I spoke with Eric but the whole staff is amazing and friendly. They attempted to repair my flat tire for me but determined that all my tires were compromised and needed replacing. They gave me options to fit my price range and explained what each of those options would provide for me. They got my tires replaced quickly and when I picked up the car they let me know that my purchase covers the next 6 mos free for tire rotation to make sure the car is running well and to keep me safe. I’ve been here before for services and will definitely recommend them to others. They’re amazing!

Repor with past customers: good, prices on service: I was happy. Overall: This was a first-time try. Now that I have added another car, I had to find the tires required for the new vehicle. This was one of the few that could get my tires quickly ( within a day), They did offer to fix the puncture first, which was nice and gave me a t8.e to bring it in. They checked the tire, fixed the flat, and the prices were very reasonable. They also gave me some solid info on my car that will be helpful for future prevention. I will go back as I did see older customers return happy with what was done in the past. There are some other areas to look at until then a solid 4 stars...

Fast, friendly, professional service! I liked Tire Pros and I’ll be back next time I need tires. I thought their prices were definitely fair and I also discovered they do free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Good to know! They can also change my oil at the same time, which saves me an additional trip to my mechanic. Good deal all the way around!

Bradley and Eric are very professional, honest and trustworthy. Always very helpful and don’t try to upsell repairs, I’m glad I’m able to take my car there with all the issues it has and they are willing to help. I have been going to Tire Pros in San Dimas for over 35 years. I have trusted them with each one of my cars over the years and they have never disappointed me ever. I took my 2020 Tahoe in with a slightly bald tire in the front and Eric and the team figured out what I needed and gave me some great advice to make sure it does NOT continue to happen. They were up front on what I needed but never pressured me into extra costs like a dealer does. I purchased 4 new Bridgestone tires with the warrany and paid for a Wheel alignment, which was desperately needed. Thanks Tire Pros in San Dimas, I am still a very HAPPY Customer 😊.

I called a couple of times with questions before using Tire Pros and was always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Work was completed in a reasonable time. Im completely satisfied with the service I received and will use them again.Update January 2024:I needed two tires replaced. They took me the same day and finished the job quickly. The best local family owned tire and maintenence shop around. After calling the big box corporate shops and some local shops, this place not just fixed my flat tire that no other tire shop would fix, it was fast and friendly. I had supposedly two nails within 6 inches and one other local shop wanted to charge $70 to repair, but Tire Pro took a look and originally said they cant fix because the nails were too close. However, because they cared about customers, the manager said lets check if both are leaking and if both nails penetrated. It turned out that one was a metal clip that looked liked a nail head, and only one nail penetrated. Great customer service always bring customers back. Best kept secret in town!

I have been coming here for years. Always prompt and courteous service. I prefer to support local businesses and these guys are a class act. San Dimas Tire Pros was great. It was the first time I took my car anywhere besides the dealer, and I will be going back from now on. The guys are upfront about prices and things that you may want to keep in mind when servicing your vehicle, but not pushy about getting anything done. The rewards program seems like it will be worthwhile, as well.

I took my car in for an engine problem, and the entire experience has made it so I will never take my car here again. After paying nearly $400 for them to do a diagnostic, they basically just used a code reader and replaced some parts they guessed were wrong. Now 2 visits later, and nearly $2000 dollars later, my car isnt fixed and Ive been told they dont know what to do and I need to take it elsewhere because its beyond their scope. Beyond them overcharging me for not even fixing the problem and for not doing an actual diagnostic to see if what they replaced was even the issue, the manager was also extremely condescending and unhelpful. Even at one time when I was saying how frustrating it is Im continually getting charged for services that arent actually fixing my car he let me know he validates my feelings but cant help. If youre just doing tires, youre probably okay, but please use my experience as a warning to NEVER use them as a mechanic.

I’m not a huge fan of going to get car repairs done, but my experience at San Dimas Tire Pros was good. The employees were helpful and attentive to the needs of my car. The manager Brad explained all the services being done thoroughly and provided additional information on any other services my vehicle will be needing without it making it seem overwhelming. Just passing through LA we got a giant screw in our tire, but thank GOD it happened within a mile of San Dimas Tire Pros.A quick Google search gave us a few options, but San Dimas Tire Pros had a 5 star rating with a lot of reviews, so we took a chance - so glad we did! Those 5 stars are definitely deserved!We limped in with a completely flat tire, obviously no appointment, but could not have been treated any better by the technicians. They went above and beyond to locate, pick up, and install our specialty tire to get us back on the road ASAP.They took the stress out of a really stressful situation, had a nice waiting room with a tv, coffee and tea station, and nice, clean bathroom. I really could not ask for more.

The staff at San Dimas Tire Pros have always been so nice and helpful to me. It’s easy to make appointments and they always call you to get your approval before they do any work on your car. I got a flat tire early this morning about 6am on 57FWY and had AAA changed the tire with a spare one. Looked & searched for a good rated tire shop nearby and found San Dimas Tire Shop. It was still closed when go there. About 7;30am, someone came in and opened the office. By 7:45am, even though the shop opens at 8am, someone checked & report of condition of my flat tire. Unfortunately my tire was unable to repair due to a large hope damage by a large drill bit. I was quoted for a replacement tire and the price was very reasonable for my Porsche Cayenne.Bradley was so helpful, courteous & friendly and gave me peace of mind.No wonder they have excellent ratings.Thanks again, Bradley & staffs. San Dimas Tire Pros does quality work at reasonable prices. Ive had all three of my cars serviced there and have never bought tires. Its usually oil changes and tire rotations but Ive had more complex work done there also. There have been a couple of minor issues (nothing always goes perfectly), but they always work hard to make things right for me. Im a gearhead and the guys there are knowledgeable and friendly and we have fun talking cars. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Miguel and Ramon helped me out, and they were kind, helpful, and informative about what I needed to know about my car without trying to upsell me. If you can speak Spanish, it might be a plus when communicating, but they dont assume you do and can help you in English. That was just something that made me feel good. Great place though, for sure.

I had been looking for a couple of difficult to find tires. I called five places before finding Tire Pros And all of them said that either couldn’t help me or I had to leave my car overnight because the tires had to be ordered and sent.. It was Late afternoon and Tire Pros said ‘no problem’. Not only could they do the work that night but they happen to have two of the tires I was looking for in stock. I got there as soon as I could and they completed the installation and balancing in 45 minutes. And they were the least expensive from all the other places that I had checked. What was so awesome about this place is these guys were so nice and accommodating and gave me as part of their standard installation package free rotation for the life of the tires!! They definitely earned my future business!

This is a review of the tire buying experience since I have not had any other services done here.Great service ... everyone there is friendly and helpful! I was shopping around for 4 new tires and they were able to beat all other prices and install the same day!About 3 months later I got a flat tire and hobbled my car off the freeway to them. They put on my spare at no charge and ordered my new tire to come the next day. The tire was covered, so I got the new one for free and all I had to pay was for the rotation/install! My daughter (attending university in SoCal, mom’s in NorCal) distracted while driving ran car into the median and blew out both driver’s side tires and damaged both wheel wells! They definitely know what they’re doing and I appreciated that and very good communications with everyone who answered the phone there. The problems were with my insurance company quite unfortunately which delayed the repair for lack of transparency, safety and poor communications especially with their inspectors. We got a flat tire on the side of the highway and we know literally nothing about cars. We found San Dimas Tire Pros on Google and all I can say is...THANK GOD WE DID! We called and explained our situation and they confirmed that they had the tire we’d need. Once we arrived, they were ready for us and the whole process was UNDER 30 MINUTES! All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Even the waiting area had a full pot of coffee and a clean bathroom! Not only did they change our tire safely and quick, but they took the time to check the tire pressure on our three remaining tires. We contacted San Dimas Tire Pros around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon requesting 4 new tires. We knew they close at 4:00 so when we made the request, we fully expected to just leave our car there at the shop, and then pick up the car on Tuesday or so when the tires would come in and the work could be done. We were so surprised when we were contacted around 5:00 PM (an hour after closing) informing us we need a realignment and that they would be happy to stay late to take care of it for us. All four tires were obtained from an offsite facility, put on our car, and then aligned in just a few hours. San Dimas Tire Pros stayed late to get the job done (we did not request them to do this...they did it on their own), obtained our payment info over the phone, and then made it easy for us to pick up the car after they closed. This is my first time to Tire Pros. They are the only shop that carries the OEM tires I needed. I do most of the maintenance and repairs on my cars but need to take it to someone to mount and balance tires. When I ordered the tires, I asked them if they have an outside waiting area and they said they did. It was a dirty bench in the hot sun, so they told me I could sit on the grass. Really! I went in to tell them that I forgot to give them the lug nut lock key and they said they found it. Without my permission, they rummaged through my glove compartment to find it. I was just outside their door. You think they could have just asked me? They mounted the stick-on weights on the outside of the wheel for all to see and one tire took 12 weights (3 ounces) which is on the heavy side. If a tire needs that much weight, then the tire should be rotated in the wheel. I had them redo the balance and sure enough it took less than half the weight and they placed the weights on the inside of the wheel. No pride in workmanship at all! The other issue I had was with the lug nut torquing. I saw the mechanic run the lug nuts on with an impact wrench then used a torque wrench to tighten them up, but I didn’t see the torque wrench rotate. I checked the torque when I got home, and I had to stand with both feet on my 18” breaker bar just to loosen them up. This is significantly tighter than 96 ft lbs. as the manufacture recommends. As I was setting the torque, I noticed that my left rear center cap was chipped in two places. First, someone who doesn’t know how to torque a lug nut should not be working on cars. And secondly get a cheap set of plastic pry bars so you don’t ruin anyone’s center caps. How hard can this be?

Generally speaking, I usually have a good experience at Tire Pros. But yesterday I tried to get a tire fixed on my lunch hour and since the wait would be too long I came back at 5 pm. I thought I was making an appointment, but when I got there at 5 p.m., I had to wait behind two other cars and it took me about an hour to get my tire checked. Some of the best tire service around. Got home from work in friday, noticed I had a large screw embedded in my front right tire. Took the truck down to their shop without calling. Within 10 minutes they had tested the tire for an air leak(which they did find) and had the tire off the truck and getting repaired.

Went there with a punctured tire. Was expecting I had to replace it with a new tire like how the dealership usually does. But instead they patch it since its not that big anyway. They dont just sell you stuff to make money but I can tell theyre into customer satisfaction. They even gave me a time frame of my waiting time but I got out 45 minutes early. I would definitely have my tire be checked and changed here in the future.

The San Dimas tire pros are great, been coming here for years, recently bought a 2006 jeep commander that I brought in for an inspection, they were very professional, I brought it in right before closing got an estimate of repairs needed, my front brakes were really low, they same day replace them and turned my rotors, all the other reccomended repairs were done next day on time, all work/parts have a year warranty. I cant recommend these guys enough, they do so much more than tires! Would go back without question.

Love Tire Pros! I go to the glendora and san dimas location and have always been treated fairly and had excellent work done. Recently they went above and beyond to fix up and old Nissan. I have never felt like I was being overpriced. They even have reward system, got a free oil change today by using my points.

I arrived late in the afternoon on a Friday, around 4:00. They w ernt busy so they took me right away. They gave me the option of buying 2 or 4 tires l chose 4. They had me back on the road by 6. Very efficient, fast, and responsible. I would recommend them to anyone.
