Great central location, full hookups, and amenities are all provided. The restrooms/showers are clean and much appreciated. Awesome service, staff is very nice and tries to accomodate as much as possible! Highly recommend a visit if you want a nice central location in Santa Barbara!

I love this adorable little RV park. I started staying here after I retired. Its perfect when Im in Santa Barbara visiting friends on my way to/from seeing family in LA and my home in Mendocino. The value here compared to the price of hotel rooms in the area is fantastic, and who doesnt love spending time in Santa Barbara?The management and staff are always friendly and helpful. The grounds and restroom/shower rooms clean. I walk to the beach down Milpas, or to Sprouts Market for groceries and a great selection of healthy prepared foods, sandwiches, etc. I drive to downtown SB or the Funk Zone, museums, etc.As some have noted there is noise from the freeway. I heartily recommend cotton-covered wax ear plugs (you can find them on Amazon). They have solved all the campsite noise issues Ive experienced since I started traveling the country in my camper van. To me, they are more comfortable and effective than the foam options. I sleep like a rock here.

Needed a Low Cost, No Frills RV park to crash for the night while me and my family of 4 travelled through Santa Barbara. I made the reservation 10 minutes before closing and Alex made sure everything was set up. Arrived 30 min after closing but Alex made sure to see that we got settled in ok. He is the best! Also, Alex is a great resource on camp sights, local eateries, etc! Got some great advice on our next stop, Sequoia National Forest. We got the great service, ideal location with beach 20 min walking distance (the highway next door is humming away, but for the price and location, Im not complaining of any noise), low price, clean bathrooms, clean showers, and laundry facilities! Very pleased with our experience there!

We’ve been here one night so far and I DEEPLY REGRET my decision to stay here! REALLY loud freeway traffic noise (it’s literally right next to it) and the train is the very least to worry about…lowered Subaru’sscoping out the park in the middle of the night with no headlights on. They are targeting e-bikes. How do I know? I had my $7000 Quietkat Jeep bike stolen 5 days ago at another park down the road. I asked if I could shorten my stay and the answer was “No, it would hurt the park financially” this is a very sincere warning…do not stay at this park.

Weve been on the road for 4 weeks and are at the tail-end of our trip. Every place we have stayed in 8 states has been awesome despite not having reservations at any rv park. Today is my birthday and after dinner we decided to stay in Santa Barbara for the night so we booked a spot here. What a dump. This is just a parking lot with stalls marked off to park an rv. Its next to the freeway so opening any windows is out of the question! The internet doesnt work despite assuring us that it would! Total rip off for $65!!! We would have been better off staying at a Walmart!

This campground was extremely nice. It was pretty small, but it had everything needed. The bathrooms were in top shape and I loved the set up of them. Also the best part about the bathrooms is their water was HOT! The staff was super friendly. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the beach parking which we opted to drive, and close to downtown Santa Barbara. It was a quiet, lovely camp spot. I definitely recommend this park.

My ONLY complaint is having to move from site. We moved 3 times in one week. It would be simpler for everyone if it was just first come first serve. But Ill still give it 4.9 stars. One of the very few RV parks in the area. Very friendly managers/staff. Heavy floodlight and noisy freeway in the night. The name sunrise park is a little misleading because of walls around the sites and the 30 min walking distance to the beach (by car 10 min). Nice and clean facilities. Bus stop to downtown nearby.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but I feel I need to worn people who stay there. We checked in on April 24th around 2:00 pm. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The street noise is very loud as it is right off hwy 101. The next morning we woke up to find our bikes had been stolen. We went to the office and the same woman was there. We told her what happened and she mentioned that they had not had a theft in over a year and they normally asked people if they wanted a stronger bike lock. She had not mentioned that to us. We asked about surveillance and she check. She mentioned she had seen a single person enter the park around 2:15 am and walk straight back to our spot. We asked her numerous times to send us the video and even called back and asked the man who answered to send the tape to us. Both said they would and neither did. The bikes were pedego bikes and costs over $7000.00. I feel that they could have been a little more helpful to us while we were there. I feel we were targeted when we drove in. We stayed at the campsite for one night and I felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities are super clean, the cleanest on our whole USA trip. The owners are very friendly, I would stay here again and again. Of course it is noisy next to the motorway, but that is mentioned on the website. The beach is within walking distance and the centre is not far away.

Unluckly we did not know there is tar all arroknd the beach (which has nothing to do with the rv park, but might be a helpful information for visitors).

Cannot say enough good things about this RV park. The park is well kept and has clean facilities.Most importantly- we had a personal emergency that required for us to drive the 26 hours home to Tennessee and back over the course of a week and the owners could not have been more kind and helpful in a very difficult time for us.Debbie and Terry we cannot thank you enough for your kindness.We definitely recommend this RV park!

Our site was up against the freeway sound wall which in no way could buffer the horrible never-ending noise from the very busy highway 101.No other site could have been any quieter in this place.On the other side of our crammed site was an RV where the campers had set up a giant screen outside and mere feet from our trailer.At the front of our site were the dumpsters and numerous garbage cans.The noise and crowded sites are unbearable.We got up early the next morning and forfeit a nights rent in order to get some rest and sanity.Avoid this place!

We went to a concert at the bowl then to Fiesta and it was def one of our favorite vacations! We will definitely be back! One suggestion, get some stickers so we can put one on our rv!

This small campground is 1.5 miles from the tourist area of downtown Santa Barbara. That includes State Street and the Pier. The sites are gravel and some have generous room, site #2 did. Though #2 faces the 101 freeway I found that earplugs allowed me to sleep well. The sound wall helps some, but its still loud of you spend time outside. The grounds are well kept and clean, the neighborhood acceptable, the staff helpful. The restrooms are small and clean. ATT 5G signal is 5 bars. I will stay her again.

Sunrise is great at what it is: a convenient, clean, friendly park on the path between places. Minutes from downtown SB, Sunrise is on the freeway (self explanatory pros and cons), narrow parcel, but well organized. The manager makes all the difference! Greeted us. Guided our back in as the turns are tight to back in, helped with oncoming traffic, and provided walking directions to the convenience store and Uber pick up back to downtown with $10 fare. I was concerned about crime as I drove off the freeway, but once inside the park my concerns left (I am not leaving bikes outside, but dont anywhere). Happy Traveling!

This is a great location! Fabulous home base. The beach is 1.2 miles away. We brought our bicycles with us. It was an absolutely perfect ride down the beach. They have bike paths everywhere. If In fact I didnt feel guilty eating all that good food because we rode back and forth on our bikes. Lol Yes thefreeway is right there but it didnt bother us one bit. Turn around and look at the beautiful mountains. The people who work here are super friendly and we absolutely felt safe. We will be back if ever in the area.

We booked a couple of nights here for our very first RV trip. The booking process was very easy, and they email you everything you need to know about the park, plus some helpful tips for traveling in Santa Barbara. The park itself is small, but it is VERY WELL maintained. The facilities... the bathroom and shower were surprisingly very clean, and maintained several times a day. The owners are really nice, and the other campers that were there were pleasant. Our next door neighbor helped us out a lot when we were having battery issues and we wouldnt have had such a great time if it wasnt for him and for the owners and workers of this park.Thank you so much for such a great experience! I had an amazing birthday weekend on June 7th!! We would definitely stay here again.

The RV park is in a convenient location. It is right off the exit. Blink and youll pass it. I didnt find it noisy from the highway. I stayed in spot 16 for two nights. It was smack dab in the middle of the restrooms and laundry. I didnt use the showers but they looked fine. I didnt use the laundry either but someone did and it was loud clacking around clearly something wasnt working right. The wi-fi didnt work the first night kept going on and off then just off. It did work the next day but spotty again at night and then non existent the next morning. The cable couldnt be hooked up the first night because it was a male end so my cable needed a converter piece which I didnt have. The next day I went to office and they had one. Unfortunately, when I hooked it up it didnt work. Said it pulled only 1 channel that never came up. I even tried the cable box behind me which didnt need a converter piece and same thing. I called the office but they didnt know anything about the service. So, if you dont require Wi-fi or cable, this place is fine or just a night or two.

Great little RV park in town. First spot #30 we got on the first day was so tight we just parked our cars around the neighborhood to give us extra room to hang out outside. It was tricky trying to hitch up while other cars were driving through. We still made it work and had a great time.The next morning we moved over to #1 and man did we get lucky! This one was right in front of the office but great because it was spacious and we were only next to one other rig. The people were so nice there and their restrooms and laundry rooms were spotless. Piping hot water so be careful.Definitely noisy on this site because it was right next to the freeway but we played music and white noise so we were fine.This isn’t a RV resort or nor do they claim to be but it’s right in town and there so much to do around. It’s a close bike ride to the beach and restaurants. We rode bikes to the beach to watch the sunset and it was a beautiful evening.We drove one day to Gaviotta Beach and had a great hiking adventure.My kids also did distance learning using their wifi and had zero problems. We streamed movies and it made for a nice little getaway. Clean, nicest people who run this place... we’ll definitely be back.

This place is perfect for urban adventure seekers, we will stay again!! We just checked in on Feb 18, the owners are kind, helpful and accommodating. A small family owned camp. Clean, safe, friendly and small. Perfect for people looking to get out and see everything Santa Barbara has to offer. A previous review said it best, its a park to drop and go. We stayed here in a 41 foot class a, space is just enough for the rig - did not phase us or our neighbors at all.

Be warned that this campsite is merely a parking lot crammed in between a noisy freeway and some sketchy looking apartments. When we asked for a refund from a reservation that we had only made 2 hours prior to trying to cancel we were met by a very large attitude from the owner or manager there. They said they would refund me if they were able to rent it out again even though half the park was empty. We stayed here for 3 weeks. It is one of the most expensive parks we’ve stayed at, but it’s like 1 of 2 parks in the area so it’s hard to go elsewhere. They have an on-site laundry which is great in addition to showers and bathrooms. The spots are extremely small though. Everything is gravel which is better than dirt. It is DIRECTLY off the exit from the freeway and SUPER easy to miss. Since it is such a small RV park and oddly shaped, it can be quite tough getting your RV in and out. We managed, but I think it was only because there were no RVs on either side of us.I would have originally gave it 4 stars due to the price in comparison to the spot you’re given ($65/night & they don’t do weekly/monthly rates) but it was the best WiFi we have yet to encounter. We were able to do some much needed updates of our electronics which is greatly appreciated. And the customer service was so great! Very hospitable to say the least. So where they lack in some areas, they make up in others.

We stayed at this RV Park this past weekend and loved it. It is located in an area that is close to practically everything, and right off of the 101. The park is extremely affordable, considering the cheapest hotel was $188 per night! The park is kept very clean, all the RV spaces are full hook ups with cable. The restrooms are clean, and the laundry area is good. There is noise from the 101 traffic, it did not bother us. But, If you are sensitive about city and traffic noise then this is not for you. It, is what you can expect when you are in an RV park in the middle of the city! The managers are very very nice and very accommodating, and will even help you with maneuvers in order to get your RV parked just right. We got a spot at the last minute and were going to have to stay in one spot on one night and move to another the 2nd night. Without us even asking, we were just happy to get a spot on a holiday weekend without us planning ahead mind you, the manager managed to get us the same spot for 2 nights without us having to move to another location! I consider that extremely good customer service! Our experience with this park was awesome and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Santa Barbara. It is a small space, however the management went over and above to accommodate our stay. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean restrooms and laundry. It is convenient to rte 101, hence you can here the traffic. However, it is well maintained and we would stay here again. We visited in a 30 ft fifth wheel, had no problems with our slides, etc.

Decent experience, but a few downsides is why I couldnt give 5 stars.Location is right off the 101, which means its very noisy and also not easy to access southbound 101. Spots are tight and we had a greedy neighbor whos long slideouts and decorations came a few feet into our spot, making it even more cramped.Close to a lot of good food, the beach isnt too far, campground and facilities are clean, WiFi was better than most places.

Noisy (youre right next to a very busy freeway), 2 toilets and showers for the whole place. Expensive and overpriced for its terrible location. The owner was lovely but that doesnt make up for the inflated price or the heavy traffic right next door. Did I mention incredibly noisy? Great if you sleep like the dead. Location is really handy. Close to everything youd want to see in Santa Barbara. Even possible to walk to the beach. Right off the northbound 101. Entrance is deceptively soon after the offramp. I nearly missed it. There is freeway noise, but the wall barrier does help. Spaces are very tight. Gravel lots are very level. Very good cable package. Wifi is very fast...but not consistent. It will go out for several minutes for some reason. Other utilities work fine. Office personnel were very friendly. The main drawback is price.

If youre in Santa Barbara and looking for a place to park your RV check out the Santa Barbara sunrise RV park, sunrise is just the name it would be a little difficult to see the sunrise from here. You may want to be aware that this is a place right next to the freeway, which is very convenient for travelers yet as an element of additional noise due to the proximity of the freeway. The freeway Im talking about is the 101 freeway it is located right next to the 101 freeway, there is a large concrete wall which reduces some of the sound but be aware that it is right next to the 101 freeway it is perfect for camping close to the freeway if youre on a road trip. Im not sure what it cost to stay here, but it is a camping place for trailers, motorhomes or truck campers I dont think tent camping is allowed here. It seems many people who stay here are actually living here versus traveling through

We have stayed here a numbers of times. The park is small, but clean and safe. It is the only RV park in Santa Barbara most places we go are an easy walk or bike ride away. You are close to the 101, but we sleep with white noise so it does not bother us. This is our go to place when we visit SB, much less expensive than any hotel or renal in the area!

The only thing good about this place is its proximity to town. The people who run it we’re not very nice about receiving some packages from Amazon. The managers acted like they would rather be anywhere but at this job. The accommodations were not that good and if the managing hosts were friendlier it could’ve been a better experience. This park does not have good security and the neighborhood is not that safe.

Stayed at Sunrise RV for 19 nights in June 2020. Its a very well-maintained park in an excellent location for exploring Santa Barbara on foot or by bike. Location is right in town so it has more of an urban feel than something like a state park. Restrooms and laundry facilities were always clean and fully functional. There are essentially no RV parks in Santa Barbara; the choices are all on the outskirts, which requires lots of driving if your goal is to hang out and explore the town. Sunrise is literally just off of a freeway off ramp. Freeway noise is ever present. These are very small sites, covered in gravel. Amenities are few, but the lady in the office is pleasant. We paid $70 per night in February, with minimal occupancy: they might fill if the rates were more reasonable. But, theyre essentially the only game in town. Close enough to walk or bike to local attractions.

I have stayed here multiple times and love it. Santa Barbara is beautiful and this is a very reasonable nice place to stay while checking out the city. It is a great option for those who cant afford a $300 hotel and have a camper to stay in. The description is very accurate and the managers Terry and Debbie are very accomodating, kind, and helpful. Couldnt ask for a nicer couple. Genese is also very kind and helpful and has a huge smile. The bathrooms are immaculate always. Its close to everywhere you need to go and its easy to get your camper in and out. I cant quit coming back.

Pros: Owner managers husband & wife team are eager to make customers happy (the husband is a bit quiet but actually a really nice guy). Bathrooms and showers are kept very clean with no waiting / no lines. Full RV hookups. 220V gave full 30A charge - great for Tesla camping (bring your mobile charge cable).Cons: Wi-Fi signal is sketchy. My cell data signal (T-Mobile) was weak, maybe due to freeway noise barrier wall. So watching videos was choppy. Bathroom floor covering painful to stand on in bare feet.

Stop 8 on our West CA road-trip. Probably the worst of all the parks we stayed at - but hey what do you need a park for? Reading the others reviews I had to check if we stayed at this one or not.Very difficult to find, and when there the entrance is tight - but we parked our 30ft RV up with no damage so no problem there. We had full hook-up, and facilities. The aim of our trip is to see wonderful West CA - and this we did. Some people are just not happy unless they stay at a 5 star hotel, and I bet they would complain there too!!!We thought Santa Barbara was one of the better places we visited. Clean tidy and looked a great place to live, and we could only see that by staying in one of the few RV parks available - so quit moaning and get a life!

I agree the hosts are wonderful and helpful and if you need to stay in Santa Barbara, this is the closest spot. We booked a pull through hoping to have plenty of space to unwind and chill. Our space was so ridiculously small, we could not fit 2 chairs. No picnic table, so we literally could not go outside. 21 should be a drive thru, not a spot. The noise from the freeway is atrocious.

Great RV park close to the center. Yes, the freeway is a bit noisy, but people should know in advance that this is not a state park. Just look at the map, it figures. The internet is the fastest we experienced on campsites in Europe and the US so far, thank you so much for that. Warm welcome, even though we arrived after office hours. For Santa Barbara visitors, this is a good place for 1 or 2 nights. The park is small and very noisy due to its proximity to the freeway and railroad tracks. It is very close to downtown and the beach. The rates are moderate but cable requires a box from the office and a security deposit. On air will deliver a few channels including all of the major networks.

This little destination is a hidden gem. Its not a resort; it is a drop and go. Whats really unique is the wonderful water pressure and those great bathroom/shower houses that are so well kept buy Debbie and Terry. Did I mention that the owners are Debbie and Terry who make everyone feel like long lost friends? We always look forward to our stay at this RV Park because of Debbie and Terry.

We got in after hours, but the manager was so kind, making sure we were all set up for our stay. He even gave us a card for a cab and pointed us towards the information centre in case we’d like to go out in Santa Barbara. This place is so clean and well set up. These owners really know how to housekeep an RV park. Really clean showers and spacious. Sufficient towel hooks what can be sometimes very minimal.Also laundry facility available and last but not least, perfect working WiFi with high speed connection. There is a highway next to the park but in your RV you wouldn’t notice. Compliment to the owners.

Owners very nice! As far as the RV location, we were highly disappointed! Right on the freeway! Lots of freeway noise too. We would not recommend, bad neighborhood and had hard time walking our dog, street very busy because the entrance is on ramp to the freeway. Very limited spaces, not worth $70 per night. ☹

A little high priced but, I guess because its in Santa Barbara where everything is pricey. However, this was a great little RV Park in the middle of town. The spaces have plenty of room and the restrooms, showers and laundry are spotless. If you plan on walking anyplace from your RV its quite a hike though. I have a towable so, I didnt need to walk. Uber also services this area and will pick you up within 5 minutes. Samsum, Cottage Hospital, the warf and the harbor are all withing 5 to 10 minutes of the park. The entrance is as soon as you exit 101 on Salinas Street so its really easy off and on the highway. Make sure you ask for a space without tree coverage if you have a satellite on your RV. You probably should give them plenty of notice since it appears space is limited in this small park. They really seem to care about their guests satisfaction. I will stay here again.

This was one of our favorite locations and would have stayed here permanently if we could!! The owners are great, they help you park your rig and make you feel very welcome! The accessibility to the freeway is right at your front door and you are minutes away from State street and the beach. :)

We stayed here for a little over a week and enjoyed our stay. It is exactly what you would expect from a small RV park right in the city of Santa Barbara and next to a main corridor. The sites are small, but we were able to get our 42 5th wheel in and out with good maneuvering by my husband. The owners are friendly and keep the park clean and well kept. The wi-fi is great, the price is good considering the high rent location. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We havent stayed yet, but were looking forward to our future stay and meeting the fine people at Santa Barbara Sunrise Park. We had some issues with our RV and had hope we could get in on the night we reserved, but our plans were dashed. Weve done a lot of traveling and stayed in many RV parks, but have never run across such helpful, kind and understanding people. When you pick a park there is always going to be a few things you might not get or like, but its the staff and their helpfulness thats most important.See you soon,Cindy D.

Im leaving a 5* review for realistic reasons.This is a great place to stay for a night or a couple of weeks.* Debbie & Terry are the managers & they run a tight ship!I know they are supposed to get a day off, but I have yet to see Terry not fixing something, painting, putting up a fence or hammering away... always with a smile on his face.They are great with communication, as well.If anything comes up, theyll let you know.* The 4 private bathrooms (toilet, sink & shower) are always clean. There is a cleaning company that shows up at least once a day and cleans the bathrooms and laundry area.* The laundry area offers 3 washers & dryers.They have always been available when I do laundry; which is just about every day, as we have 2 fur ball kids 🐺🐶.* Other amenities are free cable, internet, which is great. We dont want to use our Mi-fi if we dont have to.* Dogs are welcome, of course. Ive seen all sizes here. Lots of space for pups to get walked. Lots of grass, gravel, whatever your pet pal prefers. (I dont ever see pup droppings in the park area).Or walk your pup(s) around the neighborhood. Its not the prettiest neighborhood, however, it is safe. Everyone walks there dogs around here.* Your right next to the freeway, its very convenient. If the noise bothers you, just wear ear plugs. You wont here a thing :)* Everyone I have come across is beyond nice & respectful.* So, if you are expecting the Biltmore, this is not it. This is not a resort nor do they claim to be.Sunrise offers you a friendly, clean place to stay, where you can shower, do your laundry & walk your pooch in peace.If you want anything else more exciting, get in your car, truck (mode of transport) & explore beautiful Santa Barbara.Isnt that why were here ?Happy RVing...

Our son graduated UCSB and we used chose SB Sunrise RV as it was the closest camping facility to the campus. I can not express how perfect this location and experience was for us, and the four other family members who camped in the same location.First my rig is 349 long. Although the park is relatively small (thats a good thing) the spaces are large, accommodating, and clean. I have attached a photo to show how spacious or spot (#2) was.The first night we took an UBER from the campground to downtown for dinner and drinks. The UBER ride was about $7.00 each way. It was quick and easy. Downtown Santa Barbara is beautiful with plenty to see, eat, and drink.Another night we held a dinner time graduation party for my son, his girlfriend (she also graduated), and all of our family members. We reserved space #23 to afford us plenty of room and to be clear of others campsites. It was PERFECT! The managers took extra effort to clean the space and put extra picnic tables at the location in preparation for our party. Completely a success!I have seen many complaints on this thread reference traffic noise from the US-101. There is definitely traffic noise but we frequently camp at beaches and in the desert. At the beach the surf noise is about the same. In the desert, the off road toy noise is MUCH louder. So, I would say, you just need to be realistic about the fact you are in a camper and it is near a freeway.And finally, the managers are as good as they get. They greet everyone and make sure your experience is as good as possible. They helped me back in my rig to the spot saving us from the typical marital argument (haha). They made sure all of my equipment was of correct size as they have some adapters to help you if you come up short with your sewage tube.Again, I was very pleased and would strongly recommend this location for any camping adventure if you are in Santa Barbara.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! One of the employees threatened to assault me! Spoke with a male I believe his named Terry. We were trying to reroute and escape the northern fires...I called 24 hours ahead and explained Highway 1 was closed down and we could not get down there because we had to reroute and asked what my options were considering the circumstances. He went ahead canceled the spot...charged the card for the full night and then hung up. I called back asking about the policy considering the circumstances and commenting on his overall customer service attitude and he told if I did not like his attitude I could come down and say it to his face....not sure what owner would ever employee someone who wants to fight potential guests?? There are so many RV parks and cool sites in Santa Barbara....do yourself a favor and find one of those!!

The only place in Santa Barbra for RVs. The location is awesome because it is in the city, although it is right next to the freeway. The sites are small and its a tight fit for larger RVs, but if you are out enjoying the city its not a big deal. If you want space for cooking and grilling go to the outskirts of the city there are plenty of places. Bit if you want to enjoy being a 10 minute bike ride to almost anything and being able to experience the city for all it has to offer, then this place is great. Wifi, laundry, cable tv, pet friendly.

We spent 2 nights at Sunrise RV in Santa Barbara.We think it is okay here. Big enough space for our RV 26 ft.It is walkable to the beach: 20 minuten. But you must check the route on Google Maps, direction via Milpas street.The bathroom is clean and the shower hot.The neighboorhood is maybe not the best at night, but we walked to grocery and down town Santa Barbara during day and evening, and it was fine. So, Last night we stayed at this RV Park: Sunrise.Its a small hell on earth:- Sand everywhere- its so close to the highway! its almost scary and so noisy!- In the brochure of the camping they are telling you everything is clean: But its not! There sand everywhere and the showers are so dirty!- last but not least we choose to stay here because of the WIFI internet so we could plan out our trip of the next day: but the whole evening the WIFI didnt work. We tried Looking for the owner at the office but theres no one to be found.We payed 50 dollars for this night and it really wasnt worth a dime!We are really experienced campers but never ever gonna stay here again!Santa Barbara is really cool, so if you want to stay here the night: drive from Ventura or somewhere else to S.B.Sunrise has a monopoly position thats why they can ask big money for nothing!

I think Judy does a lovely job managing the ONLY RV park in Santa Barbara. The traffic noise takes some getting used to, but tell yourself its the sound of the ocean waves crashing to shore and youll soon be slumbering. At least that worked for me.Come on, where else in Santa Barbara can you stay right near downtown and the beaches for such a low price??? Try getting your rig into Carpinteria State Beach or El Capitan. Carp has hookups, El Cap doesnt and neither of them have internet unless you use satellite or your phone.No review mentions the wonderful and affordable laundry room. Its not in the best part of Santa Barbara, but people are UPPITY here so its the best your gonna get in an RV park right in the heart of downtown.I LOVE our stays there and will visit often. A short bicycle ride to Milpas or State street and youre on your way to the beach or food or just plain fun times.This is NOT a get away from it all stop. This is an in the thick of it stop. City dwellers will be right at home here. :)

Had a great stay here. Staff were super friendly. We arrived after their office hours, but they emailed us stating outlr welcome package would be on the door to the office, detailing our plot. We had full hook up and a bench. The toilets/showers were very clean and powerful. Yes the site is immediately off the Highway 101, but the traffic is very much a white noise and it didnt wake me during the night. Maybe only use this site as a base, rather than a 2 week tranquil stay where I want to sit outside. (You can go to the beach to sit outside!!) Its only a 30min walk from the beach!

The worst Camp Site I have ever experienced, they have the right to move your reserved space if they choose, and did that to me on my recent trip... But the space they moved me to was too small for my RV, so at 10:00 pm at night I had to look for a place to park for the night in a 38 motor home.Horrible service and response, didnt even apologize, Their Excuse was It must have been a Typo on their end...
