This office (Mikayla) gets 5 stars. She has worked hard to get corrections made to our car premium mileage, which another agent at another office was unable to do. She took care of it promptly, and had good communication. I would give state farm in general a lower than 5 star rating, but this agent and this office gets 5 stars.

I would never go to anyone else for my insurance, Makayla works like no one else she is so knowledgeable and efficient about everything insurance.
