We learned about Sarah from a family referral. She helped us out with a real estate issue we were having a full year before we decided to sell.Her helpfulness when we werent even her client meant when we did want to sell out house, there was no one else we would even consider.Our sale in Grass Valley was a little complicated since we were no longer in the country. You would think this would be an almost impossible task, but because of Sarahs organization, network of professionals, marketing plan and communication using online technology, it was surprisingly very manageable.We really appreciated the efforts she put forth plus all the other people who participated in getting the home ready to sell

This is the second time I work with Sarah and I have to say she’s been a delight to work with from start to finish.. it’s nice to work with someone that really wants you to be happy and wants to find you a happy home!!! From her personality, humbleness it just makes you feel trusting right of the bat. it makes for a very pleasant and “real” working relationship together when buying a home. From start to finish everything Sarah is very detailed and thorough, she makes the process of buying and selling, which I’ve experienced both using Sarah a very easy transaction!!!

Sarah is a lovely soul who is very, very skilled, and she helped us with the purchase of our home in Grass Valley, California. More than hearing my wife and I, she listened. We initially had one idea of what we wanted, but by the end of our first day (which was a Friday), Sarah listened to us and figured out what we thought we wanted was not, in fact, what we wanted. She gently suggested that we try a particular home. In time, we got the house that we wanted for less than we probably would have originally agreed to. This was in large part due to Sarahs attentiveness and commitment to helping us. Moreover, her commitment and service to us has not ended with the sale. Since we are new to the area, Sarah continues to help us with contractor referrals and helping us transition to an exciting new community. It really is impressive how she sorted through our noise to quickly identify the ideal home for us, sensitively presented it, supported us through the ups and downs of buying, and has continued to provide support on the backend after the sale. She really has been, and continues to be, a pleasure to work with.

Sarah Stone-Francisco is an absolute gem to work with! Buying and selling a home can be very intimidating, especially with two children under the age of 5, but not with Sarah by your side. Not only did she truly care about making the sale, which she is excellent at, she cares about you and your family and getting you into the right home for you no matter how long it takes.We have had the privilege of working with Sarah and her team twice now and would recommend her in a heart beat. Sarah was fantastic to work with on my search for a new home in an unfamiliar area. From first contact through closing, the vibe was professional and friendly, with clear communications and realistic expectations. The term agent is an a bit unimaginative and I would bestow the title of dream home spirit guide upon Sarah given the opportunity, with a dash of mama bear from the cub perspective. My interests, whether financial, realistic, or otherwise, were always prioritized; sometimes over those interests that can be propagated with rose-colored glasses that I tend to try on from time to time. When I spoke, she listened, and it it because of Sarahs ability to effortlessly professionally communicate that I am writing this from the comfort of my sun-kissed kitchen bar on a crisp autumn morning.

My wife and I reached out to Sarah after receiving a recommendation from a friend that stated she was by far one of the best and most attentive realtors in the Nevada County area...We were NOT disappointed!!! We had previously listed our home with a different realtor that did not have our best interest in mind; needless to say, we were slightly apprehensive with signing with another realtor. Upon our first consultation, Sarah had put our concerns at ease. She arrived with a full marketing plan, cost analysis and professional, positive attitude. Sarah intently listened to what our goals were for the sale and generated a plan that far exceeded our expectations...Beautiful staging, photos and a customized video that shed such an amazing light on our home that my wife and fell in love with the property all over again. This sentiment was not just shared by us but by many others, as we received a private showing one day after our listing went live and received more visitors to the open house during the first weekend than we had commutatively received during multiple open houses from our previous listing. The hard work and attentive planning yielded an offer within days of the listing being posted, which we gladly accepted. Sarah was the most helpful, timely, concise and kind realtor that we have ever worked with. She made moving from Southern California to Northern California in a 2 month period of time such a smooth, not stressful process. She even went above and beyond to give us references for sub contractors to get specific jobs done on the house that we wanted completed before we moved in. For example, she referred us to the company that we purchased our shutter blinds from and they turned out absolutely amazing!Because this was only our second home that we have purchased we always had a lot of questions and Sarah without a doubt answered our questions very clearly and made them make sense for those not in the field of real estate, like myself and my husband. Sarah deserves the highest rating for honesty, kindness and loyalty. We have land in Nevada City area that was not for sale. Sarah called to tell us she had buyers interested in own land for sale. She did further investigation for her buyers to learn the so called sellers were not us the real owners and land fraud was involved. The fraud sellers had pictures of our state drivers license (photos not us), birthdates, etc. Most realtors would have thought they were the real sellers of our property. Sarah checked and asked her title assistance to look at our original purpose and learned that our signatures on the original purpose did not match of the phony buyers. She called us and did not reach us. She researched more and called our son who verified we were not the sellers. ANY one interested in buying land should check with Sarah. Its sad those folks have our identity and do identity theft. It would be sadder for a buyer to buy under fraud. Thank you Sarah for your watchful and attentive honesty to keep sales safe.

Sarah deserves more stars than reviews allow. She has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. She is by far the best in the area, and I will be using her for any real-estate needs in the future.For some background I’m a first-time home buyer who struggled to find a decent real-estate agent. I went through 5 different agents before I found Sarah. One of them never even returned a phone call after the initial connection even after I found a house to go view. I even had one lady change her phone number and email after 2 months of working with her! And the third left me one read and called me to “follow up” the day I physically got the keys to my new house. It was a nightmare. But the second I called Sarah; she was determined to help us. She helped us find the perfect home that was well within our budget.Sarah makes you feel like family. We had many conversations late around 9pm or so because that’s the only time my schedule would allow. She works with you and walks through every step of the process. She made us feel comfortable in our purchase and I will recommend to her everyone that I know.Buying or selling a house is a big deal, so make sure you have the right agent. Sarah really helped me out when I was in a jam. I received information from my insurance company about the need to mitigate my fire risk. After talking to a number of people who were in the insurance field and no one could explain what I actually need to do, I thought to call Sarah since I knew she was a helpful agent, and I thought she might be able to answer a few questions for me. Not only did she answer those questions thoroughly and with significantly more expertise than anyone in the insurance side of things provided, she then organized a contractor to come and do the actual work required! I was amazed at how much she went above and beyond for someone who she didnt even have a contract with or anything. She was just genuinely kind, helpful and explained things clearly. She also communicated promptly and followed up immediately. I told her that when the time comes for me to actually sell my house, I couldnt imaging someone better!

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Grass Valley with the assistance of Sarah Stone-Francisco. We had started with another agent and the experience was frustrating and fruitless. We had to send the other agent properties to find out about instead of him querying us and sending properties to us for our review. Fortunately he moved out of the area and referred us to Sarah Stone Francisco, who was wonderful. She was everything our previous agent and the two seller’s agents we dealt with along the way were not. Other than with Sarah, the common theme with agents in the area appears to be that they are happy to take your money as long as it can be done from the comfort of their Barcalounger. Sarah on the other hand was helpful, friendly and highly energetic. She sent us multiple houses to review, listened to what we liked and did not like and came back with increasingly relevant options. She is knowledgeable about the various local areas and was able to say why we may or may not want to consider houses we found and sent to her to review. Along with maintaining close contact, she also shared her business colleagues with us who all had the same sense of persistence and professionalism. I had a great experience working with Sarah Stone-Francisco. I told her what I was looking for in an ideal property. She kept that in mind as we went through the property hunting process. We ended up looking at 6 physical properties that I had “prescreened” through property stat sheets that she provided. There were about 6 more properties that I was interested in and was able to cross off before actually seeing, because of her pre work off getting the vital info.
