma Ballooning. Honestly, we wish we would have gone here every day for breakfast rather than just once. Other than seeming a little short-staffed in the FOH, it was seriously THAT good. I do not recall the bartender’s name but it seemed like she was running it all (and absolutely killing it) until some help showed up. The biscuits and gravy I had were out of this world and the Bloody Mary was immaculate. My sister had the Mac n Cheese with the Hot Beer sausage and loved it. I will recommend this place to everyone every day of the week and if we are ever in Sonoma again we will be back!

Absolutely loved this place. Went with my family for a brunch and this was a fabulous find. Seating is limited and can be a damper if you decide to do a take out since the presentation is what they best. They call themselves the sausage emporium but they only have one dish that has sausage in it and it was overcooked the sausage was dry the Caesar salad was horrendous the shrimp that came with the sausage was overcooked taste like rubber you had more options with oysters than you did with sausage. And the pictures that they show online cant order any of that I would never recommend going there I live in I will never go there again. Also the waitresses ignore you dont pay any attention to you you have to wave them down and it was super expensive

Two words: simply fantastic!My “So Sonoma” sandwich w/spicy vegan sausage was so good that I am still thinking about it 10 hours later! My guy had Kielbasa on “Famous Chicago” and he loved it too. Not a lot of seating and no waiter service but you can take your sandwiches to the park inside the plaza or eat it in your car and enter a state of “sandwich ecstasy”. Such a nice “vibe” to the place”. Very Northern California and very Sonoma! Can’t wait to go back. (Which might be tomorrow! 😆)

Not recommended place, I went to eat and ordered a sausage that I asked if it was very itchy, the guy told me no and at the first bite I already noticed that it was very itchy, my lips and mouth were red, and finally it turned out that I sat down Very bad food in the afternoon. On the other hand, the place is very quiet and the price is affordable.
