Amazing view and so close to downtown San Clemente. We are owners here and love coming every year.It is a short walk down the hill to a wonderful beach. The pier is just a little south along the beach. There is always something happening at the pier.The surf culture is a real draw here in San Clemente. It is so great to see everyone enjoying the waves.The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing almost any meal. We did a full Thanksgiving dinner here one year. You do need to bring your own spices and coffee. Coffee filters, cleaning supplies and a great collection of knives are provided.

Great place close to beach, downtown lovely San Clemente, The Pier,. California Coastal Train, Surfing, and Great food and fun. We own several weeks here and love it. The bad rating for no AC? Wow, open the windows fool its the beach. Nobody runs AC at the beach. I can even hear the waves from Bahia at the furthest unit from the ocean. Great place to get away with your own garage space,. Good internet,. Nice people at the San Clemente In for check-in and Check-out. Sunday Farmers Market on Del Mar. Love San Clemente

Beautiful condo with amazing view of ocean from deck. Very clean and stocked up with every utensil one might need. Especially nice was upscale barbecue grill, even had extra propane if needed. Located within walking distance of great park for kids, ocean trail and beach, all no more than 5-10 min away. Great place to stay, thanks

We’ve done some traveling through our timeshare and the stay at the Four Seasons Pacifica was done through trading at II. We stayed in 3 bed, 2 car garage unit(Las Brisas). The view, quality kitchen equipments, and spacious unit made our vacation a dream. It was definitely one of the best experience we had! Looking forward to go back, when it is available through II again.Just want to mention that it is not a hotel, but a small 5 unit condo type accommodation.

So hot with no conditioning that we stayed 2 of our 7 nights and packed up for home! When I booked this I did not see anything about no air conditioning or I would have never gave my hard earned money for this so called Southern California beach trip! What a waste of money! 1 star for view and location and 0 stars for being HOT with no air conditioning!

Always a great place to spend time. Clean comfortable, within an easy walk off the pier and downtown. Great shopping and food. Linda Lane park is fun for the little ones and the beach is nice.

MY FAM & I ENJOY OUR STAY HERE 2-3X A YR. WE LOVE THE GORGEOUS VIEW OF THE OCEAN, BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE, & EASY ACCESS TO ANY PLACE RND TOWN. THE PACIFICA IS ALWAYS WELL MAINTAINED, W/ A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT. YOULL ALMOST ALWAYS MEET SOMEONE FRIENDLY RND TOWN, W/ AMAZING STORIES TO SHARE. STAFF IS FRIENDLY & WELCOMING AS WELL. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK AGAIN, ESP FOR THE WHALE WATCHING NEARBY. GOTTA LUV THIS PLACE !
