These folks offered by far the best price on a Synology NAS device. They shipped promptly and the item arrived well packaged in perfect condition. It setup perfectly and runs great. I would highly recommend these folks and plan to do business with them again.

Never received any updates after I made my purchase. A week later I had to call and asked what the status of my order was and they said they had to test the motherboard I bought because it was a refurbished one, and then, only then they told me it would get shipped. Every time I buy anything on line they keep me up to date, but they were calling me and sending me e mails to make sure they would get a good review. And after all I had to return it because it was not compatible with my system, so I’m going to charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Saitech is One of the most professional and amazing businesses that I’ve had the privilege of working with. Their customer service and the quality of the parts that they are able to supply are unmatched. Highly recommended. 6/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you see negative reviews they are usually working with competitor companies. Owner is Rick, they have an amazing team. Make sure to reach out to them, there is never any problems I have encountered with either quality or communications. Their products go out of stock fast because they offer amazing selection at very competitive prices. One of the best companies I have dealt with in the Bay Area during over 30 years A+++.

Outstanding customer service! Very professional and great communication. We were in desperate need of a board and they were able to find it quickly. The board arrived to them damaged and they were extremely quick to contact me, order a new one and expedite it for almost seamless service.

With a 2016 AMD Radeon R5 card, for maintenance/refurbishing you must remove fan, clean Processor, re-seal with Thermo Sealant/Paste, for extended shelf-life. This card is 7 years old, when, purchased new.

This store is a joke. I bought 7 HD,s and after charge my debit card for almost 2K, somebody sent me a email to cancel the order because is having problems processing the order. We can only accept a wire transfer for this order...I had to wait 4 businesses days to get my money back.Very dishonest store.
