2024-06-28 16:44:28Sanborn’s was able to squeeze us in during their busy season when our AC started to act up. They showed on time, were able to identify the issue quickly and are fairly priced. Mark was very knowledgeable, kind and professional! He talked me through the issue and gave me his recommendations without pushing unnecessary repairs like I’ve experienced in the past with other AC repair services. I signed up for their membership and looking forward to their future visits. Thank you Sanborn’s for making this a painless experience and giving our family some relief from the heat!

2024-07-02 03:20:49Jose was a great communicator. He gave us updates on his ETA and arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional throughout his service. Jose was very respectful to our home and family. He also clearly explained the problem about a sensor being out of place. Additionally, he was able to fix the problem and was able to provide reinforcements to make sure the problem would not happen again. Would highly recommend Jose to help with our heat pump for future services and repairs.

2024-02-25 21:18:12I called a number of places due to a heater issue over the weekend and only Sanborn’s picked up. They paged a tech who returned my call within 15 mins and they came to my place in a couple hours or would’ve been less on a Sunday. Nate was thorough and showed me the problem and explained solutions. Grateful for the service on last minute call!

2024-06-20 22:12:28Recently purchased a home in Redlands, we wanted to have our AC system checked on before the hot summer days went into full force; so we scheduled with Sanborns AC. Carla, the general manager, is a great pleasure to work with in scheduling our service. She made sure to communicate with me on any updates or changes leading up my appointment. Our service technician Isaias G. was very informative. He broke down the steps he was going to take in the inspection very thoroughly. Was polite and courteous through out the inspection, letting me know exactly what was happening and what his findings were. When the time came to review his recommendations, He took the time to explain every finding and showed me pictures, so I could better understand.With in the same day of my service appointment, I was able to speak to John and get a second opinion on Isaias recommendations. At no point did I feel rushed to commit to any work, if anything I felt at ease with the findings and felt comfort in knowing the staff would be available to answer any further questions i may have. Sanborns AC will definitely have our business and trust for future services.

2023-09-24 00:22:57After our two years old ac unit failed due to refrigerant leak, we reached out to Sanborn’s Air Conditioning and Heating for a second opinion. They came out the very same day to check out the system for diagnosis. We were very impressed with their quick response and timely arrival. It took less than an hour for the technician to figure out where the leak was and it was the compressor coil out of all places.They scheduled an appointment to replace the parts under warranty right away. They even called us to reschedule the appointment to an earlier date later on, however we couldn’t respond it on time as we were out of cell service coverage during that week. Regardless, they came over at the promised time and did a fantastic job carrying out the repairs.In addition to the technical staff, we really appreciate the front desk for letting us know when the crew was arriving and what to expect upon arrival/departure. The small details in between certainly made a big difference in our overall experience.Thank you so much for making the process as transparent as possible with minimal interruption to our daily routine!! That is the very definition of great service.

They are very efficient with what is needed to be done to keep everything running smooth.Its always nice to see familiar faces and Mark has now been to our home a couple of times. 2024-04-22 20:12:57Great service!!! Isiah came to do summer checkup and noticed a big problem. He got a repair group out the next day. Was repaired in 24 hours. He was explained what needed to be done and the repair group went above and beyond what was expected. They were all courteous and clean. No cleanup on my part. Would recommend them to all

2024-03-13 23:24:15If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, friendly heating and air company, look no further than Sanborn’s.We just had a full central heating and a/c unit installed and are very happy with the equipment and process. The installers and tech are professional, polite and responsive to every question asked. They even slip on shoe covers as they enter and exit the home. Who else does that?The new units are replacing a 20 year-old system that was showing signs of aging and possible safety issues. So nice having a clean, energy-efficient system. The final price was very competitive.A special shout-out to the tech, Pete, and to the installers Tyler and Robert. Also to Carla and Brandy who manage the office. It’s nice to have a friendly human answer the phone, and not just be dumped into a recording.All-in-all, a two thumbs-up recommendation!
