Second time Ed has saved us from super inflated and unnecessary repair cost for my kids laptops. After having my daughter’s laptop sit with the Geek Squad repair at Best Buy for two weeks, only to find out that her laptop was out of extended warranty (the Associate wrote up the service order with my other daughters laptop details and her machine was was still under warranty). So it was a shock to find out that not only was not covered under extended warranty, but they also wanted $800 to replace a screen for a three-year-old laptop.Ed looked at the laptop, and made a great suggestion to find a second hand screen and replace it with that since the laptop was already kind of old, but still very usable. It cost us less than half of the price quoted by Geek Squad, and he managed to do it less than a week.San Francisco is so full of super talented individuals who own these small businesses. They are very competent, and competitively priced as well.Thanks Ed for a jibe well done!

Came to get my MacBook screen replaced, and Eduardo was very through and transparent throughout the whole process. Eduardo even remained open longer for me to be able to pick up my laptop after closing, as I needed it that night in order to return to college the next morning, and was running late. Would highly recommend, best priced computer repair in the city with great service and quality parts.

The owner is great guy! He knows his stuff and is always honest and dependable. Ive gone in with computer problems, to make photo copies and to buy lotto tickets - all in one stop. Highly recommend and glad hes in the neighborhood!

Come here to fix my motherboard that i had damaged. Walking in and out was like the spand of 5 mins and had to pay a 40$ examination fee. He told me that he would give me a phone call the next today, forward on the next day i had gotten a message telling me my computer had been fixed and that it was a total of 140 100 for the fix and 40 for the fee. I hoped for different suggestions since replacing the motherboard probably would yield greater results for the money paid. I should of said something about the price but i didnt. Overall it was a well done job but i personally didnt think its worth the money.

Great professional service for your devices need to be repaired, replaced some defective or upgrade components, etc.. with very reasonable price. The owner Eduardo is a educated and knowledgeable and trustworthy person.He recovered my important data of my laptop patiently and replaced my defective components successfully. He gave my advices what should I do without spending a lot of money for upgrading devices. His office is very clean and safe place to visit if you need any services from him. I had a fantastic experience with this computer repair shop! Eduardo did a great job replacing my Macbook Pro screen (with the whole lid). I was impressed that he had the screen assembly in stock and he was able to complete the repair in less than 24 hours.Good communication during the repair and he allowed me plenty of time in the shop to verify the new screen. Now my laptop looks and works like new!

Great overall experience! Great professional service for low cost and a smile. Eduardo always goes above and beyond for the customer. He offers more than one service, from computer repair to finger printing and money service. He already helped me fix my electronics and I usually buy my scratches from there. Eduardo is my go-to place for any computer issues and I recommend this place to my family and friends. Parking is challenging but theres usually no line, or you can call before going there.
