Sam helped my wife and I purchase our first home. I highly recommend him due to his fast response time and awesome communication skills. He also was great at explaining every little detail throughout the process. Being first time homebuyers we knew very little about the home buying process, so having someone we could trust 100% was very reassuring. If I ever decide to buy another home I know who I’ll be calling.

Sam helped us with our first home purchase, and we cannot recommend him enough! He was always very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. He was extremely proactive in keeping things moving, and was a great advocate for us when working with our realtors, insurance, etc., making sure we were updated through every step of the process.

Sam is by far the best loan officer Ive worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure my loan was approved and helped me through the entire process until everything closed and funded. Sam went over & beyond our expectations! I was recommended to Sam for my first home purchasing and they sent me to the perfect person! At age 25, I didnt expect to be able to go through purchasing a home without any guidance from family or friends so it was a scary feeling at first. But working with Sam from day one, made it so easy as he was so helpful, always answering questions quickly, and super nice which made me feel so confident in going along with the process. I felt like I was in good hands all the time and I wasnt wrong! He pre-approved me right away, asked me for the documents needed and we moved on from there. I am now a happy homeowner to a gorgeous home and all thanks to him and our agents (which they had great communication with each other to help us as well). Sam is awesome! Now after two home buys and a refinance, we have total confidence in Sam. Our friends recently had a HORRIBLE experience with an incompetent loan agent and we realized how badly these things can go. These experiences that can be so confusing and intimidating to navigate but we found his responsiveness, how he answer ALL my questions and made it easy to understand.
