I’ve never had a more efficient doctor’s appointment!! I was scheduled for the end of the month but they called me to fill in an appointment and I was seen two days after I scheduled my appointment! They were so nice, the place is clean, the parking is covered. The doctor was super smart, cool and normal. She listened, and actually looked at my throat. Usually you have to make a follow-up or worry about your issues being chalked up to “anxiety” but she actually looked at me, figured out what was wrong, recommended a care plan, and I will be seen later for a follow up. I was raving about this doctor’s visit right after!! Definitely come here! They even had free beverages for clients and a nice clean fish tank with snails. 15/10!!

No joke, they looked in my ears and nose faster than it took to swipe my credit card. As soon as the doctor found out I was a veteran who could get the expensive work done by the VA...and I was there for an evaluation in order to avoid the month long waits at the VA ENT department to get a preliminary diagnosis....they could care less about me as a lucrative patient. They showed little to no interest in helping me get to the root of my ear problems. I had high hopes for this place based on reviews but left feeling like nothing more than an inconvenience.

Dr. Chobany is very professional, kind, upbeat, and explains everything thoroughly. I have seen her on 3 separate occasions for hearing tests, the last including a hearing aid consultation ending in a much needed purchase. Each time my experience with her (and the entire staff), was very pleasant. I live in Phoenix but spend part of the year in San Diego. I go out of my way to schedule my appointments with San Diego ENT because the practice is so professional and friendly.

Dr Chobany was very thorough and careful when she tested my hearing. She took extra time to explain my problem areas and what hearing aids would do for me. When I came in to have them fitted she was very patient and thorough, explaining every detail I needed to know. And after two days so far, Id say everything she told me was right!

I had my second adult audiological exam with Stacey Chobany today, 27 March 2024, and it went just as smoothly as the first one, which is to say, very smoothly. After the exam she showed me this second set of results, and compared them to the first set of results, so I was able to see that my hearing was in fact greatly improved, as Id noticed on my own. She also provided perspective on how my hearing compared to the ideal as well as what might be expected for someone my age, and finally provided guidance on my future need for hearing aids in a year or two. All very clear and helpful.

I needed to find a new ENT because I had relocated and wanted something closer to home. I found Dr. Bareiss and Dr. Chobany and couldnt be happier!I had a procedure done that I was a bit concerned about, but Dr. Bareiss performed it flawlessly! She diagnosed the problem and it was almost immediate relief in just a day or so!Dr. Chobany also fitted me for hearing aids. She is not only knowledgeable, but fun and friendly and made my experience a pleasure! Unfortunately now I cant pretend that I dont hear my wife! She (my wife) told me not to come home if I didnt get the hearing aids!I am SO glad I found these two amazing ladies and highly recommend them! The entire staff is also great! Recently had a followup appointment and found the visit to be very unprofessional. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry and didnt seem prepared for the visit either. Additionally, my CT scan was sent to me via phone which seems highly unsecured. Would not recommend this place.

Dr. Anna Bareiss is a highly skilled, caring, dedicated surgeon. She performed sinus surgery, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction on me an I could not be any happier with the results. Marsha is such a caring doctor that is willing to spend adequate time with her patients in order to make you feel comfortable with the visit and results. She was very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. She helped brain storm with me, pulled out the computer and showed me some things I haven’t read about and made sure to thoroughly explain everything until I felt comfortable with my visit. I would venture to say she is probably one of my favorite doctors I’ve seen. Absolutely top notch, beautiful facility, and very kind people. Besides the MD, the rest of the staff was extremely accommodating and very nice which unfortunately isn’t very common in the medical space. I would HIGHLY recommend this office!

The entire staff at San Diego ENT is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me feel confident and comfortable before, during, and after my surgery. My surgery was quick, I was awake for the whole thing, felt next to nothing, and shared a few good laughs with the team while they were working on my turbinates and septum.The audiologist, Shelby Smith, is smart, funny, and thorough.Jennifer Price (PA) put me at ease as we explored all my options.Dr. Reuther is very skilled, explained everything about my procedure very clearly, and is funny and personable on top of all that. Recovery was a lot less painful than I anticipated, and I attribute this mainly to her skill and practical instructions. Dr. Chobany at San Diego ENT tested and fitted me for hearing aids. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is professional and familiar with the various brands of hearing aids, and concerned that I receive a pair that satisfies me. I highly recommend her.Dr. Bareiss at San Diego ENT is also extremely knowledgeable. She is efficient and quickly diagnosed and recommended treatments for my non-allergic rhinitis, which I have tried to have treated at other doctors for years. Dr. Reuther was recommended to me by my doctor that had been working with me with my sleep apnea for the last 10 years. after being in a severe collision 2 1/2 years ago, my doctor thought I would have better success with the inspire surgery, then with the CPAP.Since my injury, I’ve been forced into virtually every aspect of the medical system from dealing with insurance companies to spinal surgery and everything in between. It was awakening to me how much unprofessionalism and lack of compassion there is in the medical industry. From my first dealings with Dr. Reuther’s office staff to my final visit with Dr. Reuther after my surgery I’ve been totally impressed with the care ever received. I was not what you call and ordinary patient to deal with. From a traumatic brain injury. And to having 6 inches of metal in my neck and mobility issues just getting around. They took all the time and steps necessary to help me through the process when I went in for surgery I had nothing but confidence that Dr. Reuther what’s the right surgeon for me she had spent the time it took to speak with my other doctors research any special attention I may need. And even seem to enjoy taking on the insurance company when they denied my surgery. My first time visiting an ENT clinic, and I would say that all medical facilities should operate like SDENT! I visited San Diego ENT a couple months ago regarding a sinus infection and I had a wonderful experience with PA Price. She thoroughly explained all the details to me and listen to everything I had to say about my history, symptoms, and concerns. I really appreciate her approach to curing my infection by starting with the least invasive option first. I felt informed and at ease along each step of my treatment. It was incredibly refreshing to be treated by PA Price, her level of care and attentiveness is unmatched. I wish I could see her for all my medical needs. Dr. Anna Bareiss was an amazing otolaryngologist! I had sinus surgery done by a different doctor and was having complications after the surgery for four months. The other doctor who performed the surgery continued telling me that it was still healing, not listening to my concerns. I decided to go to Dr. Bareiss for a second opinion. She not only found the problem, but also removed it during that same visit. This instantly relieved the problems I was having and I couldnt be more thankful for her! I highly recommend Dr. Bareiss!

After experiencing a case of post-Covid vaccine tinnitus, I started looking for help from North County ENT experts. I visited several practices, and was very glad to have selected San Diego ENT and Dr. Stacey Chobany as the office where I would finally have my issues addressed.I had a few visits with Dr. Chobany whereby we updated my hearing assessment to truly understand the loss and impact of tinnitus, and from there she recommended a couple of hearing aid devices that would help improve my hearing and diminish the ringing in my ears.Dr. Chobany was smart, capable, knowledgeable and very much technically at the top of her game - as I’d expect from any practitioner- but beyond that was highly empathetic as to the emotional adjustment of wearing hearing aids. I can’t underscore how important this is.I was able to test a few devices…wore a demo set of hearing aids for a week, and then made an informed decision about which devices to purchase. Dr. Chobany configured my new hearing aids, helped me fine tune them with my iPhone app, and got me going all in less than an hour.I can’t thank Dr. Chobany enough for being so smart, caring, and capable during this process. I think about all the other clinicians I met with over the last year as I tried to sort this hearing situation out…and I’m just really glad I was able to get the care and attention I needed at San Diego ENT and from Dr. Chobany, in particular.Highly recommend.

Just had my PostOp, follow up Appt with Dr. Reuther. She was able to remove my nasal stitches, splints, etc as quickly and painlessly as possible. I went into San Diego ENT last fall to figure out why my voice had been so raspy, assuming it was due to allergies. Dr. Reuther discovered that I actually would need vocal cord surgery to remove a polyp that had developed. She, along with the staff made sure I felt comfortable leading up to the surgery, during the process, and during the post-op recovery. I could not imagine having gone through my first surgery with any other doctor. Very grateful for the new “lease on life” she has given me with my voice!!

I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious about a breathing problem that I was having. I am young and healthy and this was my first health issue. My first appointment with Dr. Reuther was a tremendous help for my mental state of mind. She was honest, kind, and spent time explaining what my treatment options were. After the visit many more questions arose and she answered them promptly. At the surgery center she touched base with me a few times before surgery. I have been a patient with Dr. Reuther since 2015. I had 3 previous sinus surgeries, the last one being 2014, prior to seeing her, but still had sinus issues. She told me the polyps in my nose were coming back. I told her there would be no more sinus surgeries. She said, Lets try this - a prescription o Singular and OTC fluticasone propionate. A month later, I returned and upon examination she said, Theyre gone! Since then the sinus infections happen maybe once a year and are very mild. I purchased hearing aides through her office with Dr. Yopa and that experience was wonderful, too. Dr. Reuther also helped me with an esophageal problem by sending me to a speech pathologist which has greatly helped me control coughing while eating. Dr. Ruether is exceptional because while she is efficient, running a smooth practice, she still is an amazing listener that is always trying to do the best for her patients.

Very professional and experienced, Dr. Reuther is fantastic! I visited to get a cyst removed from the nape of my neck after it had been infected. She advised we wait until the swelling subsided with antibiotics and once it was she removed the cyst. I had minimal pain the first night and that was it. I just had my stitches removed today and its healing well. Thank you all for your help and Lake at the front for calling me to get me in earlier when an appointment cancelled.

Even prior to my appointment, I was blown away by the care and service provided by San Diego ENT. Lake treated me with extraordinary care, and did it with ease. I was seen by Dr. Yopa and Dr. Reuther for my needs, both taking what felt like extra time with me to get to the bottom of my concerns. Professional and special communicators but also extremely gifted doctors, with a heart. Mel was able to connect all the dots amongst the staff and set the tone for my multiple needs visit, huge support. Can’t say enough about my experience. Results were secondary to the care and depth I was provided, and comfort/confidence in the findings was easily attained. You won’t find a better ENT team, anywhere.

I wish I would have gone here first before I spent a ton of money at CalHNS.I saw an Dr. Reuther here this week in Regents row of UTC. She is amazing. She showed me the inside of my nose and explained what she saw in the nose microscope, walked me through my CT scan, she gave me options, talked me through the possible solutions and I made my decision with her guidance. Dr. Reuther has been a great ENT to have on hand. I have suffered from many ear issues. She has always been able to get me in quick and diagnose the problem. I am grateful for her professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone in San Diego who needs a ENT

If you love receiving unexpected medical bills for hundreds of dollars without any warning, then this is the place for you. They will blame the insurance company, but realistically its the doctor setting the fees. I explicitly said I couldnt afford hundreds of dollars in bills, and the doctor went ahead and ran procedures anyway. Without asking if I wanted a camera (endoscopy) stuck up my nose, she went ahead and did it anyway. Then charged me $565 for something that took less than 60 seconds.
