From the first interaction at the front desk to the doctors and the rest of the staff was very welcoming everyone is so nice. Finding a good orthodontist is not easy and San Marcos orthodontist by far exceeded my expectations, I’d like to thank the entire team who made my experience positive these past 2 and a half years. Big biggg thank you to Jocelyn. C for making my end of braces process easier and enjoyable for me even though my pregnancy nausea made it hard for me to stand strong smells she was super patient and accommodating.

The staff is so friendly and the office is beautiful. Dr. Sabet is amazing-so warm and kind. Junior took off my daughter’s braces and her smile is gorgeous! Our son got his braces here. He is the youngest of our 5 children. All of our children needed braces and his 4 siblings all had different orthodontist because of us moving around a lot for work. San Marcos Orthodontists is the best! The staff are always kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is spotlessly clean and they really care. The topping on the cake is … that getting care for our son didn’t break the bank either!! It was very affordable. He just got his braces off and his smile is amazing!!5 stars from me!!!

I had a wonderful experience with teeth straightening at San Marcos Orthodontics. I turned to them with braces already set (in the middle of alignment) and they agreed to complete the work to the end. The office is very cozy, great music always plays and the staff is always friendly. Doctors and their assistants are attentive, do the work quickly and efficiently. You will never have to wait long for your appointment. I am satisfied with my result and I recommend this clinic to everyone!

I absolutely love this place! From the moment I see the angel numbers 4444 on their door, I step inside and am greeted by friendly staff, immediately!!I love the cleanliness of the office. They bump good tunes on the speakers. And their staff is unmatched. They’re like family! Wait, I’m thinking now— and I’m definitely going to miss everyone once my treatment is over. This is the second time I had to get braces and I’ve never been more satisfied! I finally got my braces off today and after a long process of extractions and so on, my bite finally feels right. Prior to the beginning of my treatment my mom had her braces from here and loved the result which is why I started mine here. I had my braces for a little over 2 years and every single time I came in Dr. Sabet, Junior, Katie and Virginia were always so kind and outgoing. Referred by primary dentist, and got a discount on my braces. The Orthodontists (both) are super friendly they try to work with you in everything. Take the time to explain everything with all details. Once my treatment was done i got my retainers and choose to get an extra pair and Doct gave me a discount! Staff is super friendly, energetic and always give you as much information possible.

Both my kids go to San Marcos Orthodontics and we all love it! The office has a nice, modern look to it, the equipment is high-end, and the staff are all so friendly and amazing! Im extremely happy with the work that has been done so far on both my kids. Their smiles are going to be great!! Dr. Ehsani and Dr. Sabat are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Ehsani was the only orthodontist out of all the ones I have seen who did not want to just pull all my teeth to make room, which from the beginning made me happy. He is very precise with his work and at every appointment made sure everything was perfect with my braces. Ive always felt like he was taking his time to make my teeth perfect and not just rushing which is great. They have always been super helpful with poking wires and the few times I accidentally broke a bracket. A couple days ago was the day I had been waiting for and it was definitely worth the wait! I absolutely love the way my teeth, smile came out. Ive never really been someone to smile with my teeth showing but now I cant stop smiling. I also love the fact that he has you come in after they are off for check ups to make sure everything is good and not just forget about you once youre done. I couldnt be more happy with the results.

My sister started her orthodontic treatment here around 2-3 years ago. She had been wanting to fix her bite for a really long time and was finally was able to. A few months ago her braces were removed and she revealed a beautiful smile. She was really happy to show off her smile to everyone and has not stopped smiling since. The staff used to be amazing when Sandy the manager used to work there. Now if you missed an appointment staff don’t even bother to call you and remind you or to at least reach you to try to reschedule. Their excuse is that they have to many patients, I work in the medical field and we see more than 500 patients a day and we still managed to talk to our patients and remind them about their miss appointments. Dr’s are really nice but the quality of costumer services is not the same I noticed it because I been going there for a year, things change after Sandy left, now no one cares to fallow up with you, big mistake you can make is to pay off your braces, then you don’t become a priority because everything is paid off already.

Fantastic doctor and staff... The office is very clean and has cutting edge technology. I had several consultations with other offices in the area however, I felt like Dr. Ehsani was the most honest and gave me the most complete picture of my treatment outcome including option of doing non surgical case (which was great for me as an adult).Thanks to him, my treatment will be finished months before I expected which is a huge plus in my book. I recently finished treatment (about 6 months ago) and wanted to write a review outlining the outstanding care this orthodontist provided. I had a complex case, many who I interviewed were not confident they could correct to perfection. However from the first initial visit Dr. EHSANI showed confidence and know how to correct my complex bite to perfection. This confidence did not waiver throughout the two plus year treatment plan. He and his staff were not only professional and competent but also caring from start to finish. The facility is extremely clean, sanitized and modern. Love how the office is modern and clean. They were awesome with helping me create a payment plan for my case, and explaining to me what my treatment would entail.I previously had braces in high school and was an advocate with wearing my retainer, but I didnt remove my wisdom teeth in time (was away from home attending school), so my lower teeth started to bunch up at the front.I went in for a consult for braces or invisalign, but leaning more towards invisalign, since at my age I didnt want to have metal braces again. They were awesome with quoting me for both and explaining to me the benefits of either plan. Of course i picked invisalign, and couldnt be more happier. I’ve been coming to this orthodontist for over 5 years now and every single staff member has been nothing short of incredible. From the doctors to the receptionist, I have been treated and been taken care of exceptionally. Not only is the facility clean and welcoming, but almost everyone there speaks Spanish as well (something I find important)! I have been treated very well as my teeth looked like hell before I first walked in. Five years later, I have an amazing, perfect smile. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so amazing. I have taken my kids to several orthodontic evaluations and by far San Marcos Orthodontics was the best. Dr. Sabet explained to me in detail the orthodontic plan for my kids. One of them who is not ready yet to start ( in two other offices they wanted me to rush to start treatment) and my oldest child he is ready for braces.As a mother I want for them to feel comfortable and at ease.
