2022-05-17 05:04:33Im super grateful to these apartments for renting out to us during a time when finding housing was extremely difficult(not because we didn’t qualify, but because the apartment/rental market was so booked). Santa Rosa took us under their wing and we ended up renting the 3bed 2ba here for a little over 8 months. Taylor and the staff were very friendly and they handled maintenance requests fairly easy and quick. All the neighbors I encountered were friendly. I love that the location was pet friendly and they have multiple doggie bag stations throughout the complex. The gym was open 24hrs. The pool was Great and had a nice relaxing jacuzzi. Overall the place was great and the staff made it super easy to return the apartment.

2024-03-27 21:02:00HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would! A little about us for context, we are a family of 4 with 2 dogs. We were never late on a rent payment, never made any noise or caused any issues. Our experience at Santa Rosa Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, it was clear that the management lacked any sense of accountability or respect for their tenants.Firstly, the amenities were frequently closed for extended periods during our 13-month stay, and the leasing agents seemed utterly clueless about what was happening. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification through email, we were met with nothing but silence and indifference. It took a full month for anyone from corporate to even acknowledge our concerns, and even then, promises of resolution amounted to nothing. The situation deteriorated further when Serina from the leasing office decided to threaten families whose children were simply playing outside. Instead of fostering a sense of community, she wielded eviction threats like a blunt instrument, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding. To add insult to injury, there was a shocking incident where an eviction notice meant for someone else in our building was erroneously placed on my neighbors door. This level of negligence is not only outrageous but also a serious breach of privacy.Despite our initial grievances, we decided to transfer to a larger unit upon the end of our lease. However, this decision only plunged us deeper into the chaos of Santa Rosa Apartments. The entire process was riddled with misinformation and inconsistency from the leasing agents, making it impossible to trust anything they said. The final straw came during our pre-move out inspection. Despite rearranging our schedules to accommodate, we were left waiting for hours with no explanation. When we finally managed to reschedule, the inspection itself was a farce, lasting a mere two minutes, during which the maintenance manager fabricated claims of carpet damage caused by our dogs. This accusation was not only false but was also contradicted by the state of the carpet when we moved in which was VERY poor. Covered in stains and completely worn out.Upon questioning the report, we were met with a barrage of conflicting explanations from different agents, each more absurd than the last. The lack of transparency and accountability reached its peak when the community manager, Amber, displayed zero empathy and instead resorted to gaslighting and rudeness. In desperation, I reached out to corporate once again, but the process was an exercise in futility. It took over 70 attempts to get through to someone, and even then, I was met with a runaround. While Debbie from Customer Care seemed genuinely concerned, her efforts ultimately yielded no tangible results.Despite multiple attempts to obtain a clear understanding of potential charges and fees from Amber, she repeatedly stonewalled me, only to spring surprise charges upon move-out, including arbitrary cleaning fees for the carpet and oven, conveniently inflated compared to market rates. Despite requesting to speak to higher management, Amber refused to provide contact information, forcing me to resort to online searches to find regional management. At this point, its abundantly clear that Santa Rosa Apartments is not worth the headache. While Ill begrudgingly pay their exorbitant fees to extricate myself from this mess(that they threatened to send to collections on the very first day they sent me the invoice), I implore anyone considering moving here to think twice. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency exhibited by the management, particularly Amber and her leasing office, is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and find a community that values its residents and doesnt attempt to scam you upon move out.

2023-10-04 19:53:14I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS..These apartments are not family friendly. They kept sending emails stating kids cannot ride their bikes, use chalk etc.. there’s always dog poop all over the side walks and grass. Walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors using the restroom, cooking, etc. Pool area was always dirty and according to maintenance, floods are a common thing inside the apartments. We had one in ours and it was horrible getting them to fix and clean the apartment. Amber the manger was very quick to say “the flood is not their fault”Everything is so cheap inside the apartment. Be sure to take photos of EVERYTHING prior to moving in and save them for when you move out. They are already trying to charge us for damages the flood had caused & carpet stains and claim we had a dog when we don’t even own a dog and the carpet had stains when we moved in..🥴

2024-04-07 14:54:46We moved to this apartment complex in Nov 2020, lived there for three years until Nov 19, 2023.Never missed a payment or had an issue whatsoever. But when we decided to move out, we received the move-out inspection list, and the following was the details:Vinyl repairs: USD 200Renters Insurance: USD 50Vinyl repairs:When we moved into the apartment the floor had two Vinyl Floor Patches (image attached)After three years of cleaning the floor and the cheap glue used the patches got peeled off, the management informed us it’s not normal wear & tear, and that it costs them a lot to change that piece while my husband worked as a general contractor and knows exactly how much it costs but he didn’t touch it so he would follow the rules but thats what we got $200.They informed us as well that the flooring contractor will be sharing an actual invoice since that was an estimate, but we never received it.Renters Insurance:I’ve contacted the management stating that the insurance policy was uploaded to the Santa Rosa Website on the day that was supposed to be obtained, the manager replied that the policy should have been uploaded to e-premiums website that I’ve never heard of, plus we’ve never received any email informing us that that’s a policy to use the other website instead of their OWN WEBSITE. That is ridiculous and absurd, why do you have a website and document center if you won’t accept it over there?!Knowing that I’ve tried to contact the e-premiums to ask them if I can do a monthly policy since I will be using it only for two weeks, but they refused, so I had to go shopping for another affordable policy to cover the gap period. So, it’s literally as if paying twice to two insurance companies. After we’ve received the check for the initial amount, I’ve tried to reach out to the leasing office, but of course they stopped answering, left a message on the corporate customer relations portal with no reply.Never received a refund as they replied!!!

2023-11-06 19:51:22I recently had the opportunity to visit the Santa Rosa apartments in city of Wildomar and it was a truly wonderful experience. The apartments were modern and stylish, with all the amenities one could want. The views were breathtaking, and I could easily envision myself living there. Serina Garcia leasing consultant was friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. All in all, it was an amazing visit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

2023-11-20 19:40:45Santa Rosa Apts are really good. Apartments are nice, with a larger than most kitchen, wood flooring, attractive grounds with nice landscaping and trees. It is quiet with convenient parking.Cons: gate sometimes is closed as early as 5:30. Clickers are unreliable. With 3 adult drivers in our apartment, we have only 1 garage door opener and 2 gate clickers.Slow maintenance follow thru, no one answers phone, 90% of time it is answering machine, frustrating.

2023-11-13 22:15:12Been here for 3 years and really love it. Had to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom because they raised the rent so much. My only real complaint right now is the crazy amount of spiders and webs everywhere. I have complained about my patio and they did spray, but they are still everywhere, especially around the pool area, mail boxes, even in my apartment...just everywhere. I am talking black widows, brown widows, etc. I am afraid to open my windows and slider. Its not good.
