I have copper hair and I needed products to maintain the color vibrant and healthy. The ladies In this location were nothing but nice . The provided excellent service and were very informative of the products they were recommending. Every time I come here I keep learning something new. If you ask there willing to help. :)

One of my best experiences ever! The staff was extremely helpful, i wanted to get rid of my black hair dye and one of your employees literally helped me every step of the way, showing me options and making sure i got exactly what i needed! Also they are hella funny! I’m making this store officially my go to Sally’s location! Thank you!!!

One of the employees here is beyond rude and unhelpful she has short black hair and is younger. I went in with my cranky toddler and she yelled at him for playing with the bottles that literally took 3 seconds to pick up more than she helped me look for a hair color and then when she did help she didn’t know what she was even talking about and gave me the wrong color to end it all she then refused me service if my son wouldn’t keep his mask on (he’s 3!)

Rude customer service. This employee, shes a white girl, she was so rude and was super entitled, Im a paying customer, why act like youre doing your customers a favor when its your job to help them out. You cant miss her, her face literally looks like she hates her job. Im not shopping at this location. And as a fellow customer service representative, just because were working during this pandemic doesnt mean were essential, so be a little more humble.

There are plenty of beauty products to choose from for those who are on a budget. While I choose to purchase makeup elsewhere, this my go to hair product place, falsie place, nail place, tweezer place- you get it. The customer service here made my experience AMAZING! The girl who helped me out was very pleasant and knowledgeable and even sold me on a sallys beauty card. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

Came here last weekend. Have been coming here for a while. Well came in because I needed to do my roots. I didnt want to dye my whole hair. I needed advice since I have never do e just the roots. Soni asked one of the girl, mind me that I had to go to the counter because all 3 girls were there. I finally asked one of them if I could get some help. She asked what I needed. I explained what I wanted and she started to walk toward the dyes and said to use one of the products. I e plained again that all I wanted was just to do my roots that I didnt want to dye all my hair. She was waved her hands all over and said I had to dye my whole hair or jus to figure it out and walked away.I wanted to cuss her out but I had more respect that she did.Maybe she needs more training or just a new job.Worse Customer Service Experience!!!!!!!

Usually I come here but after today probably wont be returning. Couldnt shop in peace because a short blonde lady made me really uncomfortable following me standing close by and every time I picked up a item she would say Ill put it back. I end up not getting anything but my daughter still did.

Unfriendly employees. Sallys!! please provide customer service classes! Most employees dont have knowledge or even attempt to try to find out a answer to my beauty question at this location. I prefer the location in Whittier Boulevard in commerce... other then that.. Sallys does have quiet a selection.
