The best acupuncture in town by far. This place not only takes amazing care of you, but their staff is also amazing. I came in with some pretty bad injuries due to my sport (soccer). It is literal magic the work that they do here. very highly recommended!!!

Excellent care, excellent results! I lost 4 inches after undergoing acupuncture and taking herbs for two weeks. It was not herbs for weight loss but to up my energy and get my energy moving throughout my body. It works! If western medicine hasnt helped you, take the chance and go see Dr. Lim, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Lee! San Dimas Acupuncture takes most insurances, even Kaiser with a referral letter. I pay cash for acupuncture which is about $100. Herbs are not covered by insurance and those are about $400. It may seem like a lot but it is well worth it. I have more energy, I sleep throughout the night without getting up, my joints do not hurt, it does not hurt to move, it has helped my menses, weight loss, headaches, hair loss, and my back and hip pain. I am in my mid 30s and feel like I am in my 20s. If you are ready to take back your health, go see Dr. Lim!

I’ve had back pain for many years, my doctor recommended acupuncture. I found this place and it had good reviews. Peter has been great, he is very professional and loves to help people. For me it’s been a different experience but it’s helped me with my back, I feel a lot better.

My doctor recommended that I go to an acupuncturist for my right shoulder pain that was radiating down to my wrist. She said that I had arthritis and tendinitis. I didn’t want to take any pain meds and wasn’t sure if I wanted to do physical therapy again. I decided to go to SD acupuncture after reading all the great reviews. Peter has been treating me for about 6 weeks and I felt relief since my first visit. I no longer have pain on my right shoulder and my wrist is getting better. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I don’t like needles, but Peter was great. He made me feel comfortable right away and from that moment, I knew I was in good hands. So glad that I tried it out, I’m healing faster than I thought I would. Peter also emphasized how important it is to eat healthier, and to get enough sleep every night. Came here per my mothers recommendation and I cant be happier with the results not only for myself but for my mom as well. In comparison my issues are far less severe which I have seen improvement in just a handful of sessions. As for my mother its a night and day difference since she started coming here. Prior to her arrival she was limited in movement due to a degrading hip. Over the past few months shes been able to move more than I have seen her in years which is an unfortunate truth. The acupuncture, herbs, and additional treatments shes been taking have worked wonders.Peter makes the whole process enjoyable and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable. Overall just pleasant.

My son fractured his pinky at school, during our visit to the emergency room the doctor estimated 6 weeks of healing time. Peter created a herb paste to put on his hand every night, within 2 days his bruising was no longer visible. My son also began to feel the swelling go down and pain lessen overnight. At our 3 week check up with the doctor the X-rays showed he was healed and no longer needed a splint. His recovery time was cut in half using Peters herbs.

I have severe lower back and right hip arthritis and the pain even with injections is unbearable. I started acupuncture treatment at the end of May/23. 3 months later and my swelling has gone down, I have lost weight and I am able to lift my write leg higher than before. I can walk better and have more energy. Peter is a blessing, I would highly recommend. Just follow his directions and you will feel much better.

My son had a severely sprained ankle from playing basketball. He fell and twisted his ankle and another 200 lb player landed on said ankle. There was a loud crack, but fortunately nothing was broken per ER. Couldnt walk nor bear any weight. Got acupuncture treatment here and left walking. Ankle flexibility and mobility was better than before getting hurt. Woke up next morning with all swelling gone. My ankle was completely healed and back to normal.Very skilled, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lim is the most incredible acupuncturist I have ever been to. I am 23 years old and have had chronic back and neck pain for the past 10 years. I have gotten back surgery, epidurals, cupping, massaging, chiropractic treatments, you name it. My pain is something I know will take several treatments to heal, but I have already found relief after only 4 sessions. You can tell Dr. Lim is a provider who doesn’t run his clinic based on money and time, he truly wants to heal you no matter what it takes. His personality makes me excited to see him every week; not only does he make me so comfortable, but he is all around a great person. Additionally, I bought his herbs that he makes himself and I can already tell a difference in my pain relief, sleep, and digestion. Honestly, this was the best thing I’ve have ever done for my health. For ten years, I have been suffering with severe low back pain where the nerve pain went down my leg because of my sciatic nerve. It was to the point that it would be debilitating at times (mainly when I’m stressed out or over worked). I’ve tried a chiropractor and it only helped to release the pain but not fully corrected the problem. My first visit here, I noticed a difference in my lower back, it felt stronger and the pain wasn’t too bad (just soreness). Within the next couple of days, I no longer felt the nerve pain at all. It was amazing how quickly my pain was corrected. Dr. Peter has been truly great, charismatic and passionate about helping his clients with their pain and being the best version of themselves. I’m truly grateful for the help in healing my pain!

I highly recommend this place for acupuncture! My mom had a stroke about a month ago, leaving the left side of her body paralyzed. I brought her to this place recently, and she got acupuncture on her left toe. Not too long after, we started seeing results, and her left toe moved slightly. Peter was very kind and professional. I came here a little cautious because I have epilepsy and I am very sensitive and cautious of my nervous system, but my acupuncturist was very gentle and was very attentive as well. I barely noticed the needles and my anxiety and stressed were relieved and I was also given a energy boost after a long weekend.The herbal supplements for your came in a large amount and were sold at a very reasonable price.I recommend for anyone with anxiety, stress, and anything physical related as my tibiales interior strain (ankle) is at 100% now as well.I want to thank the staff again and I will be back soon.

I was given a list of pain management options and list of places I could go to. I am very, VERY happy I chose this place. I came here for pain treatment for my lower back and neck and this place has helped me tremendously. I have a disc on my lower back and on my neck that are giving me problems, for almost a year I’ve been taking muscle relaxers and strong pain meds to help me deal with pain, all those medication were giving me temporary relief, pain would come back the next day. The medication we’re giving me side affects, mood changes and a lot of heartburn. So I decided to try something natural. And boy am I glad I did!!!I was so nervous, I am a big chicken with needles haha, the doctor here is awesome!! He walks you through it and is very friendly. From the first time I met him, felt like I knew him for a long time. He examined me from head to toe, and proceeded to do acupuncture. He also added cupping to my therapy and by the time I left there, I had more mobility, and a lot less pain. I couldn’t believe how awesome this pain treatment was. He even gave me something for my heartburn that is natural and it worked!! I haven’t had heartburn since taking his herbs!By the way, he doesn’t only treat the symptom like most doctors these days. He goes to the root. He asked if I was dealing with pain in my stomach, I never mentioned this. It was something I was noticing for a while now, but just ignored it. He said it was due to my diet. I visited Peter and have to say he has helped me so much. I started a weight loss program with him 3 months ago and have lost 25 pounds using his herbs and diet recommendations. This is now the 2nd time Peter has come through for my family. The first time was for my 13yr old son that was severely injured in a soccer match. My sons leg pain did not even allow him to walk. After the game we had Peter work on his injured leg. Within 30 minutes my son was able to jump and sprint and was ready for the next game.The 2nd time was today for my wife. My wife has cancer, and just received her first dose of chemotherapy. Over this weekend she had been suffering from flu-like symptoms, no appetite, headaches, lack of sleep, and no energy. After a session with Peter, she woke up from treatment and felt like she had 2 days of sleep. She also woke up with an appetite for the first time in days. Her body aches were gone, and she had so much energy. Peters skill in his art is amazing. His skill is second to none. Besides his skill, Peter has the biggest heart. This doctor is legit. I grew up with acupuncture and my dad is an old school acupuncturist who still practices in Hong Kong. This doctor practices different styles of acupuncture and it helped my back pain. I highly recommend this place and would come back if I have to. After my first visit, my lower back spasms improved 95%. I was barely able to move during my first visit, but by the end of the session, my back stopped spasming.

I went to see Dr. Peter Lim and was consulted the first session. He listened, found the root cause, then diagnosed the problem before recommending any treatment plan. My name is David Qian. I am very lucky to meet Dr Lim. He is very professional and I can say first hand that his treatment works; I have had type II diabetes for 15 years and a shot insulin of 25 units per day, even so, my glucose was not controlled well enough until I met Dr. Lim . He gave me some acupuncture, traditional moxibution along with Chinese Herbs. He also provided me with suggestions on diets and exercises. after a period of practice, I am very surprised to find I lost 10 pounds on my weight and my glucose became more and more stable, my insulin use reduced to less than 10 units meanwhile, I feel like I am full of energy and my mood has become happier than before.
