I was pumping gas at this location, as I finished pumping I retrieved the nozzle but the rubber that protects it from the metal being exposed was broken. That caused the metal to scrape my new truck and chipped off the paint, I made a claim and a month went by before they told me the insurance does not cover because I pumped on the wrong side of the pump or gas tank. How does this make sense if those pumps are made to work that way, I went by a week after the incident and the pump was closed so obviously they new this was a liability. Be careful and inspect the nozzle first dont get your car damage and stuck with the bill. I will definitely pump at COSTCO from now on.

Sam’s Club Tire Center is the best one I’ve been to. I specifically worked with Matthew who was on top of his game, courteous, polite, friendly, and respectful. There was an issue with my tire and despite the backlog wait, Matthew went above and beyond to fix the issue. Even though the tire had been replaced 3 months ago, Matthew was able to replace the new one for a small installation charge. The rest of the warehouse is typical Sam’s Club cleanliness, but the tire center is what we used most today. Definitely will go back to this club and see Matthew for any other auto needs.

The restroom are always disgusting! I shop here at least once a week and over and over again the restrooms are FILTHY! I have come all hours. Opening, mid day and 1 hr when they’re about to close and it’s always the same. At this point I’m surprised they’re still open and not close on the heath department. And to just top it off the cracks between the wall and the stall are huge ! I literally made eye contact with a little child while using the restroom. Unbelievable

YOUR CAFE SUCKS. Saturday afternoon theres literally no reason to wait for 30 mins in a line for food and then get told they only have pep. Pizza yet they have 10 menu items, get more workers.Why would you add scan and go when you cant even keep up with a regular line. Makes no sense. Idky I come to the E Riverside store I never learn.

I came to get a headlight restoration a month ago and the guy put me down for a flat tire repair. So I was forced to make another appointment. I made the new appointment but was needing to change my time, and apparently when you call the store it forward you to a call center and you can never get through to the department youre trying to reach. My headlight restoration has now taken 4 and a half hrs so far. I could have restored both my cars headlights in this amount of time. Wasted half my day. Im kind of resenting the fact that I got a membership here.

I usually love sams but when one of their employees calls me a liar over a price listed even had a photo of the price it upsets me If they list the wrong price thats not my fault and after she went and checked that was the problem They put the wrong price on the item. But she never should have implied I lied to get a lower price!

I really enjoyed going to sign up for a membership finally because they made it very easy to sign up and they had a great deal going on for the memberships. It is $15 for the regular membership and $55 for the plus membership (which is usually $110) so it was a steal and I could not pass it by. My favorite part of my shopping experience was the scan and go option on their app. I was able to scan all my items, pay for the items, show my barcode from my phone, the door person scans a few items and then I was out the door. I did not have to wait in any line which was awesome to me.

This location is hit or miss with how packed it gets. I don’t like the remodel they just did because it bottlenecks and causing a huge back up every time. The scan and go is your best bet to get out of there without waiting in the super long lines.The bakery is great! We order the two tiered character cakes and the cupcakes every year. Amazing value and great taste for a great price.The drive up option is great and not a long wait at pick up.

I’m giving it a 3 because overall I love the scan and go and the greeters are generally nice. I mostly use my membership for gas and food court. A few days ago I went in and wanted a cheese pizza but it was burned (they were still selling it). So instead I just got a hotdog combo and chicken bites that I’ve been wanting to try. Thankfully I got the hotdog because the chicken bites were so absolutely disgusting that I threw them out. The batter or whatever is on the outside was gross, they were cold, and didn’t taste cooked all the way through. A huge disappointment, I’ve included some pictures so you can see for yourself.

I go here to buy bulk items like diapers, cat food, or anything else that I need. I like how they have a good amount of pieces for a great price. For example, I get a size 7 diaper case of 132 for around $30 and a case of 1152 wipes for $20-30 roughly. They also have fresh tasting sushi, not just fresh made and the rice is dry and a little old no fresh. If you need items buy bulk.

Honestly it sucks. First time ever coming it the layout doesn’t make sense . The only like “cool thing” is the scan & go but other that that I don’t think i will come again. I’ll stick with Costco long lines & crowds . Prices are about the same so I’m not missing out on anything. The cafeteria doesn’t take Apple Pay so that’s very disappointing pizza is not good they didn’t have hot dogs or icee’s fountain sodas didn’t work didn’t have the brownie ice cream no cheese pizza . Honestly very unsatisfied experience.

Ok so here’s my opinion on this location, for the most part I have been happy with this location. My only honest complaint would be some of the staff at the door can be a little rude. Like I’m in a wheelchair and have tried going in the exit so I could get to the food court easily to get some food, and the staff at the door stops me and makes me go around. I get that it’s a rule but come on, you need to make exceptions especially when someone is in a wheelchair struggling as it is and just wants something to eat. Or find a polite way of telling us we can’t go in that door. Other then that the place is good.

Purchased tires from sams club March 2021. The worst tires I have ever purchased. The amount of problems I had with them led me to change my tires july 2023 about 2 and a half years with the tires. The tire thread was gone so fast and any problem with the tire it needed to be completely replaced. After replacing two tires at the end all of the tires looked the same. No amount of life left in them. Saving a couple extra bucks is not worth purchasing from them.

The customer service was so bad that I had to take the time to write this review. I don’t usually shop at this Riverside location but I have never encountered this type of treatment at any of the other Sam’s Club stores. I went in a few days ago to make a return and do a little shopping. I did not have my membership card on me and went to make a return. The ladies working at the member service counter on Sunday July 24, 2022 around 3 pm both had poor attitudes. I could hear how they were speaking to other customers not just me. The woman that was assisting me was so rude and annoyed throughout the entire transaction. Her manner,, posture and attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I get it, I have worked in the customer service industry in the past. I know dealing with customers is not easy. However it is still so important to treat people the way you want to be treated. That is why I always treat everyone fairly and with respect no matter who they are or what they look like.Be kind to one another!

I loved this Sams club until they installed a orange juicer. Im deathly allergic to orange oil. I asked multiple times as they were building it for a squeeze schedule because it could kill me. Well yesterday it happened. I walked into a building full of orange oils and instantly went in to an asthma attack. As I was running out the door as fast as I could I stopped to tell a manager, his reply was hell pass that on. I spoke with the manger today and apparently Im the only one with this allergy and Theres no hope in contacting corporate office because theyre out sourced to the Philippines. Sad to say but I think Im done with Sams club

I placed my order for pick up one day prior. I sent the time for pick up from 3pm and 4pm. Now its 535pm and they have not picked my order. I went to the management and asked what is the issue .her response was sorry nothing they can do about it. I told her this order is for my restaurant and need it as soon as possible. I even asked her why dont they email, text or call us that its going to be late. All she said was sorry. Sorry is not going to do it for my customers. Last two times I have been in they havent had the delicious artichoke spinach dip so that has been disappointing. Checkout Lines moved fast. Everytime I come here they have no large pizza boxes for sale in the deli, and only saleing slices & the workers in the Deli are rude. They made pizza orders a few weeks ago and years ago but all of a sudden theyre not making them anymore.Im gonna just gonna just go to Costco, I bought my membership so I can shop after work and get a pizza. One of the fastest and easiest Pick Up process Ive ever experienced. I ordered 3 heavy duty shelving racks from Sams Club online. Set up a time frame through the Sams Club app to pick up my product. I cant tell you how frustrating it is to wait in the gas line for 20 minutes. To get to the pump right at 9 pm. and it shut off. Even costco lets you line up until they close. Then they close the entrance and let everyone finish. They dont shut down the pump right when your paying. Way to treat your members!

I bought a battery for my car. I had it 3 days tried to return and they said because it was already hooked up they cant accept it back. they said no refunds only exchange. so I exchange it, the guy had to make a copy of receipt because it only printed out 1 copy. bought about 80.00 worth of items and checked out. upon leaving they check my receipt and ask for my receipt for the battery. I show them the printed copy and lady said it doesnt match the battery. I said yes because its a exchange. I then grab my paper copy back but she wouldnt give me my 80.00 receipt. she said Wait until I get the manager. At 6:32 this evening, when I was shopping at this Sams Club store (the fourth checkout counter on the left side of the door), the cashier actually scanned the items for payment and asked me to load the items into the shopping cart by myself! This is rare! Very bad service, any small supermarket or large supermarket will help customers load items into shopping carts instead of asking customers to load them themselves! The baskets were not being sanitized any more, the 2 lines to check out where slow. I was picking up a birthday cake with ice cream it was melting I had have my son switch it out when we got to the front of the line finally. I would have left if it wasnt for the cake. Not a good look today. We should never have to wait in line that long. Costco has lines but they have every lane open and all the cashiers are fast. Very disappointing.

Let me describe my experience at the food court. Not sure if I upset the worker but I asked if one of the pizza options had been sitting there for awhile (if yes I would have picked another type gladly). I wasn’t asking to be rude but this seemed to upset her. Then I had a problem with my card (kept getting “cancelled transaction” 🤔 on all of them- even my use only in an emergency card). Ultimately, I was forced to walk away and purchase a gift card to check out (strange my card worked at the checkout). I returned and was sternly told I needed to inform her that I was using a gift card before swiping 🤷🏽‍♀️ and my first swipe with the gift card was cancelled! I found it weird that every time I went to insert or slide any of my cards the worker kept touching the screen on her end. Conspiracy? Was she cancelling my transactions?! Are the Waltons in on it?!!!! Probably not but I certainly did not appreciate being told off and treated badly by the worker. I get it, customer service is a tough field and customers are sometimes frustrating…but as a professional millennial who tries their best to respect food workers, I feel betrayed. Was this the reincarnated lunch lady that told me off in 2nd grade for forgetting my lunch number? Or perhaps some sort of evil play by the universe for not paying library dues? Generally I like this store but now so much the staff is very rude. I was in the store and an elderly Hispanic lady needed to find an item in the meat department; I asked a Hispanic guy working in that area where the item was located and he brushed me off and told me it was over there. When I informed him it was for the lady he said oh and volunteered to show her. The problem myself and a few ladies asked the produce person stocking the cases for the blackberries that they were advertising he told us he couldnt stop what he was doing to go get them. We volunteered to come back after we were done shopping. Although he had finished putting the items away he still refused to replinish the blackberries. My 5 year old son just had a mini asthma attack in this store which caused him to throw up right as we were checking out! I was so embarrassed and Im sure I was getting many shameful eyes around me but this staff went above and beyond for us. A young man who worked there came and stood by it until someone could come clean it up, he told me not to worry and to go ahead and go. Then another lady came and reassured me it was okay and said how her daughter dealt with the same thing. I was truly impressed by their kindness even if they were frustrated by it no one let me see it at all!

Not much of a selection. Lots of food but thats about it. They didnt even have a Christmas three. If you do your research you will find that the electronics sell for the same in other stores. I just became a member and expected more. I will try another Sams Club store and make my final decision about my membership. Hope the other store is better than the Riverside store.

I needed a new set of tires and the people in the automotive department couldn’t have been more helpful. KB was so friendly and he asked me for permission to do anything that I hadn’t originally asked for. He also explained to me why he suggested them and never pressured me into buying something I didn’t want. I showed up as soon as they opened without an appointment and they got me out within about an hour. They did hard, fast work. My only complaint is they are so hard to get a hold of, there is no direct extension to them, which makes it hard to schedule an appointment. Overall positive experience though.

Went for Black Friday shopping to start our day as we always do, and was disappointed to find out that they were not offering any deals, but MOST importantly they didnt state their hours of operation were going to be the same as everyday. We got there to shop at 7am, but they were closed lady who worked there told us they open at 8am - ok so we go to Best Buy and Home Depot in the interim, back at 9am and we are told only the Plus members get in at 8am the normal hours of operation apply. No signage out front or on the doors to allow customers to see this ahead of time. Upset our time was wasted and not valued.

The employees at this club are always so helpful, and very sincere in assisting customers. I just wish I could name them all. I was looking for an item, and honestly had given up. An employee asked could I help you find something? Mind you she was on her way to lunch. I really didnt want to ask, but I didnt want to come back on another day. She couldnt find the item at first, she went into the cooler area, and couldnt locate it, she came back and apologized. Then she looked again from the outside area and was able to locate it.On that same day, on my way out of the club, I mentioned to an employee that I was having issues with a tire that was losing pressure. The tire department was closed due to COVID-19. The employee suggested that I speak with the manager. The manager advised me that this was a safety issue. I totally agreed. Customer service experience today was horrible! Went in early today during Hero Hour, which I totally appreciate Sams Club does for their members who are healthcare workers! Associate Melissa, who checked me out, scanned my Scan and Go app barcode receipt but claimed that she hadnt scanned it yet. I knew she did because my app went straight to Rate Your Experience making the barcode no longer available. However, I am always one to take a screen shot of my barcode in case something goes wrong at the door. She scanned it and said it wasnt the right bar code in a tone insinuating I was a criminal. She went on stating that bar codes taken via a screen shot cannot be scanned which everyone knows is not true. At this point I was upset and asked her to call her manager because she obviously doesnt know how to do her job. She told me to calm down, when I didnt even raise my voice, nor was I disrespectful. I just wanted to deal with someone who I could speak to reasonably and respectfully. I told her she shouldnt tell someone who is already upset to calm down and she stated, Well Im upset too. I then proceed to open todays receipt within the Scan and Go app dated today. She scanned that barcode and continued to claim it was not the right receipt. Now she is really insinuating that I am lying and attempting to leave the store with a full cart of stolen groceries. How would you feel if you were in my shoes? My husband had to show her items that we bought that did correspond to the items on the receipt I had open with todays date on it.She finally let us out of the store. Sams Club Riverside, please hire associates who are intelligent enough to communicate with professionals or you will lose loyal members. We have been members since 2000. Dont treat loyal members like they are criminals!!!

I pay to have a plus membership. A plus membership allows for you to be able to go into the store early. However, when I went to use this perk, that I paid for, they are not allowing early entry! Every time I come here the gas pumps either have a couple pumps out causing huge lines and delay or they are shut down entirely for maintenance. Mind you they just installed new pumps. The manager said it has been escalated but I doubt this problem will be resolved quickly since this has been ongoing since they put these new pumps in. If youre not using the Sams Club app, youre doing it wrong. The app lets you scan your own items and pay using a card (credit or debit) without waiting in line. Your receipt is sent directly to your email and the app gives you a QR code they scan at the door. Its so fast and works as long as youre not buying anything that has an age restriction like alcohol or cigarettes.

Woman at the front checking receipts touched every item i have. Every item and every single fruit. Now I have to sanitize everything because shes probably done that to everyones stuff and I dont want my family to catch Covid. She also didnt know how to count and was slow and rude.

In comparison to Costco, Sams Club had what I needed even close to closing time. Costco only had fresh ground beef patties. Sams Club had both. Love Sams Club 😃.
