2024-05-21 18:58:09The guys at SM Ford are the best. I bought a new 2024 Raptor from them, and the whole experience was great. Everyone was friendly and chill, felt more like hanging out at the clubhouse at a golf club rather than a typical dealership. Ron was the sales guy who sold me the truck and hes the man. Fun dude to be around, made the process pleasant and seamless. Jason the manager was really cool too. I enjoyed my time over there, I trust the team, and overall would recommend this dealership over any other Ford dealership Ive been to. They run a tight ship and I feel like Im in good hands working with them. Never any concerns of getting scammed or any of that nonsense. 10/10 experience!

2024-06-20 19:11:56All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Rene, was very patient considering I pick apart every detail due to. ad experiences in the past. Sorry if I seemed like I didnt trust you! This is a family dealership and they keep their customer service tip top so that they have return customers for life! Shervin, in finance, was very upfront on everything and what they offered. He gave me a good deal and was also very patient. Great experience!

2024-05-08 21:21:15I had to bring in my 2022 Ford F-150 lightning in for repair. Jay was assigned as my advisor and he did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my truck. Santa Margarita Ford was able to get me a loaner vehicle which helped me out tremendously. Jay my advisor did a phenomenal job of staying in consistent communication with me. It actually only took two weeks for them to repair my truck. Thank you so much Santa Margarita Ford and Jay for doing a fantastic job.

2024-03-29 18:28:37So I have never left a review anywhere in my life online but I feel like it is a must just so others can be aware. Took my car in to get serviced and mentioned I heard my brakes speaking and asked them to check it out. They charged me for service but never mentioned anything about my brakes but said it was probably just dust. They said they saw a transmission leak that needed diagnosed so I brought it back on a Monday morning. It was there all day and around 4pm (3 hours before closing) I got a text saying that my transmission needs a seal and got quoted… wait for it… over $4,000… I double checked that they weren’t asking me to replace my transmission completely and he said “no it’s just a seal”. I then asked what costs $4k and he told me it was because they have to take the transmission out.. since they told me I would get the car back the same day and only 3 hours of business left, It made me think of switching jobs to whoever was getting paid over $1,400/hr for labor…(Keep in mind my car is a Explorer and not in fact a Bugatti) even after I left and obviously said no to the quote, I could still hear my breaks squeaking and a slight grinding which they said was “dust”. I took it to a trusted friends mechanic to find there was absolutely no leak in my transmission and my break was starting to rub on metal. This cost me $250 instead of $4,000Please be cautious here. I had zero complaints until the 4k quote and everyone was super nice and helpful. I don’t know who creates the quotes but just be skeptical and get second opinions!

2024-06-20 18:39:45This dealership is great! You gotta read my rather lengthy but good esperience.Matt in sales is exceptional. Online I built the truck that I wanted. Matt received my build and found a truck that happened to be destined to Santa Margarita Ford to my exact specification with a couple additional packages. It turned out that those new packages only added $1,800 to my cost becasue of Fords discounts that accompany them. He called me a few days later when the truck arrived and I drove out with it on the same day. BTW the dealership also took my old truck as the down payment honoring the purchase agreement that I received from CarMax; that was so convenient. I have to mention others such as Erik and Dave that were Im sure very instrumental in making things progress so smoothly. If you need a truck go see them because they have lots.I purchased the protective paint coat and a spray on bedliner that had to be applied later. Kelsy called me to schedule the day and time and those two items were completed in two days. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the bed liner is a Rhino spray on bedliner as I had that on my previous truck with fantastic durability experience.

2024-04-30 17:20:15My experience with Santa Marguerite Ford was exceptional from my initial website inquiry to a follow-up service appointment I had post-purchase.My first contact was with Mike and he was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Upon my arrival at the dealership to look at the Mustang Mach-E, I met Matthew who was assigned to help me because of his expertise on the Mach-E. He has one of his own and effortlessly answered all the questions I threw at him. I left feeling confident that I had all the details I needed to make a decision. The next evening, I brought my husband to see the car and to drive it, just to make sure we were on the same page. Again, Matthew provided a ton of detail for him and answered any remain questions we had. It was late and close to closing time, so decided to return the next day to completely the purchase. I had a tight timeframe because I had some work calls I needed to lead. Matthew was waiting for me when I arrived and was ready to start paperwork. He notified Dave in finance of my timeline. When I entered the finance office, Dave was fantastic. He thoroughly went through all the paperwork with me and still got me out on time. The experience was phenomenal from beginning to end.Fast forward two days. I was driving the new car and a tire pressure sensor notification came up. I happened to be driving right near the dealership after 6pm on a Sunday (past closing). I pulled into the parking lot and Dave and Matthew were leaving. They saw me, came over and asked how they could help. After a few minutes of looking at the car, they told me to call service first thing in the morning so they could take a look. Tire pressure was good so I went on my way.Early Monday, I called service, even though the warning had gone away. They said to bring it in and they would take a look. I pulled up and spoke to Freddie who immediately took the car back and had it looked at. He didn’t believe there was an issue but wanted to plug it in and check for codes. Sure enough, everything was in the clear. They reset everything, made sure tires were filled to the proper levels and I was on my way home in about 10 minutes.I have to say that I think I’ve touched about every part of the dealership and they provided an incredible experience every step of the way. I cannot thank everyone there enough. I will definitely recommend Santa Margarita Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2024-06-09 20:54:28Never had a bad experience at Santa Margarita Ford, and yesterday’s 5K service for my 2023 F-150 was no different. Easy appointment to book, my truck was done as a waiter, I always double check for leaks, oil residue and level on the dipstick- spot on. My advisor Clare was professional, answered all my questions and I highly recommend RSM Ford. They’ve maintained my previous 2003 Cobra as well as my 2006 F-150 as well. Thank you!
