Patrick and Ivan were great to work with. Their crew was very respectful, friendly and polite. The install for the Heat pump seemed to go as planned and the clean up was very good as well. Patrick and his crew went the extra mile to help with clearing out a few things to help the project go smoothly. I have already recommended them to a few neighbors as well. It was very refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their workmanship.

From consultation to installation, my experience with Sano was amazing. Unlike other companies that I requested quotes from, Sano not only offered the most reasonable plans for financing, but more importantly did not pressure me to make a decision during the consultation, which was my experience from the other companies I consulted with.Sano was able to schedule my installation quickly. The installation team was very professional and friendly. Once they completed the installation, they walked me through the work that was completed explaining the newer features mainly focused around safety.Overall, Im very happy we chose to go with Sano for our installation. I highly recommend Sano and plan to use them for the foreseeable future.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with their employee John R. and their front office. I called for a repair estimate on our A/C during a heat wave. They answered the phone and sent John, the service technician, the very next day. He was on time and very polite. Wearing shoe covers in the house, treating my elderly parents with kindness and respect, and thoroughly trouble shooting the situation, he found a simple solution that cost me nothing and only charged a nominal fee for the electrical diagnostic. He suggested routine maintenance would help maintain our HVAC system but did not aggressively promote his company’s maintenance plan. I actually asked him about their maintenance plan and I went with that service because it was very affordable and he was a genuinely nice guy. So nice to find a local company with excellent customer service not taking advantage of desperate customers during a heat wave.

Just had a great experience with Sano Heating and Air. When I called for information and an appointment, Justin was great at explaining the process and charges and found an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Sam showed up at my house on time, was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than I expected. Great experience from start to finish! I found these guys on Angi and I got an immediate response with immediate availability for service. I got quick responses and a photo of the person that will be coming with my confirmation. As a currently pregnant woman working from home, this level of security was greatly appreciated. They arrived on time, dressed professionally, and prepared with booties for my home. They were transparent with service, gave me all my options, and asked permission to enter any new area of the house - again, making me feel very safe during the experience. Highly recommend!

Sano is honest, efficient and fast! Steve came out and diagnosed the problems, he was very friendly, knowledgable and kind. The next day 2 other guys came out and repaired our AC. Now our AC is quieter and more efficient than it was. The repair techs were very nice and very hard working. Everyone at Sano seems to really care and really wanted to take care of us. Happy I found them, highly recommend!

We got a promotion in the mail for a $39 tune up and called to schedule. John R came out the same day! He performed a complete maintenance of our system, discussed what it will look like moving forward (considering we have an older type of freon). He cleaned our filter and thoroughly reviewed his findings on the current state of our system. He suggested a reasonably priced regular maintenance, but didnt try to sell us on anything unnecessary. I replaced both heater and a/c. The work started promptly on time and was completed in less time than I had anticipated. The work was done on an outside balcony so I was worried about soiling the carpet but care was taken to protect the path to the balcony. The installation went smoothly, everything works well, and I received operating instructions. I am certainly no expert on this equipment but it looks neat and orderly. We had a carbon monoxide leak and searched for a company we could trust. Sano was ranked #1 by Yelp so we called. Since it was a Saturday I wasn’t expecting much but Justin was able to arrange for a technician to visit same day. Ibrahim inspected our furnace and found the source of the problem. He did a good job educating us on where the problem occurred and what likely contributed to the leak. He even provided pictures. Since Ibrahim was so thorough in his explanation we felt comfortable obtaining a quote. Manny came to our house later in the day and presented us with options to consider. Typically we shop around for the best price, quality etc but in this case everything from the initial web search to the three associates we interacted with lead us to sign a contract to replace our aging furnace. Ivan and Junior completed the install of the new furnace. They were very efficient and kept the house clean. I’m happy i chose Sano! Each associate displayed in their own way why Sano is the top ranked HVAC company. To me it speaks to a well-organized and efficient company culture that is focused on delivery quality to the customer.

This is probably one of the best service, subcontracting companies I have ever worked with. Period. Our problem started with a Central A/C unit which was poorly installed by a previous homeowner (unlicensed install). After several years, it developed major leak from the attic, damaging the living area below.Patrick, Justin and their team coordinated multiple people through a total of 4 visits. Firstly, they tried to salvage the existing AC equipment, but in the end, it proved unsalvageable and we agreed its time to replace it. Patrick gave us good price on a new unit (super quiet and efficient new machine!).Danny and Rosalio took their careful time, diligently installing and confirming that the new installation job is done perfectly. They answered all questions. It took 2 working days to install everything (it was a major job). They were very clean and left the house spotless.The final issue came up when my new Nest Thermostat could not connect to network and I could only operate it manually (not through the app). I bought a new Nest, and tried to change it, but accidentally blew a fuse on a circuit board (my fault). Called Patrick and Justin late in the evening. They both answered their phones and gave me good advice. Another technician, Manny, came the next day to change the fuse and to make sure my new Nest connected properly to the network. And everything now works perfectly.Rarely, you are just very lucky to find good people to work on your house. This was a super-lucky case we found Sano to help us with our problems. We signed up a maintenance service agreement with them, and so we will continue using them in the future!

I replaced a furnace and AC for my house with this company a few years ago. Recently, I experienced a minor issue with the furnace so I called them well after their business had closed. Someone answered and made an appointment to come and repair it. The next day my schedule opened up and I called them to see if they could come that day. Great experience for my family and I. My parents highly recommended John & Patrick after having two new HVACs installed. I got a message on my Ecobee saying there was something wrong with my heater. I had just had another company out the week prior for heater “maintenance.” I wanted a trusted company to come out this time so my dad placed a call to John. He was out here within an hour or so and diagnosed the problem. There was a wire that wasn’t connected. John did a maintenance check and recommended some options to us. John had the part on him and installed it before leaving. John was very friendly & knowledgeable. It felt good knowing I could trust this company! I want to say Thanks to Stevie who checked out our system and recommended to have a New Furnace and AC unit since what we had was over 25 yrs old and it will continue to keep breaking down. We got in touch with Patrick the owner who was able to get my family and I an affordable plan for both. Then the crew came out a day later and was done in a few hours. I am happy with my new thermostat by Google Nest that I can control from my phone if I’m not home which Jacob showed me how to use. The prdon who took my call was professional, respectful and expedient. He listened to my issues and immediately set up an appointment for the same day with the technician, in this case, Sam. I received two or three text messages with updates of the technician time of arrival. Sam was punctual, professional, good listener. He is experienced and knowledgeable. The issue I had was not serious; he fixed it right away and explained in detailed the problem. All I was charged is the visit fee. Sam did not try to sell additional products or made unnecessary recommendations. I had more questions. He provided his professional suggestions but did not try to sell additional products like other companies do. I highly recommend this company. I usually do not provide reviews, but I want other people like me to call reliable and professional companies without reservations.

My 4 year old Lennox system was malfunctioning and I knew that I was not interested in using the original contractor that installed it, to repair it. I searched Yelp and found Sano Heating and Air Conditioning. noticing that they, not only had excellent reviews, but were also Veteran owned.It just felt right to give them a call.Wow, am I ever glad that I did. I cannot say enough about the honesty and professionalism of the technician that came to diagnose and repair my issue. He was simply amazing. It ended up being a failed motherboard and it just squeaked in under the warranty. Sano came, diagnosed, went and picked up the new motherboard and repaired all in about 2 hrs (and that included travel time to obtain the part from about 15 miles away). They took care of submitting whatever paperwork to Lennox for the warrantied part. The charges were extremely reasonable and we have not experienced any further issues.Do yourself a favor and call Sano the next time your HVAC system needs some help, you will not regret it!

Excellent work. My furnace ignition wasn’t working. Technician John showed me the main problem and pointed out other serious issues. I initially only wanted to do a repair to save money but the furnace was 29 years old and they gave me a couple senior discounts. Installers came on time completed removal and replacement in 4 hours. Just had Sam from Sano Air out to do a heater check up. I found them on google after searching for “coupon for heating check up”. I saw they had a 5 star google review and figured they’d be good enough.Even though this was a “coupon” deal, I am blown away by the level of detail and professionalism! Sam took his time and cleaned my heater, vacuumed the dust, did some minor repairs and took the time to show me what may need replacing down the road (luckily nothing today!). I ended up purchasing the maintenance program (with no pressure from Sam) because I am terrible at remembering to schedule maintenance.He also took detailed pictures of everything and included it in a detailed report. Very impressed!! He was also very friendly, and was a good conversationalist!

We had a new Lennox A/C unit installed in Jan 2023, but for the his heat wave weekend (6/21-23/24), it stopped pumping in cold air….just warm air. Monday at 9:30am I called Sano and Manny was here by 10:15. We needed more refrigerant and he got cold air back for us within 30 mins. Manny is super knowledgeable and very polite. He wore booties in the house, and is going to follow up this week to make sure we don’t have some sort of refrigerant leak. By my observation, he was very thorough in his investigation and, explained well to me the damage so that I completely understood.Manny arrived on-time Saturday morning and patiently spent two hours explaining to my wife and I, the pros and cons deciding between a new heater or new heater/AC and deciding between which models. Ivan and crew decided to finish the whole job Monday so that I would have Tuesday off to relax. He was able to do most of the repairs on the spot, expecting to finish with an ordered part the next day. Ibrahim returned the next day and, with the help of another coworker to remove the old part, completed the job of putting in a universal fan/motor. There was a slight miscommunication thereafter regarding another job similar to mine, but the issue was quickly resolved. Everyone I spoke with were amiable. These guys are great! Our AC stopped blowing cold air and we called Sano to come check it out. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve and Manny came out to see what the problem was with my system. They checked everything out and found out the previous owner had the AC system installed extremely poorly and showed me how bad it was. Our addict unit wasnt leveled and all our ducts were very very old and leaking. The compressor had been installed poorly as well by the previous owner and had leaked all the cooling fluid.I sat down with Manny and he gave me a couple very fair priced options to choose from. Once we chose they had us scheduled super fast! Angel and Jacob showed up a couple days later and they were super punctual showing up early than estimated! They go to work right away. They put down drop clothes along they path they would be working to keep our house clean. There was a small setback when they realized that out ducting was asbestos which they let me know about and they set up an abatement company to come out and remove it safely. They did continue working that day on the things that wouldnt disturb the asbestos ducting so they wouldnt waste anytime.The asbestos abatement was quick the next day and the day after that Angel and Jacob returned to finish the job! They worked hard and fast to finish up and to get out AC blowing cold again! Sano is a great choice for you AC repair with great pricing and great people!

Our system needed a complete overhaul. It was old and very inefficient. It was also extremely loud. I came to Yelp to search for some help and get a few quotes. Patrick was the first one to respond we scheduled for him to come and see what we have and quote us on what was needed.He was friendly and personable and clearly knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning.We then got a few more quotes. Of course my A/C stopped working during a heat wave. Luckily, I reached out to Sano and was able to get someone to come out the next afternoon (Thursday). First time hiring Sano to do a full HVAC system maintenance (after being recommended to me from two other people). Even before the appointment, I received timely updates from them. Needed to replace an aging AC system with a bad compressor. Patrick arrived during the appointed time and thoroughly inspected our system and rooms they supplied. He explained in detail the different options and costs without pushing for the most expensive. I chose to replace our furnace as well with a heat pump system because it would be the most practical and best option in our case. They were able to get started the next day and arrived on time with a team of workers in 3 vans. They removed our old system and relocated the air handler unit in the attic for better access. They sealed our ducts and grills as well. They were able to finish in a day and a half which I think was quite good for the amount of work they had to do.I paid the quoted price. To cut it short, we wasted time and$600+ with the wrong guy for almost a week before coming across Sano. We contacted them through Yelp, and within the next day, Stevie came by to assess our issues. First off, the previous guy cut the lines off our fan motor and replaced it with a generic one — probably an issue that didn’t need fixing (we would never know because Stevie couldn’t replace the original motor which had already had its wires cut). The previous guy was also so quick to say we needed to buy a new condensor which could cost us $5-9k supposedly, and the one we have is barley 3 years old! Not once, when Stevie came by, did he say we needed a new one. He came by and carefully and systematically inspected both units (the condensor and indoor unit) and their parts. His analogies to explain everything in laymans terms helped make sense of how an AC unit works. Turns out, it was a simpler and cheaper fix than what the previous guys said it was — it was a clogged pipe/duct!! We wasted money for a $600+ motor that probably didn’t need changing because of the previous guy. Lesson learned, do your research, and don’t just go with the firt people who reach out to you when you send a mass messsage on Yelp. 100% recommended Stevie at Sano. He was very punctual, honest, respectful, and patient enough to explain everything to us. We plan to be going to Sano with our heating and cooling issues in the future from now on.

Sam provided excellent service and installed my Nest thermostat. He showed me how to use it, helped me connect it to the internet and we made sure the heater and air both worked. Sano Saved The Day!! During probably the hottest weekend of the year, our AC suddenly stopped working and there was noise coming from the unit outside!! We called our local heroes and their response was so fast. Yes! I’m not exaggerating, these guys were so fast and reliable. Their prices were amazingly affordable for such an emergency, and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Their diagnostic was clear and easy to understand (we need to be more responsible with the air filters, although I think we know whose fault is). We had our new Lennox A/C and heating systems installed back in January along with new ductwork and I wanted to write an honest review after our system had been running for a while. It is night and day compared to our old system and we could not be happier. Patrick was quick to respond to my inquiry and had us scheduled for a visit and quote in less than a couple days. He was knowledgeable, professional, took his time looking at everything (one vendor poked his head in the crawl space for about 5 minutes and said the ductwork was fine. Patrick and another vendor both climbed around up there and showed me pictures of multiple disconnected ducts) and extremely personable. While every other vendor was warning us of the price hikes that were coming in 2022 and that we had to schedule by a certain date, Patrick was flexible and did not force us into any aggressive timeline and was able to keep the price down. On installation day, the team was there first thing in the morning to start working and was able to get the work done in one full day. They were all extremely friendly and my wife was able to work from home with nearly zero interruptions.
