Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order. The initially provided contact information was outdated, but I was able to get updated information today at distribution. As soon as they heard the issue they offered an immediate and efficient resolution. Thank you SD Grad for addressing this issue and taking care of my concerns.

They are in this to make your childs day the best they can. Ive never seen a company in a long time that made you feel like family. They are an amazing, awesome company that will help you with whatever they can to make your day the best ever. There is no middle person. The people you speak with are the owners. If you need anything for graduation, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED by THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

My son and I went to a different store first, they wanted to nickel and dime us. Graduate Supply were flat rate tax included and the best embroidery with patches, way higher quality and low price.And my son even noticed the local shop vibe. Loved the experience. Great work guys!

This Company has the worst business practices I have ever dealt with. I ordered a DVD of my daughters graduation in May 2018. I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks before I would get the DVD. I emailed both Sept 12, 2018 and October 11, 18 and both times the company responded that they would get in contact with the person making the DVD. Fast Forward to June 2019, I am STILL waiting. So I messaged the company again. There was no response. June 20,19 another email without response. July 30,19 yet another email with no response. All they need to do is refund my $25 since they failed to produce a product. It’s a shame that I would have to spend upwards of $100 to go to small claims court just to recoup my $25, but at this point it is the principle (and fortunately smalls claim court will give me the fees paid to initiate the court process as well). HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company.

I would highly recommend this business with no hesitation. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received . We ran into a slight snag with my sons class ring order and not only was Felicia quick to respond to my messages, but made sure to correct it immediately. She has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again for my daughters graduation!

These graduation boxes came in about six weeks before graduation. I noticed that the name cards that were included in my price where not in the delivery box. I call on Thursday 4/20/17 and was told that he would have them made locally and it will take 2 days. Today is 4/26/17 and I have not heard back from this company! I have family out of state that need time to look for a flight. My son graduates in 5 weeks and I have not been able to mail his Announcements!!!! I would never recommend this company!!! I am very upset the Bonita Vista High School goes through this unprofessional company. I will notify the BBB too. This is beyond ridiculous for the price I had to pay which was $181.70....

Placed an order for graduation items for my son couple of months ago and he did not recieved what i had ordered. Contact them for a refund and the reponse was “in 2 weeks” thanks for ruining his special day. Its BS!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! I ordered a DVD of my sons graduation in May 2016. I was told that it would be 6 weeks before I would get the dvd. It is now 2017, I have called/emailed several times and still do not have the dvd nor have I received a response from this company.
