Long time client, but finally popped into the office for a first time visit to finally meet the voices on the other end of the phone. Karla helped me take care of some policy issues and updates without hesitation, and later that same day, was followed up with by Olga regarding some additional changes. They helped me out, and did so with my best financial interest in mind.. kudos to Sam and his staff! Thank you, ladies...

OMG so happy we went with the Sam Lamb group. Karla is our main contact and she is amazing. My family got into a horrible car accident back in January and honestly dealing with insurance was last on our minds. Thanks to Karla we really didnt have to focus or stress out about the crash or damage. After we told her what happened the next day, she helped us file all the necessary paperwork, set up a car rental for us and even got my toddler a new carseat within 5 days. Literally all we did was send her pictures of the car, tell her where it was towed and give her the information of the police offer. How can you not love people who make your life super easy at your darkest times!! If it were up to us we would never change insurance companies. Fingers crossed they dont kick us out of their portfolio with the recent California exit!!

As we all know inflation is impacting everything in our lives including insurance. I just want to say this Ebony service was amazing even when i was not on my best behavior because I was having a rough day. But she was able to fix everything for me even though i was having a rough day and because of her things were able to turn around. Sam and his team are the best. Ive been with State Farm for years but never really taken an active role in managing my coverage. Thats until I switched agents to Sam. Hes help me navigate configuring proper coverage for my vehicles, renters insurance, and life policies for myself and my wife. Recently, we also used State Farm as a lender to purchase a new vehicle and his employee Ebony was wonderful in helping that go smoothly. I had other financing in place and decided to go with State Farm mere hours before the car sale. She stayed late and met me at the dealer with all docs and a check ready to go. I was in and out of there in less than an hour thanks to her organization and professionalism.

Weve been transacting business with State Farm Insurance Company for over 30 years. Our experience with this company has been the best. Sam Lamb and his entire team have surpassed the goal of good customer service. They always seem to go beyond their call of duty in getting things done in a timely manner upon my requests. When Im very busy & working in the field they will give me a reminder call that my premiums are due and then take the payments over the phone. I like working with them. We have a total of 9 policies which includes life, auto and property insurance with State Farm Insurance- Sam Lamb. I highly recommend their agency to anyone that I know. They have 5 Star service.

When I was in a car accident, they helped me from start to finish with finding the best body shop and helped with a quick turnaround! They are very trustworthy and also helped my husband and I, and our children setup our life insurance plan for the future. 1/31/18 Kyle B. : Ive been a customer of Sam Lamb State Farm for roughly 2+ years now.I started when they were still located in the San Dimas location. They carried over my existing State Farm Payment Plan from the previous State Farm Representative. Immediately i noticed an improvement in customer service from the previous State Farm individual, which frankly was a revolving door for awhile there towards the end. We began with coverage on our company vehicles only. As I became more comfortable with everyone there over time, we broadened our SFPP to include Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, & a Personal Articles Policy to cover my wifes wedding ring. What I like most about this State Farm Branch is that they dont try to up sale you on more coverage than you need. You tell them what you want, & they give you a plethora of options & explain to you the pros & cons. Been to their office a couple times to sign docs pertaining to life insurance policy & everything looked clean, organized, & in a relatively safe area of Alhambra. Whether you speak with Sam, Olga, or Ebony, the service is all the same, excellent. As a small business owner & personal consumer operating in So. El Monte, I would highly recommend this branch for your insurance needs.-KB

I had a great experience shopping for auto insurance at this location. I had been shopping around for car insurance for a while and got quoted from places like Gieco, Mercury Insurance and Allstate, but their rates were just too high for my budget. I ended up coming in to this office expecting to yet again get quoted at some crazy rate but Olga, one of the agents at this location, helped me get the best deal possible for my budget. I ended up bundling car insurance and life insurance and i got a great price for both. Ask for Olga Leyva when you come here, shes great and she will try her best to give you the best deals.

I was having problems with insurer at the moment which was Progressive Insurance, they were over charging and wouldnt help on getting a lower rate. A few months before Olga began pursuing in investing into getting us lower rates with Sam Lamb State Farm, I kept saying no, because of fear of thinking I was gonna pay more, but I was so wrong!!!The moment I called Olga for a quote she began working and came up with brilliant numbers! Sam and Ebony have really changed our lives. I was so sick with worries when we found our home owners insurance was being canceled I couldnt sleep. Wed tried for weeks to find a replacement, called everyone and tried nearly everything.When I connected to Sam through a friend of a friend and it was like I stepped back into a time when people actually cared about other people and neighbors took care of neighbors. The service he provided as we worked through what to me were impossible complications was beyond belief.Without being melodramatic I think Sam and Ebony renewed my faith in my fellow man. These are people who are there when it matters, day and night, weekends too.
