Did a PPT here and there was no line! Was absolutely pain free and hassle free. No horrible gun shop attitude and was super quick. The employees are really helpful and the shop has a pretty good collection of various items. Id reccomend this to people doing any firearm transfers!

I had a wonderful experience this weekend selling jewelry I no longer cared for. The gentleman were warm and inviting as soon as I walked in. Even gave my dog a treat and my mother some See’s candy. Came here to buy some Mic for studio and looking around for some speakers and this place is very welcoming. Felipe was so very helpful with everything. They have mostly everything in this location. Shoes, branded bags, jewelries, hand guns etc and the price is way cheaper than a store. Definitely will come back for more.

Terrible customer service in my experience hereYou can be 18 to look at a pistol, but not buy it. I am almost 21 in order to look at a pistol, which I came here to decide whether I wanted to get my firearm here or not but the owner was discriminating my age, and didn’t want to let me look at the pistol and lied and told me I can’t even look at it without telling me any details of the law. In in general, my experience here was not very pleasing. Somewhat good items, but stuck up, psychos working here.

I have been looking for ipods everywhere. Most pawn shops had nothing. I walked in and there it was. The ipod of my dreams. I kept losing them so I almost gave up hope since they stopped making them. I found myself short of cash during the week which does not usually happen, but circumstances beyond my control shorted me. I searched shops in my area but did not like what I saw and read. I have a friend who lives in the South Bay Area who highly recommended Sartori due to very friendly and honest dealings he has had with them. Although it was a long drive I wanted to deal with a honest business that I could get a decent amount on a loan for my jewelry. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello from both men at the counter. I explained my situation and asked how much I could get for my rings. After checking I was told the amount they would loan. I felt it was very fair, but needed a bit more. To my surprise they told me they would help me anyway they could and got me what I needed. I was very grateful. All the time I was there I was talked to like I was a family member. Very friendly, cordial and helpful. I also looked around when there and was shocked at how clean, well organized and well run this shop is. I had a great conversation with the owner and was told they appreciate all their customers. I am very satisfied with my experience at this wonderful shop. Plus they have a great selection of other products for sale. I was tempted to buy a few items, but had to use the money they loaned for bills. Seriously, if you want to be treated well, fairly and like a friend, visit this shop. You will not be sorry. There are few places I deal with that treat me this well and with honesty and integrity. This shop is worth your effort and time. I very highly recommend!
