Selling or buying a home can be a difficult daunting task. Let alone, interviewing real estate agents. I wanted to sell my home and got in touch with Samuel. I discussed my goals with him and what I’m looking for. What stood out to me the most from everyone else, was not only he was punctual, at the dot when he arrived at my doorstep. He was extremely professional, kind and polite. Very respectful as well. Definitely not a sales guy trying to rush you. Another great quality that stood out to me was, he was overly prepared with all recent sales in my neighborhood, showing concrete numbers to me, how long the listings were on the market for, the differences in my homes nearby compared to mine and how to properly market my home to sell the fastest. We talked for hours, he took the time to listen to all my goals, needs and wants. He answered all my questions, developed a strategy with me, made me feel at ease, comfortable and most importantly, made me feel confident we can sell my home. I’m happy to say, we had multiple offers in a couple of days, throughout the days, weeks that followed after our meeting. I’m huge on communication. He provided not good, or great, but legendary service to me. Another great quality he has. When he says he will do something, I can confidently say he is a man of his word. He was so consistent with everything and really appreciate Sam for all his efforts. I’m extremely happy to say, we sold my home in less than 30 days. Above asking price too! Sam is passionate about representing his client’s best interest and he is honest and strategic in his approach. I highly recommend Sam to anyone and everyone looking for a professional, extremely efficient, meticulous, and caring Real Estate agent. Sam’s knowledge of not only the local area, but Los Angeles made the whole experience that much easier. I spoke with Sam and met with him shortly after where he spent time answering my questions, provided data regarding recent sales completed, how long his listings stay on the market, and went in depth with comps in the area to insure the best outcome. As a first time buyer, Sam made the experience simple and understandable. Sam is a true professional with a genuine passion for real estate. I recommended Sam to everyone I know and having him by my side through this proved to me that selling and buying a home can be an easy and smooth process.

Sam is as good as it gets. He is patient yet precise and always provides guidance that is in the best interest of his clients. Sam is fantastic! He was always supportive of my needs and had my best interest in mind. He gave me clarity and perspectives I didn’t have prior to his expertise. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Not to mention he was always easy to get ahold of when I had questions. He’s someone I’ll always recommend.

Sam has great knowledge of how to help prospective buyers. He brings innovative techniques on finding different types of listings and how to match exactly whats on the market to a buyers needs. It was a pleasure working with him.

Mr. Orleans is an impressive realtor. He made a great first impression on me with his personable and charming personality. Mr. Orleans always made me feel like I was a priority to him with his attentiveness and drive. Most importantly, though, he didnt make me feel like I was a client, but as a friend.
