Ive had a great experience working with Sam in applying for Medicare and sifting through the various plans that you need to choose from, which can be very confusing. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and guides you to make good decisions in what Medicare plan is right for you, and helps you complete all the applications. Very prompt communication...the process has been seamless. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him!

Navigating the transition from my husbands employer insurance to original medicare with a supplement plan and prescription coverage was utterly daunting. Ever since being referred to Sam, I have been referring him to others! Sam is so professional and yet so personable. Sam knew exactly what questions to ask to find the perfect fit for a Medicare plan for me. We then had him search out plans for my husband to see if he could save us money without giving up coverage and he did just that. His follow-through every step of the way has been excellent. Sam is very knowledgeable in all the MediGap Plans...medical, dental, vision, and drug. More importantly he makes absolutely sure each plan is tailored to your needs. But Sam just does not broker insurance. He is fully versed on Medicare and assists in weaving through the complexities and costs. Sam spends time getting to know one personally and their needs. I ran into a major curve ball and Sam was able to help manage through and solved the problem. I also like that he is there for the long haul even after all insurance policies are set up.

Sam is very knowledgeable on all aspects of Medicare. He asked a lot of questions, and listened to all our answers. Based on our answers, he presented us with all of our options, along with the pros and cons of each option. He gave us time to consider those options without ever seeming impatient. It is impossible to navigate through the ins and outs of Medicare without help. Sam is absolutely the person you want to provide you with that help.

I heard horror stories from other people who were transitioning to Medicare and supplemental policies. One friend told me it took him 6 weeks to get thru all the literature and find policies! Sam makes it so easy!!! He listens to your needs and presents insurance options for you, listing all the costs and coverage in a comparison chart. He walks you thru signing up for insurance, and he does a yearly review for each client to make sure that the coverage remains the best it can be for each year. Sam is an angel for seniors! Dont hesitate. Hes super-helpful, honest and kind.

I called Sam to help me set up a prescription drug plan for my older brother. Sam was great! He set up a video conference call on a SATURDAY. He got the whole thing set up quickly, and arranged to have the premiums automatically taken out of the checking account. Sam has been very responsive to my followup questions. His service is superb! If I could give Sam 101 stars, I would. After having had a Medicare Advantage plan for 20 years, I finally needed major medical care, and that plan just didnt give me many options for specialists and hospitals (not to mention their doctor wanted to kill me by overdosing me with morphine). I had contacted a local MC specialist, and since he was booked, he referred me to Mr. Olson, who met with me in my hometown on his way to a wedding on a Saturday and explained MC supplements to me.He went way above and beyond what anyone else would do by calculating all the scenarios and helping me pick the best one for me, plus how to further save money by switching to a different supplement after I got my foot in the door. Then, he ran all my medications through some program to calculate my annual costs, including premiums and copays, to determine the most cost-effective drug plan. He put all this data on a spreadsheet so I could easily compare.Ive never known anyone to be as thorough as Sam (its almost as if he has degrees in accounting and law). And he was very personable, too! Since then, I referred two friends to him, and several others I met in the care facilities. They were so thankful I introduced him to them and saved them so much money. He continued to keep in touch after I signed up and he made his sale, reminding me of his plan to save me more money and seeing how things were going. He truly has my best interest in mind. Give him the opportunity to help you like he helped me. You wont regret it!

Sam proved to be very knowledgeable regarding the Medicare process. I was pretty sure my wife and I were in a good place but Sam found several areas of improvement resulting in slightly better benefits at $1,000 less in premium. He was up to date on changes that effected us especially my wife and helped us avoid a new pitfall. In addition, he walked us both through the daunting enrollment process.Working with Sam was probably the best insurance experience Ive had in my 50 year career as CEO.I highly recommend his services.

I interviewed many representative before deciding on Sam. Some were knowledgeable. Some werent. Sam was. He supported several calls to help me understand and prepare my part G enrollment, and my part D drug plan. That part was fine. What came next was even better.Other reps tried to direct me to their favorite providers, regardless of whether I wanted that provider or not. Where Sam really stood out was willingness to tailor my enrollment to my needs, and help me select one of the providers I short-listed. He didnt try to steer me to a selection I didnt want. Recently I moved outside the Kaiser service area and had to find my way through the maze of web pages to find a Medigap plan for healthcare. After many hours not being able to connect with anyone either because the web pages didnt work or I filled out applications which did not result in responses, I finally received a greeting from Sam Olson asking if he could help me.
