Sanjay Taxpro is a professional organization with a lot of tax expertise. Sanjay is a CPA with many years experience. I had my taxes done with him over 6 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Answers all questions in detail and on time. Makes sure all documents are submitted before preparing tax returns. Most importantly he is there to support you and answer questions if you get an inquiry regarding your tax returns. I recommend him for simple or more complex tax return needs.

I used Sanjay’s services for my tax needs and it is safe to say that he is one of the best tax professionals around in the Bay area. I had bad experiences with other tax accountants previously. I had to constantly run behind them, call them and request them to get my work done. Even then, they only did half of the work. But with Sanjay, all I had to do was follow the steps that he had emailed me and my tax filing was done. He also helped me solve some other issues that I had with my previous tax filings and was very prompt in answering calls and emails. He prepared my taxes within a week and filed it as soon as I submitted it back to him with my signatures. I highly recommend using Sanjay’s services for your tax needs!

Very depressing experience. We did filing in 2022, they conveniently did not remind about required details from overseas income until I took initiative to ask. Delayed filing to the last minute and we didnt get the child tax credit amount until now! I had to write to IRS to claim the credit amount and still in progress. 2023 filing - efiling failed and this team does not even have expertise to figure out and correct it, instead asked me to do manual file! My Indian friends, please do not jump to this guy for filing and ITIN unless you have time to do most of the part yourself! Do not recommend at all. This firm does not have enough experienced staff and very difficult to get any response from them.

I cant talk about where he got the positive reviews from but certainly, Sanjay is a worst CPA i have ever worked with. Very rude and arrogant staff with very limited knowledge. Only person that knows is Sanjay and he behaves as if he is nobel prize winner and talks lowly about you when you ask him for any questions. He charges you hefty amount, probably 5-8 times more then what you would pay any other CPA.

Sanjay tax pro have been filing my tax returns from many years and they are the most organized and process oriented firm and team. Unlike other tax professionals who will file for you but when there is an issue there is no record of the what calculations went it to the filing, Sanjay tax pro on the other hand document every detail and explain why they are choosing one option over other (for instance why this time they are choosing standard vs itemized or the other way) .

You can go to this place if you want to spend way too much $$$$$ and get your tax return filed without understanding anything about it whatsoever. The only person who understands or can answer is Sanjay. Rest of the team is appointed only for clerical work. Sanjay is too rude to answer/explain any question you have. Absolutely busy when answering calls (as if he files the taxes for free). He will legit make you feel stupid when you ask questions and talk in a condescending tone. Additionally, he filed the taxes wrong for me this time. Suddenly telling that the taxes due is $3923 a to already paid $95 is no joke. Will never take their services again.

Definitely avoid at all costs. I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with this firm.Extremely rude staff, completely unresponsive after receiving the amount, cant fix a single issue. Kept changing story to get more money from me, eventually I ended up hiring another CPA. They didnt refund anything for preparing incorrect tax returns which was useless to me.Incompetent, cant communicate well in English, cant fix simple issues, rude, argumentative, unresponsive.

Sanjay Taxpro firm has helped me with filing my taxes for 2022. Im glad I hired someone this year rather than doing them myself. Of course, filing yourself is cheaper, but its nice to have an expert that can answer all of your questions when you start having more complicated returns. I would definitely go through them again, but just note that they are extremely busy and so you have to exercise patience and make sure you review everything carefully.

This is my fourth year that I used Sanjay Tax pro for my filings. I am not a great investor or a star on taxation issues, so I totally depend on them for my filings. So far my experience has been excellent; I got refunds on time and the process was simple (I also do not have any great investments or complex portfolios). I think they have a good team who know the needs of Indian Americans and the domestic issues back in India which have bearing on US taxation. I never got to talk to Sanjay in all these years but so far it didnt make any difference to my experience. This year I referred two of my close friends to Sanjay Tax Pro. They are capable and quick to complete your returns.. but there were a few things that didnt work for me -it was very difficult to get them on the phone, all questions had to go via email and it made the process very tedious. Their answers were never complete requiring many follow ups.Theyre very eager to take your money, very prompt in making you pay but not the same promptness in answering questions..they are also very expensive for something that is entirely via emails.I tried out a different company this year which was a good $250 cheaper and included an in person consultation to answer all my questions.

I had a terrible experience filing my tax returns with Sanjay.1. They never pick up calls to discuss my case or answer questions2. Did no due diligence on my tax returns. Basically they took my tax docs (W2, 1099s, etc.) and just punched them into some software3. Missed some very basic deductions on my returns because they spent no time talking to me or understand my tax situation4. Charged me close to $800 for filing my returns that I will now have to refileThere are lot of other better options elsewhere. Youre better off taking your business there.

Ive returned to Sanjay for a second year - his prices for personal tax returns are extremely reasonable and the process is hassle free. I am a recent immigrant with assets overseas - other CPAs quotes flew through the roof when they found that my return would be more complex and beyond their normal expertise, but Sanjay is experienced in dealing with issues around applying for ITINs, declaring FBAR etc, and, as a result, able to offer very very good rates for returns of this nature. Sanjay Tax pro was cheaper than other companies. I applied for their tax debt program and the enrollment process went well. The agents were really nice and they were with me all the way. Me and my referred colleagues went to Sanjay tax Fremont location after 7yrs looking at rating & publicity on radio, but everyone of us felt we spent more money for less service. No support once your taxes are filed. For any questions you ask later you will get reply to book appointment for $$$ . Referral amount will get next time when you file again with him . Look for other options if you have. Just a simple thought if one is spending more time & money on advertising, the cost will be born by customers isnt it ? Definitely NOT Recommended.

This is the first time I am dealing with Sanjay and this is my first return in USA. He was blazing fast. Within 24 hours, my return for year ended 2018 and 2 x ITIN are on their way to IRS.
