I recently had a disappointing experience at Santa Clarita Imaging with technicians Alexis and Abbey.Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting in an empty office with no acknowledgement.When they finally attended to me, they were cold, robotic, and showed zero empathy or bedside manner. I felt like an inconvenience and a piece of meat.When I tried to provide feedback, they responded with sarcasm and aggression.I appreciate the kindness of Jasmine downstairs, who listened to my concerns and provided the supervisors contact information.I hope others have a better experience.

Had MRI on left knee and on back done on 6/3 it’s 6/20 and they still haven’t released knee report. I’ve been to the office multiple times. I’ve called multiple times and they have submitted expedite tickets for the report. Was told by a “supervisor” today that it would be out today. Well at least website finally updated from report could not be located to will be available on 6/24 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Had a 9.00 pm appointment in building whereby its address sign was not readily visible from any parking spot. The entire area was poorly lit.After almost half an hour of roaming in the area,found the locked doors with no sign of humans inside. Had to bang on the door so that a nurse came to open it. She indicated a sign hanging on the door with a phone number to call.Again! a sign in a poorly lit area behind stained glass.Other than that. The entire team and experience were amazing!.

I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking, lobby bathroom that didnt require a key, and great communication. I received a text that they were running behind schedule, which allowed me to get some work done in the car before heading inside to check in. Once inside I only waited about 10 minutes, and was called back once the tech was ready for my MRI. The tech was gentle, courteous and professional. She put my concerns at ease. I would definitely come back to this facility!

The staff were very professional and polite. I had an 8:55 apt I got there at 8:15 I was seen early and was done by 8:45 a full 10 minutes early. I filled out my paperwork before I arrived and it made the whole process quick and easy. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I had a 10:10pm appointment scheduled last night at this facility. I really didnt want to go that late, but thats all the appointments they had available. They did call me in earlier because they had a cancellation and I was able to get in sooner. They were real sweet to me. I got lost and couldnt find the building so the receptionist called me back and gave me directions and when I still couldnt find it, she came out of the building to find me. The technician was also very sweet and kind and put me at ease. Very kind staff. Nice place, Just a little hard to find...👍🙂

Im Claustrophobia and unfortunately, I was scheduled for a closed MRI. However, the staff at the facility were incredibly kind and supportive. They made sure I felt comfortable and guided me through the process smoothly, they took great care of me and made sure I had no issues during the MRI.

I was there as walk in for xray tiday. The staff was terrible. They had system issue however they did not communicate it to us until i got up & asked them how much longer i has to wait. I waited for 50 minutes to have less than 10 min of xray taken. One of the older staff (perhaps she was the mgr) was so rude. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me saying they just had a system issue and tried to fix it. At least what they should have done, they should communicate itbto the patient & tell them the situation rather than making the patient to wait. People needs to go bck to work.

The lady she helped me is cold of a person, no affection no human touch…I wish you can hire people that they have feelings with the patients they help….When i pay my quote part of $233 for the service, and my insurance pays way more then that, I don’t expect your technician telling me to clean after myself, (which usually I put away my unclean stuff) but i don’t need to hear it.My experience with your company whether from booking the appointment to the service I received it wasn’t a good experience.

The office wait time was 45 minutes. Once taken in the back, everything was efficient, friendly and professional. Plenty of free parking as well.The real problem is that the online appointment system is hopelessly broken; I found it literally impossible to create an account or make an appointment without an account. And you cant make one by phone, either.Again, once there, everything runs smoothly. If it werent for the lengthy wait and inability to book ahead, Id give 5 stars.

Scheduling was easy and they use technology to gather all the needed documents ahead of time. Office staff was ok, but the tech was not friendly at all. She was very abrupt and barely greeted me. Most medical facilities the staff is friendly and tries to put the patients at ease - not here. Then she scolded me for being late and said I almost missed my appointment (I arrived 2 minutes late, then from the downstairs office which was listed on my paperwork I was sent upstairs to another office. Once upstairs I immediately completed all the documents requested). If I was late, then they should have told me to arrive at an earlier time so I could do all they needed me to do before the tech was scheduled to see me. I don’t know if all the techs are like this but that was my experience today. Rather unfortunate.

Wish to share a great experience I had at the Santa Clarita Imaging Center.I needed to get X-rays for both my knees due to pain that I am experiencing while running.The front staff is quick and very welcoming. The wait was only 20 minutes. Most places they have a 2 hour wait. The waiting area is very clean. All chairs are six feet apart and everyone is wearing masks. Great job.Josh and Jeff did an excellent job calming me down. Josh explained to me what was going to happen and walked me into a room. He asked me why I was there and made sure to get the angles required to help me. As he was taking the X-rays, Josh worked with Jeff to make sure the angles were correct after taking the shots. I really do appreciate that because I have been to places where they get you in without any caring.I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was in pain and very nervous about my injuries. I wish to thank all the staff an especially Josh and Jeff for making this a nice experience considering why I was there.I highly recommend Santa Clarita Imaging Center.Update: 3/1/22I needed X-rays and an MRI. Santa Clarita imaging center is a bit of a drive for me. I have other centers closer to me but choose to drive because of their customer service.I called to make an appointment for my MRI. I asked if they could fit me in and they said yes. I went one hour before. I got in and out of the MRI within 40 min. Val and Omar were the techs that helped me out. I needed a hip Xray and they got me prepped and ready withing 5 min. They made me feel comfortable and told me everything that I would need to do. Val was very comforting and could relate to my hip injury from running. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Thank you, Val and Omar, for helping me out.The MRI was easy and well, an MRI. The techs were nice and got me ready with putting all my clothes in a locker.They were very courteous and made sure I was comfortable before being slid into the MRI. I was giving a squeeze ball in case I needed to come out.Everything went well and I got the results for my knee. I will need Meniscus surgery. Thank you, Santa Clarita Imaging Center, for helping me out.Update: 8/4/2022I highly recommend Santa Clarita Imaging Center. I drive up from the Burbank area for their service.Parking is plentiful and they accept walk ins for X-Rays.I need a cortisone shot and had to get an Xray before the Doctor can give me the cortisone shot.I walked in and was presently greeted by Lisa. I told her my situation and she said they would get me in. They were busy and I was in and out in 45 minutes.Luisa and Karen with the techs that helped me get the X-rays. They were both very friendly and welcoming. They told me were to stand and go my X-rays done in about 10 minutes.I drive the extra miles for the staff and quality of customer service that Santa Clarita Imaging Center provides.Thank you

I always like going to Santa Clarita Imaging for my annual mammograms. Especially this location on McBean Parkway. Never have an issue. The staff is always polite and helpful. The whole process is always smooth from check in to check out. I am in and out, in no time at all. I prefer the early morning hours as there are not as many patients. Even when busier, the wait is not that long. Their facility is always clean. They are very efficient. It’s always a pleasure coming here. Especially, for a procedure that is not pleasant to experience but is critical to the health and well-being of women.

Ive had to reschedule 10 times for lack of communication on the part of the various offices…The reason for the five stars is for One Person Only! Janette Franco. She should be placed in a position to train your other offices to handle special cases like mine. It will save lots of time and frustrated customers like myself. She took the time to explain what i need with me to have prior to completing an MRI.No one else offered that kind of detailed customer service. She is a valued employee. Please consider her she is working far above and beyond her pay-grade and position.Janette Franco is a diamond. She can come work for me anytime!! And she knows it!

Set me up with a poor attitude with my technician, who seemed to be very good. She was gentle and felt the tension while the hoodie girl scrolled on her phone.

Also what is great about it is that they are open until 11:00 p.m. at night so if youre not available during the day you can go anytime at night which is awesome. This would help lessen the duration of the visit as tests can take a while depending on what you need.

The service was efficient professional prompt and friendly.However, I had difficulty verifying this was the right building since there is no signage out front for them, only for Ucla. Furthermore, I was told this was liberty imaging but inside they told me a different name. Also, I was told Suite 100 for a Mammogram which I entered but it is actually Suite 261.

The day before my mammogram I called and was told that they had the order for it. They didn’t. After being treated in a rude and condescending manner by the front desk person she then admitted they had a standing order for patients from my provider Optum. Then I waited from 11:45 until after 1 pm to be called back for my 12:15 mammogram. Every person who came in behind me was called back before me and left. I went back up to the receptionist to inquire as to why I was STILL waiting for my appt and as if by magic the tech came out and called me back. I will not be using this place again. I don’t pay for this kind of treatment. People should not bring their personal control issues to work with them and apply them to patients who need care not mind games.

The lobby was full they informed me they were running 10 min behind schedule and true to their promise 9 min later I was brought back and the MRI took place in a clean and cool room. The cage had a mirror so I could see techs at any time . I the contrast was administered without pain and I was helped to reschedule the additional required MRIs in a more convenient manner before I left the imaging center highly recommend

I had a really bad experience with the contrast administered today. My arm swole up really bad, the tech said my vein closed up during the contrast so instead of it going through my vein it was going in my skin. I got a really bad reaction and now I cant fold my arm😭 The tech gave me some heating pads to apply on my swollen area, but that only made it swell up even more, he said if it doesnt go down in 3 days to contact my doctor. When I got home my brother told me to put cold pads on my swollen areas and now Im just praying that it goes down. I dont want to go to urgent care 😭

They never notified me that they need authorization before the ultrasound and so at the time on appointment, they said they dont accep the insurance without authorization and I ended up paying out of pocket for what could have been done a week earlier when they try to confirm the appointment a hundred times by email and txt.

I had a bad experience at a different facility and it scarred me, but this facility has been so accommodating to my needs and ailments, that I’m more open to come here for all my future needs.

I made two appointments for 2 different issues at 2 different times.They saw that without me saying anything the did one and the other immediately after saving me about 3 hours. The system in place is pretty well-coordinated.As for the people with whom I spoke over the phone were all extremely nice.The mammography tech was very ordered, but was quite gentle whilst shifting about my breasts, one of which is in pain.Crystal was all business, with not very much in the way of listening and/or showing empathy. She seemed to not care that I have vertigo, so wanted/needed to lie down FLAT slowly. But when it came to the ultrasound itself, there was no pain, and again, THIS person also was gentle.Lisa (front or side desk) is a sweetheart!And there was another person with whom I had a decent and FUN chat whilst having my waiting sit. Oh, darn, I wish I could remember her name. It was apparent she LOVES her job! That speaks volumes.Juana, with whom I spoke over the phone twice, was extraordinarily nice - and PATIENT! - with me. I had hoped to meet her this morning.

Basically, everything was great. The only negative critique that I would have is that the appointment was made a month ago and they called at 8:30 PM on Tuesday to ask questions and sent a text with a link at 5:30 PM on Wednesday for me to fill out forms. The scans were on Thursday morning and I think it would’ve been easy and very simple to ask the questions and send the link with the forms much earlier.

The check in was fast & the staff all seemed nice & professional, my only small complaints would be that when I presented my ID the forms I was given had my previous last name & when I asked about that, the staff said oh your last ID had this name I said well my name is hyphenated now so please fix it or its not actually me is it?, lets be accurate! So she fixed it in computer but not on form. Second thing was my IV contrast, I told the lady I only had 1 good vein & was difficult & after looking at my arm she should have gotten the coworker she ultimately had to get AFTER STICKING ME & MISSING 😡 you should know when you need help. Other then that, I was taken in at my appt time & it went smooth & was quick, so glad for that. The facility was clean, with plenty of parking and thats always refreshing especially cause I have a heart condition & cant walk long distances unless I bring my walker so I was able to park right in front by the door. All in all, not a terrible experience, just a necessity of life with an inconvenient IV stick.

I walked in and a woman named Jan looked at me said I will be right with you and to have a seat. So I did. After about 5 min Another patient came in and was helped immediately.I went to the window and asked a polite lady named Lisa if I could be checked in now that I was told to have a seat. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the waiting room is warm and inviting, not too clinical. I had to fill out paperwork online and submit a few papers, but it was easy. I didn’t wait long to be seen, so I was in and out of there quickly. Overall, I really liked Santa Clarita Imaging. One tip is to ask the staff which building they are in because it can be confusing. What I recall is they are in the same building as “UCLA Health.”

The outdated dressing room area could be cleaner. Even though it’s a very busy office the staff works diligently to move things along. Addressing patient could be less robot like and more human-like. Sorry I don’t usually write reviews but that’s what I experienced. I thought it was gonna be a long wait but instead I was seen in a property matter within 25 minutes of being there the girls who took my x-rays were excellent, respectful and understanding I will recommend my family and friends to this imaging center. This was my first time getting a mammogram I went in terrified not really knowing what to expect! I went based off of other people’s experiences. I was surprised that it wasn’t was I expected. I was in great hands with the lovely lady that help me. She was kind, gentle, and comforting me through all of it and I’m greatful. Great experience not scary at all didn’t hurt very gentle new greatful for new technology. The 3D machine was not painful at all

If I could give no star I would do, they schedule me for 6:45 pm for my newborn ultrasounds and on the day that sent me messages that their machines are broken and we need to call them, I called them to make sure that I need to reschedule however the guy told me no need to do and I could show up on my appointment at 6:30 pm, I took my 3 weeks old there and realized that the room is locked and no one responded to us after knocking on the door for couple of times the lady came up and she just acted that it’s our fault to be there, she was like that nothing happened and if I wanted her to reschedule for another place same day she just refused, I wouldn’t recommend this trash place to anyone, so so irresponsible and careless regarding patient and their time. Worst experience ever.

The waiting room is a bit cramped, but there is a sign that says for patients only and it was definitely not patients only in there, but that was a minor inconvenience. The lady at the desk helped me quickly and the two ladies who took my x-ray were extremely nice for the most part. It was a quick and easy visit. And everybody was wearing their mask, so that was definitely a plus.

I would love to share an incredibly awesome experience I had at the Santa Clarita Imaging Center.I needed to get an MRI on my left ankle and foot due to pain that I have been experiencing from Plantar fasciitis, well it had since increased significantly and spread to other areas that is when my My Podiatrist: Babak Kosari, DPM, suggested an MRI. My appointment was at 8:40pm and I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. I phoned the number on the directory and front staff Lisa was quick to let me in and she was extremely welcoming. I filled out a form and the wait was approximately 20 minutes. Lisa was very thorough with any questions or concerns I had related to the MRI; as I had never had one. She was very kind, courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable and that was comforting. I would like to say the waiting room was very clean and had this calming vibe about it as well! Before I knew it I was called and and warmly greeted by the radiologic technologist Maria. She was so sweet and she politely explained to me what was going to happen and made certain I had nothing metal on me that would interrupt the MRI process. She kindly instructed me to put my belongings in a locker as she would be right back … she said she will prepare the room, Maria returned and then walked me into the MRI area. She asked me why I was there, I told her and she then assured me that she will capture the necessary angles needed. Just before I was asked to lay down there was this absolutely wonderful (student) who assisted me by taking my sneakers and setting them aside, she asked me if there were any metal pieces in the sneakers, I assured her there was none. I was asked to lay down and place my head at the top area of bed and then once comfortably on bed I was asked to place my left foot into this area that was positioned specifically to catch the images. She also advised that during the MRI process it was important that I do not move. I nodded my head in agreement. She then placed a blank over me. The same student that assisted me with my sneakers ; placed a rubber ball into my hands and said if I should need anything during the MRI process to please squeeze the ball for assistance . I was also given disposable ear buds to place into my ears to drowned out the noise during the MRI as the sound is loud. In between the sessions Maria came in checked up on me and let me know there will be one more session approximately 15 minutes! The whole process was great! 2 sessions lasting 15 minutes a piece! I sincerely appreciate the whole experience and I very much wish to thank all the staff from the front desk to the technologists for all there hard work and dedication throughout the whole process. The following morning I had to make a quick call and had the pleasure of speaking with an employee there by the name of Joe! Another awesome team member, greeted me with a very happy pleasant tone! What a great professional team they have over there! These employees seem to very much love what they do…Way to go! Best experience ever! You know why because the team over there is phenomenal including the intelligent student who assisted the radiologist with helping me too!I highly highly highly recommend Santa Clarita Imaging Center for all your needs including x-rays

What a great experience! I usually do most of my medical procedures in the SFV as I have family that works @ Tarzana so we know most of the staff out there & I feel most comfortable there. Suite#216 - The front staff is disgustinngly horrible. I couldnt get the name of the woman in the olive nursing outfit on 8-24-23, including her rest showed very poor service. All I could think is if they are this rude, they should be in a different field of service, coz they dont seem to be trained to handle people with sensitive health issues. I went there in the morning, & noticed none of them were bothered to acknowledge, smile, or greet but teamed up to be very rude to the people who walked in.Do let your your front office staff know their bad attitude make you lose business & revenue.

I got there close to an hour late; as such, once I got there I couldnt be seen. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to book me 2 days later. The imaging was good the only thing is the was long even though I had an appointment and I spoke with a few people there that were getting tired cuz they have been there for two and a half hours waiting I know they were walking but even in the past in panorama City I never waited that long for an x-ray and I even waited an hour and a half for my x-ray and I had an appointment at 2:20 I didnt leave there till at least 3:30 and at that my x-ray took a whole 5 minutes but I thank you I needed it for pre-op and Im glad I got it done as far as the staff they were doing the best they can and were very polite and the technician was very welcoming and also the young lady that was there helping her and training and doing her intern hours was very kind and sweet the staff wasnt a problem it was just the way time

Was advised that my appointment was at 5:50 and asked to get there 10 minutes early. I arrived at 5:40 as requested. When I was still in the waiting room at 6:30 I asked what time my appointment was - it was actually 6:00, not 5:50. They took me to the back where I sat for another 35 minutes because they were having “system problems” and were unable to start the MRI machine. Finally out of there at 7:30. I question the company’s need to exaggerate the actual appointment time to be sure the patient is not late, especially when they wasted almost two hours of my time. I also wonder if they are using state of the art technology and whether my results will be accurate or not- so sad about the state of health care these days
