I love this store, especially the nice employees whether I need help finding something, trying a sample, ordering from the cafe, or picking up a prescrition, they always have smiling faces and the desire to help and not make me feel like I am bothering them. I always find what I need because everything is well stocked. I almost always use scan and go because its so easy to use and I can just swipe to pay and leave. Even when I have to go to the checkout line its very fast. And the lines are not long at all. My favorite things to buy are meats, veggies, desserts and home products. I just started buying clothes for my children and I am so impressed with the selection and prices. I will be buying more clothes for sure especially because everywhere else is so expensive and my kids grow so fast out of their clothes.

Love Sams Club, Ive been coming here for years! Some procedure here are just backwards. Few questions for management: Please tell me why have an option to order online from the cafe only to make me stand in a line to get a paper to start the pizza making process? (Lol I know its only pizza but just seems redundant) Or why offer self check out and force me to lug my super heavy BULK ITEMS from one cart to another. If youre worried about theft then please by all means open more lines instead of having customers break their backs to shop here... Not employee issues, management issues.

And agent helping customers in this Chino California Sams was the best department store assistant that I have ever encounter in my entire life and Im 59 years old. After spending 2hours came to the register to pay my $300 merchandise with gift cards that I wanted to use, the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use my gift cards. She called the manager to solve the problem, but even the manager couldn’t figure out how to make the transaction to accept my gift cards. I cannot anderstand how a manager cannot solve a problem, this is not the first time I used my cards there. I told her I can’t buy these merchandise if you cannot figure out how to use my gift cards. She said no problem we will return everything back, as if she didn’t care or even try to work and solve the problem. I left everything there, I will not go back again. Sam’s club has very bad customer service and very unprofessional manager. I went to Costco and spent $400 and they accepted my gift cards with no problem. Sam’s club lost a good customer.

Love this Sams! Friendly staff, great selection, always clean, and loveeee the scan and go option in the app! Just wish you could scan alcohol in the app too 🥲 maybe one day soon!

Had a wonderful experience as a first time shopper here. Easy to find what I needed and picked up a few items I didnt know I needed. Staff was friendly during checkout and the smell from the food shop had me so hungry I had to have a pretzel. All in all a great shopping experience.

Please educate your staff on the return policy for perishable food items that done meet expectations . They made me feel humiliated and very fustrated over items food item I was not 100% satisfied with .( Breine) think that how its spelled female worker at customer service . Didnt understand or read the return policy samclub offers for food if its not 100% satisfaction . I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint about this . I see the samclub owner writes comments back instead of generic reply to review . So I doubt this problem will be fixed, and I will still feel humiliated and embarrassed over this return over $7 dollar food item

Ok so you have to bring everything from your shopping cart and put it on the register belt and put everything back in your shopping card after the cashier finishes,,, she said this is their policy. I don’t see anything post at cash register telling customers has to do so. The black lady name Elizabeth, work on Feb 12th around 1:30pm, short hair, big tall was very rude. She said she will get write up if customers Don’t bring all item from shopping card for her to ring it up. This is just lazy employee excuse. There is an assistant who stand by her doing nothing. Isn’t she supposed to help customers doing that??? There was another customer behind me that Elizabeth told her just leave their water in that shopping cart she would scan it. It what about me?? I have my 5 years old with me and she telling me to bring everything back and forth?? Isn’t it because I am Asian ? I fell like She seem so racist at this moment. I’m a business customer with Sam over 10 years, annual expenses with Sam over 10k per year. I’m so disappointed.

So usually, I love my local Sam’s Club The team is very helpful. It’s always clean and it’s very spacious. However, last night I went to Sam’s Club picked up some items I needed and got a rotisserie chicken when I got home my son tried to pull the leg off the chicken to eat it and it was raw. It was rubbery. It was red it was bleeding. It was disgusting!!! When I called Sam’s Club they apologized and asked for me to take the chicken back and they would give me a full refund. Like many other people, picking up a rotisserie chicken is the fastest way to make a quick dinner and lunch for the next day I work 25 miles away from my home you can imagine that getting home in the evening is jampacked with traffic. I don’t have time to save a raw chicken and then make my way back to Sam’s Club the next day with the raw chicken to get a full refund I’m a frequent shopper I spend a ton of money there and they want me to take back, a raw chicken to get a full refund! Really??? Sam’s Club you need to change your protocol This is unacceptable I’m very disappointed not cool Sam’s Club You’re supposed to be better than this!
