Sam was extremely helpful. He walked me through the problem with my laptop, and did so on two separate occasions throughout the course of a few days. He recommended a product to resolve my issue, then on a later occasion, helped walk me through installing and using this product to fix the problem with my devise. Sam was very friendly and helpful, and also thoroughly explained what he believed the problem to be, which was informative. All in all, Sams IT Solutions provided outstanding service! My wife and I both needed to have our PCs repaired, Sam was fantastic at diagnosing both problems incredibly fast at fixing them. I ended up needing a new motherboard and due to the age it was looking like it was going to be expensive to replace yet Sam managed to find a really inexpensive alternative. Messaged bunch of IT around my area and felt Sam was the most attentive and caring amongst all. He called me even before making an appointment to try to solve my computer issue over by phone free of charge. The problem was something that couldn’t be dealt with over the phone and I needed the computer for work before the week starts so the next step he took was make an appointment on a Sunday before my work week. He came right on time and got right to solving the issue. You can tell by the way he works, he is very passionate, dedicated, and caring he was with his work. He fixed the problem within an hour and taught me other recommendations to keep my computer healthy. And for all this, I was very surprised how low he asked for with the price. My computer was crashing to a black screen while gaming, and was becoming increasingly unreliable. Sam was super communicative, professional, and timely in taking care of the problem; not only did he replace my power supply, but he also re-configured some fans that had been improperly installed. And the cherry on top was that he was more than happy to talk me through exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what effect it would have. I had Sam add another SSD drive to Dell laptop today and he did a quick and fantastic job. It took far less time than expected and everything works perfectly. I also had Sam look at another laptop of mine where another shop told me the motherboard was toast. He examined it and determined everything was fine, and got it up and running with a new SSD in a few minute - he brought this thing back to life!Sams mobile service is excellent and will save you significant time and money. I had just recently built a new pc and was having issues, spent a few hours looking for a fix and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I decided to start shopping around for repair shops. Most vendors just told me to bring in my pc, but, Sam tried to help me over yelp messaging. He fixed my issue, and to my demise, another issue arose. I was building a PC from scratch as a graphics workstation and contacted Sams IT Solutions about putting it together. Sam was incredibly helpful. He gave me tweaks to my parts list to make sure everything was compatible before I ordered and then built the whole thing in a couple of hours. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When we discovered that Amazon had sent me an empty CPU box with no processor inside, he agreed to come back later in the day to finish the build after Id grabbed one from Best Buy. I am glad we found Sam on yelp. We were having computer problems. It all started with error messages, Wi-Fi connection problems and finally shut down. We tried troubleshooting, recovery, factory reset and reinstalling window. Nothing worked so we had to look for a computer tech. We yelp and found Sam’s IT Solutions. Gave him a call, he immediately identified the problem, sent us a link to purchase the item. Once item arrived, Sam came to our house on a SUNDAY !!!!! Very nice person !!!! He automatically offered to take his shoes off before entering !!!!! Very very nice !!!! It was a pleasant surprise. He was careful with the equipment and clean the computer too. Excellent results at a good price - lets keep the computers out of landfills as much as we can! On a recent trip my Lenovo Flex 5 screen started coming apart, first on the bottom corners and then the hinges detached. Luckily the computer was working fine, I just needed to carefully prop up the screen to use it. Its only 2.5 years old; it replaced a 4-year old Lenovo Flex 5 that also had screen issues. Apparently its not that unusual with this model. Instead of getting yet another laptop, I found this business with good reviews so I reached out. Even over the December holidays I got speedy and helpful responses. We set up a time for me to drop it off, it was fixed over a couple of days (needed time for glue to dry) and I picked it up. Back in action in just a few days for a few hundred bucks vs $1200+ for a new one that I would need to re-load with software etc. Super easy, highly recommend. Ill use them for all my PC repairs for sure!

I have a Dell Laptop that was stuck in Windows reinstallation. I was initially planning to take it to a shop to fix, so I called this business which I found on Google. Sam was very helpful on guiding me remotely over the phone, all without asking for any sort of fees. In the end the issue was a bit sophisticated, so I took it to him and he fixed it in an hour. This guy knows his stuff for sure! His rate is $75/hr, and even though he said I can pay whatever I deem fair, I’m glad to pay him $75.

The screen on my MacBook Pro needed to be replaced; the Apple Store quoted me $650 for the repair, which didn’t seem worth it for a 5-year-old, out-of-warranty computer. Luckily I found Sam! He directed me to an Amazon link (with prime shipping) for the replacement part, and once it arrived,sent me to an office drop-off location in Pasadena. I was able to pick up the laptop the next day, fully repaired, for less then half the price of what Apple wanted to charge. Great communication (via text) throughout the entire process. Sams IT is a god send. My PC tower would not turn on after i came back from a trip and went into panic mode. I did some local research and found sams IT and the reviews were off the chart. Sam quickly picked up, and we discussed the problem. He asked simple, concise questions about the my build and set an immediate appointment time at 9pm at my house. He ran tests and it came out to be my CPU. We found a reputable dealer on ebay and got a renewed replacement. After 4 days of waiting it arrived and we set up a second appointment at the house. He came at 8am on a Saturday (This man knows how to work!). He cleaned out the rig and used the white glove method of being focused and meticulous with every piece and move. My pc wasn’t connecting to my monitor and I had tried to diagnose myself but Couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I left a message for Sam and he got back to me very fast. A few days ago my HP laptop of a year and a few months old decided to glitch out and get stuck in an auto-repair loop, eventually ending in the blue screen of death. I took a few deep breaths, called up Sam for the first time, and was immediately struck by his knowledge and friendliness. He was over to my place that evening with a plan and an enclosure for my hard drive. A day later, my laptop was fixed and working good as new.Beyond having extensive knowledge of computers and a bag of tricks to get them back up and running, Sam is a good, kind, and honorable person. We made an appointment and he came to my home and upgraded my computer, saving me hundreds of dollars. I had what seemed like a pretty catastrophic internal failure with my Dell laptop. Sam found the same problems I did, but managed to figure out a solution to the issue without needing major repair or replacement. I had a problem with my PC shutting off by itself and was looking for someone to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had gone to three other shops. They charged me absurd rates without even fixing my problem. I had an issue with my Dell XPS 17 and a corrupt Windows 11 OS update that was causing a blue screen of death loop and was unable to boot into Windows. I sent an email at 2am and had a response by 7am asking for information about the error, and after sending it over to him, he promptly called me to discuss the details a bit more. He clearly cares about the issue and actually listens, rather than defaulting to some predetermined script of fixes (which are usually just sorry, guess you gotta reinstall and everything is lost). That same day, he came to my house and we began fixing the issue. Not only did he tell me exactly which parts to get beforehand, he even had extra parts with him that he sold to me at cost with zero markup. All of my data is safe, and I now have an even better computer than before this all happened. He is willing to share information about how to keep things like this from happening, and he even provided me with an extra USB stick with a bootable version of Windows so I can fix it myself if it ever happens again. Prices are extremely fair - hes clearly not out here trying to make a quick buck, but is instead concerned with actually helping people. 10/10, do not go anywhere else before calling Sam!!

About two weeks ago I had a critical issue with my printer that was super sensitive time wise because of an impending deadline. I reached out to about five different companies but Sams IT Solutions is the only company that responded positively that they could assist me.The very next day, Sam made a home visit to bring me a loaner printer so I didnt lose a step while he took mine into his shop for repair. Ultimately, my printer was not salvageable, but Sam understood my situation so he told me to keep the loaner for as long as I needed it. We recently had a major issue with our system when we discovered a bad actor had gotten into our network, changed the sign on for each computer, and turned on two factor identification which prohibited us from removing them.I had no one to turn to for help so, after searching around for a day to find someone to call for help, and reading a lot of reviews, I gave Sam a call. We have a rather complicated setup with computers, mesh Wi-Fi along, and a number of interior and exterior items connected to the system as well as family iPads and iPhones that were all having issues.Sam came in, diagnosed the problems, tried a number of solutions, and came up with a recommendation for the best solution to the issues at hand. This was not an easy problem to solve and, as he got further into the problem, he found that there were other issues that needed solving as well. Sam stayed with it until all the solutions were found and I know he also put time in on his own to find the right solutions.Additionally, we had a solar monitoring system that was having trouble connecting and reconnecting to the system and we needed a permanent solution for that as well. Sam was able to provide that too as part of cleaning up the rest of the issues.Sam is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and talented folks I have run across in the computer field. Most importantly he stays with the job until he finishes it, comes back as much as is necessary until everything is resolved, and figures out work arounds, if necessary, to solve the problem. He is also focused on service and support and fairly charges for his time while at the same time keeping the client’s comfort in mind.I am happy to say that we are back up and appear to be functioning normally thanks to Sam. I could not recommend him more to anyone who has a need for computer help of any kind.

But in recent weeks it became unbearably loud. Ive searched around computer repair shops nearby and found this place. Called immediately and Sams IT solutions picked it up right away. I explained what my situation was, and he was quick to explain everything and was very courteous and professional over the phone.I had called him multiple times prior to the actual service, he was very patient with all of my questions despite his busy schedule. He informed me of everything I had inquired about and set a date for the service. He assured me that the service would be done on the same day.I dropped my laptop off at his office in the morning before work, and he notified me that the service was done that afternoon. He explained what was performed for the service and stayed very transparent with cost and honest about it. Both CPU and GPU fans were replaced, which were bound to heat sinks, cleaned all the dust off, and a diagnostic was done to confirm that they were properly working. He also provided several photos of the result. Although, the service took him a fair bit of time, a bit more so than I expected. I told him of my concern about my expected budget, he was very generous to address that and fulfill my needs.When the service was done, I wasnt able to pick it up at his office due to my work schedule. So, he offered to deliver my laptop according to my availability in the evening! at no extra charge!My serviced laptop was very nicely packaged when handed over to me. When I finally checked my laptop I felt it quieter than when it was new! I was extremely satisfied with the service. Wholesome experience.Personally, this was my first time getting any sort of computer-related service (before, I tried doing everything myself). It was the unexpectedly superb quality of service in terms of both technical and customer support. My mom called me in a panic, as she had clicked a suspicious email link and locked up her computer. I thought it was ransomware at first glance and, assuming that my moms computer was basically gone, called Sams IT Solutions to see if they could assist with at least trying to recover her data.The man that answered the phone (I presume Sam Maalouly; I didnt catch his name unfortunately) was kind enough to diagnose the issue over the phone as scareware, and offered a quick solution that I was able to walk my mom through over the phone. Her computer is now completely back to normal with no issues and set up to handle future potential cyber attacks.I have never written a Google review until now. I believe it says a lot about a business, especially during these trying times, to offer support to others who are emotionally vulnerable without the easy cash grab of Come in first so we can charge you a huge diagnostic fee after looking at your computer for 2 seconds.I am so thankful to have found a reputable business for all my parents and family friends future tech needs!
