It’s hard to describe the complete satisfaction we had with working with Sandi and Michael in such a small paragraph. They go way beyond what’s expected in a realtor! Everything from the perfect photos and drone film for your listing to help with hiring contractors. They are always there for your questions and phone calls. With our first open house we had two offers and I think it’s because they are so professional and know so much about the market. We couldn’t have had a better experience, everything was perfect! If you want a professional team that knows the market and isn’t afraid to do what is needed to sell your home Sandi and Michael are the best Realtors we have ever met!

We first met Michael by starting conversations through e-mail. We were looking at properties in La Quinta on-line, and Michael sent us very helpful information on several homes that were within our price range. He never hesitated to answer all our questions in detail, about our interested properties. When we met each other in person, he listened to our needs and preferences for homes, but, also took the initiative to discuss and show us slightly higher priced homes, that might work better for our style. We appreciated his initiative, and ended up going with the slightly higher priced home. Michael was instrumental in making sure all documents were complete and timely. We appreciated his communication as our representative, with the selling agent, loan officer, escrow officer, and all other necessary vendors, to ensure everything was in place properly, prior to the close of Escrow. Michael has gone above and beyond, in providing personal and professional service to help us purchase our home. He has excellent follow-up, and we would highly recommend Michael.
