Sati is a great agent. Very professional, thoughtful, and helping. However, there is a person in her office, I did not catch his name, that is extremely rude and unprofessional. I switched agents after he told me I was lucky State Farm didnt drop me (I have had zero claims in almost 20 years). Sorry, Sati, I wont do business with people like that.

Sati is incredible at what she does! I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently she prepared a quote and all while running a cost analysis on different savings she can implement in the policy. She went over policies I’ve never even heard of and explained each benefit and its importance to me specifically. Sati didn’t have the pushy sales attitude that unfortunately most do nowadays, and focused on making sure my insurance needs were satisfied in the most cost effective way. She spent the majority of the time we had scheduled a call for getting to know me personally so that she could make recommendations tailored to me, (rather than what would be easiest or get her the quickest sale). Additionally, the rate Sati was able to get me was literally 70% cheaper than any other insurance firm I had contacted. There really isn’t anyone better at this than Sati, and there truly aren’t enough words to express how impressed I was. I would 110% recommend Sati to all family and friends.

I was really impressed with Sati. She was punctual in setting up phone calls and reminders for the upcoming appointment which means she is very respectful of peoples time. We had a video call regarding my policy and she was very professional yet friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She was enthusiastic and seemed very honest and approachable. This is an unusual recommendation because we are no longer owners of any State Farm Home Insurance and yet I strongly recommend Sati Soulakhian as a State Farm Insurance Agent. Our home owner insurance policy rates went up and we called Sati to find out why. Sati explained why and did everything she could to find ways to lower our rates. She spent a great deal of time explaining different coverages. Throughout our multiple phone calls she was knowlegable, patient and professional. She promptly returned phone calls and checked in to see where I was in the process as I researched other companies. We were able to obtain coverage with another excellent company that offers insurance to military members and their families. This coverage was a better fit for us. I realize that that not everyone has the specific qualification to go with this particular company that was able give us lower rates with better coverage. If we did not have this alternative, we would have stayed with Sati. She provided outstanding customer service.

After several years of being a GEICO customer, I decided to call it quits and find a company that better served my needs.
