Seriously just spoke Clara and she had the most rude tone demeanor.Then she said they are behind like since November and some from October ??? Umm seriously people what are you doing to be so behind? Are you even working???So unprofessional.This is called neglect. These workers need to get their priorities straight because if they are behind obviously they don’t want to work.So it’s better quit and give it to people that actually cares and get their job done on time.

The supervisor there is amazing she works with you as much as she can but the staff there I cannot believe they have the worst phone customer service in the world you cant get through to anybody I pretty much waited whole month for my assistant for the last 3 weeks I have went up there and my case was looked at and forgotten then when I went back up there the second time it was looked at and taken but never finished I went up there today and the supervisor was so sweet and told me it would be handled by Wednesday I get a phone call maybe 5 minutes ago from the lady at the welfare office I did not know who was calling because of all the scammers that are going on right now and the only thing she asked me very rudely was for my date of birth I asked what this call was regarding and who this was and she said that she could not give me the information I was asking for but needed my date of birth and then when I told her please verify who you are before I give that personal information out she said thank you and have a nice day and hung up on me.

Its really nice here since they moved to this new location. Like, even the other customers seem better overall.Oh, and on occasion, youll even get a show!

I have tried five times already to come to this office. I get here at 4:10 before 430 and management will tell everyone that there is nobody trained to be screened because they are short staffed. Why advertised at your office is open until 430 and that you can be screened just to be told that there is nobody available and then everyone that does the screening leaves at 4:30 so obviously nobody wants to stick around to do the screenings.

Im very disappointed at the service here I cant believe it took me so long just to get some paperwork turned in I had to go there twice and send it in by email approximately three times and they still didnt look at it till I went back and asked them to look at it again I have to say that every time I go in there they are not very eager to help and it seems like theyre not even doing their jobs there. If it wasnt for the lady in the front who finally helped me it took her literally 2 minutes to do it and the next day I finally got my benefit so thank you to her I wish I knew her name but I dont

Staff is super helpful. The wait time is better than any other office Ive visited. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The lobby is spacious which makes good for social distancing. Masks are required. Walk-ins accepted. Handicap accessible. Public restrooms are available.

Honestly Im not a fan of this place the staff is not very helpful they keep you going back and forth for no reason and it seems like it takes them forever to get anything done unless you continuously remind them

Since the new building has opened up I can say I have felt a lot less attitude. The new building is bigger and has more open space so people arent so crowded. I see with it being less crowded, there is less tension and drama.
