Casey has been working on my laptops for @ 4-5 years. He has worked on at least 4 of my laptops. His prices are very reasonable. With my latest laptop, he completely refurbished it and charged less than $50.00. Without asking, he also saved all my files and pictures that i had not backed up. When I gave him the laptop, he said it would take probably 2 days. He was able to do it in @ 3 hours instead. I highly recommend Casey with San Diego-Tech for your repair needs

Casey is the real deal - hes personal, helpful, honest, dedicated. Hes good at what he does and I think he is on duty 24/7! His price was a pleasant surprise, too. It was a relief to find him, as I seem to have lots of laptop issues! Highly recommended.

Casey has been my IT guy at work for 8 years, and we have been running smoothly ever since. We highly recommend San Diego Tech. They have serviced our computers for over 8 years. We recently relocated to another state and needed a new Website. Casey was able to build it for us, help get our company name and location out there as well. He is very easy to work with and does a fantastic job! We use him for all our computer needs!!

Mind-blowing service. My computer gave up on Sunday night, the hard drive was defective. I use this computer for work, so I needed as little down-time as possible. I came to his location on Sunday at 9pm and it was fixed by Monday at 11:30am (and even so, the delay was due to me not providing the electrical charger).He really made sure to fulfill my needs (he dropped me off at Starbucks).Absolutely amazing !!!

Crashed and burned my computer. No backup~my bad. Really bad. Casey did a total recall and re installed a new drive within 24 hrs - hes good. Really good. Enough said.

My Macbook Pro broke down and I took it to Casey; he soon began talking about what might be wrong with it and he told me that he could try a few things on the Macbook Pro so it could be ready by the following morning. We agreed he would charge me $40 to $45 for his services. I called him the following morning and he said he did not have a chance to look at it so I picked it up in the evening that day. Casey told me he was not able to fix it and he wanted to charge me $50, I told him we agreed on $40 to $45, so he charged me $40. The following day I took the Macbook Pro to Basics-n-Beyond Premium Apple Authorized Service Provider in Carlsbad they looked at the Macbook Pro and fixed it in less then five minutes and did not charge me anything.Save yourself the time and money by not going to Casey / San Diego Tech.

Told me my hard drive was fried, recommended a friend to get my data from it fro $500.00. Frys had on trouble transferring my data for $60.00.

It was awful service and I was actually quite disappointed. Do not use this guy. He got service charge for nothing. I returned to his house the day after I picked up my laptop and he asked me more money for repair. I will tell everyone stay away from this rip off artist.
