This place is awesome. The doctor is very kind and efficient. My insurance denied my medication and the next day the issue was fixed. My medication is on its way. Also, the rest of the staff is great too.

Such a great experience at Sand Dermatology! I brought my daughter in for her eczema that had really been bothering her and even disrupting her sleep. Recommendations from her pediatrician and allergist had not been successful. We were in and out of the office in under 30 minutes, and the topical steroid prescribed started to provide her relief immediately. Two weeks later and she is so much happier and less itchy. Thank you!!

Had a fantastic experience. Front desk staff was warm, prompt, and efficient. Dr. Sandhu asked all the right questions as his nurse took notes on her iPad. I was diagnosed, with all questions answered and my prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy in short order. Ill be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Sand Dermatology. We saw Dr. Diem Pham. She is extremely kind and wonderful physician and took a good examination of the mole/growth that my father had. It was relieving to speak to her as she explained to us it is likely benign. Also the staff were really easy to talk to, and the clinic was really nice.Update: Went to See Dr. Pham again, once again she is amazing. Very kind hearted and personable. The best experience at any medical office. Super fast in and out. You do all the paper work online and check in before you go in, to save time which i love. I wish all medical office do this. This is a beautiful facility! The staff are so attentive and Dr. Sandhu is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything in detail. I had the Mohs surgery done for skin cancer removal and I had minimal pain and was done in a short time. I would recommend this office for any dermatology needs.

Today was my first visit at Sand Dermatology. My appointment was with Dr. Pham, who was extremely kind and caring, even going so far as to call us before our appointment to let us know the local traffic conditions so that we would be able to make it on time. I was very impressed with the calming atmosphere of the office, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I received a thorough exam, and immediate treatment for the few issues I had. Ive never looked forward to going to the dermatologist before, but I am actually looking forward to my follow up visit!The office is up on the latest technology, and we were able to do most of our check in on our phones before we even got there. They even go so far as to have phone chargers at almost every seat in the waiting room with multiple connectors to accommodate any phone or tablet. well done!

Dr. Sandhu and his team are the kind of medical professionals you want to deal with.Lots of medical places feel like a mill - churning people in and out as fast as they can to bill more. Thats the nature of the business. Not here.Dr. Sandhu takes the time to hear your considerations, questions, thoughts, and answers efficiently and with accuracy. You get the answers you want and need, and its quick. Hes a chill relatable dude too, which is always nice.His team are also super pleasant. Sand Dermatology went above and beyond when treating my mother who was visiting from Pennsylvania. My mom was concerned about a spot on her arm and the office was willing to squeeze her in while she was here in CA. Dr. Saleh was kind, gentle, and thorough while offering a careful explanation of what he was about to do putting my mother at ease. Dr. Saleh also reached out to a colleague in Pittsburgh who is willing to see my mom soon to discuss results when she returns home. Really above and beyond service and care. Would highly recommend!

They seemed happy to answer all my questions and were extremely pleasant!The waiting area and exam room were modern and very clean. I noticed the waiting room even provided charging cords for your electronic devices. Nice touch!I met with Dr. Sandhu and his assistant and they were also professional, friendly and attentive to my medical history and concerns. I came for a chemical peel and was extremely nervous because I had a really bad experience with a chemical peel in the past but Dr. Sandhu went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable. I accompanied my husband on his visit to this dermatologist. I was very impressed with the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff. When my husband was taken back by the nurse whom was equally as kind and efficient our waiting time was minimum. Dr. Sandy appeared and assessed my husbands skin condition. He gave him three different options for treatment which was wonderful and at no time was my husband pressured into using a specific treatment plan. Unlike other aestheticians Ive visited in the past that push a lot of unnecessary treatments that dont show any results. Her in office biopsies were pain free and healed really well. This was my first time having a visit to a dermatologist in general. I went in for a consultation, the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have been having issues for a couple years with an unknown lump, that I can now confirm is a cyst, for about four years. The nurses were very helpful, as well as Dr. Sandhu. He answered all of my questions and informed me with more information than expected. You can tell that they truly care for their clients here, I felt very comfortable and was relieved to know what I do now. I will 100% be returning for future appointments. They can cause insecurities and anxiety, they affect one’s self-esteem.... Dr. Sandhu has been a God send for me. I went to see him in December 2021 for severe hair loss, and it took him just a quick look to ascertain the cause of my problem. The office is clean and nice, the doctor and staff are great, however I went for an initial office visit where no procedure was done, and was charged my yearly deductible on top of my copay. My wife has insight on medical billing and knew this wasn’t correct. I had called my insurance company where the representative told me as long as no procedures are done, the office accepts your insurance, and is in network the deductible should not be applied. Once the insurance company got involved they called the office to inform them they should not be charging the deductible for an initial visit with no procedure, but was told by the office that they always charge the deductible on an initial visit no matter if the patient had a procedure done or not. I was able to get a refund for my deductible back. Just keep in mind they may over charge when not necessary.

Not very happy with results and outcome from my visit. Went here May 2021 with an issue with my right ear. After Dr. Sandhu took some skin samples and having their lab diagnosis the result was a bacterial infection. Was given some antibiotics. When the issue did not improve I went elsewhere only to find out that I have squamous cell skin cancer in my right ear. Just had surgery (2/16/22) to remove cancer which has also resulted in part or my ear being removed.

Very bad experience! Their response to my review is disappointing too. I should never visit this place.They didnt disclose there will be a deep cut before taking a sample from my hand. This was just some small red spot on the skin, but now it is a permanent skin cut-off. Several small red spots are all disappeared automatically after one week without any treatment. I regret that I visited this place and taken the biopsy.The sample was taken from my wrist in Feb. There were several fresh red spots on my hand, I dont know why the Doctor took the sample from my wrist which is easy to bleed. It was my first time taking a skin sample biopsy. The doctor used a ring-shaped cutter I never see before, and the cut and the cover for the wound were so fast that I didnt notice the wound was so deep. They didnt disclose there will be a deep cut before taking the sample. Otherwise, I will not visit the place that day.I found the cut is very deep when I change the adhesive Bandage two days later, then I went to their office to tell them the cut was so deep, how can I do it and can they help me to heal the cut soon. One assistant at the front desk said dont worry, the cut will fully be healed soon by itself even without any treatment. Then I am asked her if there anything can make the healing fast, she recommended a brand of Bandage to me. However, the consultant at CVS and Walgreen all told me that Bandage is only used for some wounds with big scabs after heavy burn injury, but not for deep cut healing, they recommended I use ordinary Bandage to avoid infection.I waited for one week, two weeks, three weeks, one month, two months.......then I know the cut will never be closed up. What a painful lesson!!!My reply to their response to my review.1.We have already reached out to you to come in for a wound check visit at no charge. They didnt tell me that I can get a wound check visit at no charge. I only received a call regarding my skin sample test was done, and I need to make an appointment and pay a 50$ co-pay visit again if I want to get the test explanation from the Doctor. They didnt say a word about a free check for the wound.2.They are still talking there should not be an issue with them. ScarAway is a great option for any wound to heal aesthetically.The skin sample was taken on Feb 1. The photo of the wound you see here was taken on June 15. After four months, they are still talking like the Front assistants saying.It is a deep skin loss issue caused by the deep sample cut. It is not a scar problem. How can you make up a new skin for the deep cut after 4 months?3.I have also left you my phone number. I didnt received any phone call, message, or email about the personal number. I just checked my email trash box and phone message again.4. I am sorry you did not get our voicemail. I just double-checked the phone call record and voicemail, there was no voicemail that from the time I posted my first review, Feb 16th, to the time they replied to me first time, in the reply they said they already reached out me, and then they updated they left a voicemail. And actually, no voicemail came to me till Feb 23th. But I would appreciate the contact even though I didnt receive it.I should never visit this place if I know their service is so bad.
