I have financed three vehicles from this Honda dealership since 2018. Initially, my experience was positive, with Crystal providing excellent service. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly since then.During my attempt to switch vehicles, I encountered several issues. Despite not liking the vehicle initially presented to me, John, one of the staff members, held onto my drivers license for an entire month, falsely denying possession of it. Only after enlisting the help of a friend was I able to retrieve it.Moreover, when I sought to trade my last vehicle, the dealership misled me into purchasing a model I did not prefer. They informed me inaccurately about the terms of my lease, leading to confusion about payment schedules and amounts. Upon closer review, I discovered discrepancies between the contract I signed and the one available online, raising concerns about transparency and honesty in their transactions.A further incident involved the mishandling of a GPS system that was initially in my vehicle. Despite my immediate request to hold onto it for me, the device was discarded by the dealership. It was only through repeated outreach, with the assistance of a friend, that the issue was resolved.In addition, a routine oil change was poorly executed, resulting in oil splatters. The latest disappointment came during a tire purchase, where I spent over $1,000 under the promise of warranty coverage. Despite making every effort to reach my appointment on time, an unforeseen accident which delayed me 15 minutes. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff, notably Jose, further highlighted the disregard for customer convenience.In light of these ongoing issues and unsatisfactory experiences, I am contemplating seeking legal counsel to address the discrepancies in service and transactions. I strongly advise potential customers to explore alternate options for their automotive needs, as this establishment appears to prioritize profit over client satisfaction and care.

Just bought a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid and I’m really happy with my purchase. I would really recommend getting a car with Johnny Garcia, he’s the one that helped me with my purchase and was really helpful, very welcoming unlike other car dealers. So BIG shout out to Johnny Garcia and Mike they are the BEST!!! Hope I could’ve gave them Ten stars !

Omar is one of the best employees at Honda. He has sold me every car that I bought and I’ve always been very happy with each purchase. He got me the price that I wanted for my new Honda civic. Thank you Omar!

I really like the guy I think his name is Andres (forgive me if its not) he was really understand when I had to leave right in the middle of the transaction to go get my son from school and allowed me to come back the next day and pick up right where we left off. He also was very patient when showing me the different cars and he also got the price down to something that I can work with. The only thing I did not like and I know its not his fault was how long it took for a financing we were there from 12:30 p.m. to 240 ish p.m. just waiting on financing but other than that it was great I would really recommend going to the Honda store for your first car or any car they are really friendly knowledgeable and really patient when showing you cars and you have no idea what you want.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the service Omar provided us. He made the process so smooth and stress free, If you are looking to purchase a car without pressure Omar is your guy. He is super nice, understanding and serves great customer service. Omar has helped us twice and both twice we have left the dealership super happy! Perla the financing director is also amazing, she makes the closing process super easy! I definitely recommend them to everyone who wants to purchase a car.

We, my husband and I, had the best experience ever at Honda, Salinas, CA.Our sales rep, Omar, was clear, concise, and above all cordial. Having purchased several vehicles (from other dealerships) we both agree that this experience was by far the most pleasant. The gentleman that helped us at closing (finance) was extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

Excellent experience! I had not realized how easy and fast it is to buy a new car. Ask for Jim Cash. He was professional, highly competent, and a great guy to talk to. Jim was also not pushy either, just prepared to answer questions and sell me a car on my timeline.
