I have traveled here most often when transferring to the next bus I need to take and I enjoy this location so much. You can go anywhere from this hub, and everything is within walking distance like McDonalds, Starbucks, the Baseball stadium, etc. There is no parking; bathrooms are inside and I believe they still have a help desk.Security is present and always on patrol; they make it so easy to purchase tickets for the MetroLink as well.Ultimately I feel safe here all the time, I get to where I need to go and the modern designs make you feel youre in a chic metropolis.

Buses are on time, however, charging stations needed. Ive been to cities where they offer outlets for charging electrics

There is no shade here. Waiting outside for a bus for hours in the heat on metal benches.

Nice simple layout. No parking. Its kind of useful if you get there more than about 45 seconds before the person you are picking up. Spend more than that in one of the pickup spots on Rialto Ave and youre in the way.Edit: found out there is parking around the corner on the other side of the train tracks. Not especially convenient, especially if youre in a hurry and a train is nearby.

I would give five stars but not all the bus stops offer a place to sit and wait for the next bus. I think they should all have the covered sitting area and the ticker that lets you know what time the next bus is dueThe grounds are always clean and when you go into the building the clerks are very helpful in helping you to find which bus to take to get where you are going.

I cant believe people are calling this place clean. Its absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, public bathrooms look like a bathroom from a crack house. Roaches inside the bathrooms. Smells really funky inside. I dont know if its just me but I felt like I was going to get robbed at any moment.

Love taking the 215 from Colton, CA. Straight to the metrolink, located at transit center. Security is always helpful when someone needs help with questions 👍

Great amenities for passengers passing through. Restrooms, security and a customer service desk (at certain times). Multiple modes of transportation agencies.
