The gentleman I dealt with, I believe his name is Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem with my pump motor over the phone because he was trying to save me a service call charge! I brought in the part for him to test the next day and he sold me the new part I needed for $36. My pool is back up and running without any issue. This was after I had another pool repair man come out and tell he needed to change out the motor AND pump for $1,500! I really appreciate the way San Bernardino Pool Supply took care of me without trying to stick it to me. Top notch customer service and I will be going back for all my pool needs from here on out.

Jeff took care of us! He knew what he was talking about, saved me time and $. A good family owned business that’s been there a good long time. Great customer service too! Did a courtesy tap on my damaged threads and refused to take a tip for all his extra help. Above and beyond is getting rare nowadays, but it’s still found here:) highly recommend and we will be back ;)

If youre not coming here for your pool supplies I dont know where youre going if you live within a twenty-mile radius you need to start coming here these folks will help you out give you the best pricing and they even offer service!!! they know what theyre talkin about and theyre super polite and really patient this is a top secret location for me but Im willing to share so their business will continue to grow for generations! All tho this place needs a major overhaul my focus point was customer friendly service. These guys are the best. They took their time in explaining in detail the pool chemistry and were not disappointed when all I got is what they recommend. I got to say hats off to them as they win the customer service star.

Very helpful. Quick test of my water and they gave me exactly what is needed . And didn’t add extra stuff that wasn’t necessary. I highly reccomend for getting the right stuff to keep a clear pool. And significantly better prices than another local big pool supply.

As for the walk-in portion of the store, they have a great selection for being able to pick up parts same day when needed. I called many other stores for parts for my pump and had not be able to locate them anywhere. Though with this benefit comes a bit of a steep price hike, which is understandable though for holding inventory. Will definitely return if I need a part day of..Though what really drove me to hop online and post a review is their pool repair and servicing services. After battling with my pump and plumbing for my pool for about a week (which consisted of changing out o-rings, gaskets, main seal and impeller for what appeared to be an air leak) I decided it was time to call a professional before I did more harm than goodI made an appointment Thursday and they made it out Monday morning. The technician that arrived was on time, very kind, and extremely thorough in explaining what may be the issue and steps I could take aside from those that would require a service call actually. He asked me to perform those tasks and let him know if they worked for me and if they did not he would return the following day; in a very honest attempt to save me some cash. I performed the tasks and had no luck, so I let the technician know and he scheduled me for his first stop the following morning.Not only did he quickly discover the issue, solve it, and explain how to prevent it, He than proceeded to repair another issue that may have caused a problem in the near future at no cost extra from the service call.Will definitely be making a call to San Bernardino Pool Supply the next time I have a issue beyond my capabilities. I suggest the same to you if your looking for competent, kind and honest pool technicians.Thank you John!

People beware doing business with these people they are scam artists who claim they make 100 dollars an hour when it took him 5 mins to install a part in my pool filter. Then the part was like 15 dollars and he charged me another 100 dollars for it. No word and a complete robbery taking advantage of people do not use these guys worst company I have ever do e business with.

These guys are the best. They are experts in every area of this industry and are always there to help or answer your questions. What is amazing is that they have stuck it out in our City after break-ins, homeless, drug dealers, etc....I am thankful for our small businesses who maintain a presence here in San Bernardino. I live in N Texas and was in desperate need of a Polaris auxiliary pump impeller. Due to the February freeze in Texas I exhausted my search locally and on line and was told by everyone it would be 3/4 months before the impeller would be available again. I contacted local dealers in states where I have family in hopes of finding one with no luck. Jeff at San Bernardino Supply & Service did not have one in stock but told me he might be able to find a used impeller for me and he would call me back (I didn’t hold my breath). To my surprise Jeff called me back and found me a used impeller cheap ( I was expecting to be gouged) and my brother in law overnighted it to me and my pool is up and running. Thank you Jeff for your over the top service.

Cool guys, very helpful and knew their stuff. No pressure sales. Prices are a bit higher then online buuuuut if you need it today then its worth the extra dollar if u ask me. Plus their knowledge makes up for the difference if your buying and u have questions they can tell u exactly what u need.

Service is a joke. Worker shows up late, if at all. Between the algae and dirt, we are unable to use the pool in this 100 degree weather. They refuse to send someone back out to clean it properly.
