I have had a half dozen appointments and each one was a great experience. Highly recommended - first rate service and care from the front end to Doctor Tina and Doctor Joanne. I was a little stressed after not having regular dental care for a decade but all of the staff have been very effective in their roles and at putting my anxieties at ease. I know I’m in good care coming to this office, can’t recommend enough.

My husband and I, along with our sons, come here and we love it. Everyone on the team is amazing. Going to the dentist can be scary for little toddlers or any person and they really work hard to make sure everyone feels safe and happy. They explain everything in detail and are great at quoting and I believe very affordable. I have had quotes on things like a night guard and the whole process at other places and the cost was too high. Here it was a fraction of the cost. On top of feeling so welcome, detail oriented, and affordable their work from all of the team members is excellent. The pandemic was not kind to our teeth and at the time we lived in NYC and our dentist was shut down. When we moved here they fixed us all up! I would 100% recommend coming here for your whole family. We brought our youngest at 1 and the oldest was almost 3 here.

I fortunately had her clean, hygienist out, and examine my teeth which gave me the time to ask many questions and her to respond, which she did.Great personality, very welcoming. I have been going to Santa Rosa Implant for 20 years, I am so sorry that Dr. Murray retired. The practice that she had built was the best. Since she has sold her practice to Dr’s Joanne and Tina NGO my dental care has been less than what I am accustomed to receiving. Most of their staff lack professional and compassion for their patients.I would not at this time recommend this office to any of my friends, colleagues or family members.

I havent had any work done yet but went in for a consultation. I had full mouth x-rays done two weeks prior at another dentist (who charged me an outrageous amount of $). The x-rays were sent to Dr. Murrays office but were not too clear. Dr. Murray had another few x-rays taken free of charge. She was very thorough in explaining the different options I had. I feel like she really cares about the client, not just getting as much money out of them as possible. She was really wonderful!All the staff made me feel very comfortable. I definitely want to make another appointment.

The service was very professional and I felt like they were only interested in what was best for me and not just trying to sell the most expensive service/product. Pleasant, informative, helpful and talkative.Besides how Awesome my hygienist Elizabeth is - they do laser treatments after cleaning my teeth - it is just a minor upcharge and I walk away with more energy and feeling like my teeth are squeezy clean.This is truly one of those places where everyone knows your name.My husband was dumbfounded the first time he came here for a cleaning and they offered him something to numb his mouth a bit.
