Took both my 2 and 4 year old for a checkup and had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen. Previously, we had gone to a different office through a referral and I did not get the best vibe from that doctor which was unfortunate as it was their first visit but Im relieved I found Dr. Nguyens office. Everyone was so caring and nice. Will gladly continue to bring my boys to Dr. Nguyen.

Super accommodating and friendly staff. Made my daughter feel comfortable when she was nervous and got us in same day for potential issue. She asked if we can always come back here! Impressive for a 6 year old to ask. Thank you so much for making her comfortable, no longer scared of the dentist and wanting to come back. The most warm and welcoming and caring staff you could ask for.

I have two difficult and antsy toddlers but Dr. Nguyen is truly the miracle worker! She somehow knows how to calm them down and check/examine their teeth so throughly and comprehensively. She sincerely cares for her patients also. She only recommends what is necessary while using the safest products for our children. I can always count on her and trust that she wants the best for our family and their dental health. We have know her for many years and will continue to have her has our family pediatric dentist! She also has a great team of staff too. Thank you Santa Margarita Dentistry for your excellent and personal service!

We love Dr. Nguyen. Her staff is very friendly and are great at helping our kids (4 y.o. and 1 y.o.) feel comfortable. The office is clean and kid friendly around every corner. Dr. Nguyen takes her time with my kids and parents to make sure all our questions are answered. We will be going here until the kids are grown!!

Dr. Nguyen was an absolute pleasure. She took time to explain her findings with me. She and her dental assistants went above and beyond to make my daughters feel at ease and comfortable. My youngest is fearful of the dentist, and she had an extremely pleasant experience here. The front office staff is so friendly. I am so happy with my first experience at this office and am looking forward to my kids future appointments.

I took my 4-year old daughter to Santa Margarita Pediatric Dentistry for her first visit yesterday and it went really well! She usually get nervous at the dentists, but Dr. Jessica and the whole team were very friendly, attentive, and patient with her. They made her feel more comfortable and relaxed. She even asked me to brush and floss for her before bed, which never happens! Thank you Dr. Jessica and Team for a great, stress-free visit!

Love the staff! Kind, friendly and so helpful. We were able to come in on short notice first thing on Monday of this week to get some new rubber bands that had broken off from my daughters braces over the winter break. Really like the updates to the space too.Update 3/4/21: My daughter gets nervous about cleanings, but she had a great experience with Spring, who is a pro! Did I mention carmel-flavored paste? Those small details make all the difference 😍. We love Dr. Jeanne too. I always feel secure having my daughter in her care. Also, on our visit today I noticed all the forms have completely shifted to digital which makes checking-in super easy and smooth. I also appreciate the text reminders/notifications and flexibility. Thank you for another excellent experience.

My daughter has been a patient at Santa Margarita Pediatric Dentistry for three years now and we absolutely LOVE this office! The front office staff is always kind and very welcoming. It’s easy to schedule and/or reschedule appointments. We love the dental assistants and Dr. Jeanne Nguyen. They all have put my daughter at ease over the years and have made her feel so comfortable! She actually looks forward to seeing the Dentist! The office is kid friendly- they have TVs showing Disney movies and have arcade games in the back that the kids can play while waiting. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!!! ❤️

The staff was fantastic and made my daughter feel very supported and special. They gave her a balloon for her first visit. Even though it was from a dentist appointment, she said that it felt like it was her birthday! Dr. Jeanne Nguyen was fantastic and gave a lot of great information and answered every question that I had.

My kids love going to dentist now that we come here. They have been amazing in handling the various issues our kids have had with their teeth. The staff truly care for our kids when they come in. My daughter usually leaves with a new toy after her appt. which is always a plus in her book. I highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Nguyen’s office! We were greeted upon arrival with a warm welcome and it was a seamless experience filling out paperwork, etc. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. My 2 year old does not like doctors, dentists, hairstylists, etc and while he screamed the whole time, Dr. Nguyen and her staff handled it calmly and then rewarded him with trucks to play with and then he got a dinosaur on the way out! My 3 year old did great and the staff was excellent with her! We will definitely be back!

Cute office. Very friendly. We had our first visit with Prophylaxis (Full cleaning) for both my girls. We are new to the area from out of State. Dr Nguyen recommends a Sealant per tooth, code D1351 at the rate of $72/tooth. Too costly, and seams excessive for preventative care. A topical flourish applied every 6 months, and good oral hygiene seems more reasonable.Do your homework and know your insurance codes/coverage.

Dentist Jeanne is really sweet with my kids, she always make sure they are happy and comfortable, my daughter is 3 and she loves to go there. My son is 1 and he does really well. Cleaning the teeth is super fun for themThe Waiting time is no more that 5 or 10 min, there are toys for the kids, place is clean and All the staff is super friendly. Kids always get out with goodies that Santa Margarita Pediatric Dentistry give to them. ☺️

I have been bringing my kids here for almost 18 years now. Today was the first time coming back after the COVID shutdown. We were greeted by the common friendly attitude by the staff and felt completely safe during our visit. Our temperatures were taken at the door and we were asked some questions regarding our health, we didn’t mind.Very happy with their practice and professionalism. So happy to be back!!

I love the staff! They greet you with a smile and warm welcome every time. They discuss/ask questions before an appointment and go over the details after an appointment. They are fantastic keeping families informed.Our insurance can be picky and needs detailed receipts of service provided. They go above and beyond to accommodate us with this tedious task!Also, with Covid guidelines...they are super thorough and it is obvious they have our health in their best interest. Clients are screened before entering, chairs are sanitized and strategically placed to stay within the suggested distance requirements.We have been going to Santa Margarita Pediatric Dentistry for years now.

Everyone was so friendly! My son is 2 and I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. They were so patient with him and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. It was the week before Halloween and they did a cute Halloween costume contest too. Very happy with the staff!

Honest, warm and friendly dentist and staff! Nice soothing features like kid size chairs, arcade video games and a “no-cavity” prize draw! Hygienist really listened to 4 yr olds feelings throughout the visit and adjusted as needed to make him comfortable! Happy to have found them! Highly recommend this practice!

My 7 year old son started going here for his first dentist a few years back. His grandmother typically took him. His last visit he had to get 3 filings done. Dr Jeanne Nguyen was the one who was working on him this visit. My mom (my sons grandmother) was in the room. While giving him shots to numb him he teared up and cried. Dr Nguyen’s response to my 7 year old son was that he was 7 years old stop crying hes too old to act like that. Which made my mother upset. Dr Nguyen told, my mother to get out of the room if she couldnt hold it together. She also said ni will only do 1 filing rather than The three planned. My son has not been back to this office since. I have changed his dentist and we will not go back. Dentist is very pay me now now now. Front office is pleasant. But they dont work on the teeth.Update:After my mother left her honest opinion review, (on yelp)this dental practice CALLED ME AT HOME within an hour to tell me my mother literally was a liar. Within less than 24 hours 2 new reviews were posted to say how nice the doctor is. (Reviews from fam & friends in my opinion) Not a very professional way to handle an unhappy customer. This is another reason I will not take my son back.Edited for SP 12/5/18

This Is the worst place ever. It looks great from the front but the Dentist is a Crook. We went here for years, set up an account to do Orthodontist work threw the office when they were young as the grew. He had multiple teeth pulled from both children at a cost of thousands of dollars. THere were other instances in the office about his Pt care that came to light when the kids were a bit older. We decide to check other Orthodontists prior to getting any work done. All 3 we checked and Liked around the RSM area. All 3 asked why the teeth were pulled and said there was no reason to pull teeth from children mouths. These were not wisdom teeth he pulled either. IF DONT WANT UNWANTED PAIN FOR YOUR CHILD DONT GO HERE

Dentist is great, but the orthodontics practice has gone downhill since the previous orthodontist retired (only a month after we signed up for treatment!). Dr. Luwiharto seems to be unpracticed and ineffective. Little to no progress in tooth movement was made over many months, despite countless trips to the clinic. In addition, basic practices were missed, such as cutting off wires to prevent cheek puncture. Despite having already pre-paid everything and not getting a refund, we finally gave up and moved to a new practice in the past couple of months, after which rapid progress in teeth movement was achieved.
