Sai Dental would get 6+ stars if I was allowed to give it. Im 50 years old and due to some early experiences that were awful, I was very stressed out about having to go to the dentist. Ive been to many dentists in my life and can tell you, hands down, Sai is the best dental office Ive EVER been to. From the relaxing atmosphere, to the warm and attentive staff, to the gentle and reassuring nature of Dr. Singh. This dentist offers sedation dentistry as an option that I gladly took advantage of. I was not fully out, but relaxed enough that I was comfortable and at ease. The work was quick and painless. The aftercare has been wonderful, as theyve checked on me multiple times and gladly answered my many questions. Sai also offers payment plans, flexible scheduling and a variety of sedation options. My time there was not only the best dental experience Ive ever had, but certainly one of the best customer service encounters Ive ever had. I am no longer fearful about getting dental work done. My experience with Sai Dental was excellent.The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that everything on my insurance was in order. The dentist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and speaking to me about the next steps of my treatment. I would highly recommend this office.

They didn’t clean my teenagers teeth, even though I confirmed the appointment for x-rays and a teeth cleaning (I should’ve found it strange that they didn’t have a cleaning scheduled with my initial appointment- especially when I specifically said I needed a teeth cleaning, but will circle back to this). Her dad took her in for the appointment- I wasn’t there. Somehow, they convinced my teen (with good oral hygiene and no gingivitis) to schedule a deep clean! I’m pissed. THEY DIDN’T CLEAN HER TEETH! I had a wonderful first appointment with them but then they go around me, and what was scheduled, to do an unnecessary expensive procedure on my child! No. Why does a teen with great habits, and no sign of gum disease need a deep cleaning? We will not be going back. It’s shady to convince a teen to do something other than what was scheduled. You shouldn’t have to ask for a cleaning, but now I see why. They’re shooting for the more expensive procedure. Beware.

Very professional and I was in and out very quickly. Did what was needed and fixed it perfect. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. I used them again and they got me in very quickly. You dont have to play the wait a month to get in with them. They take your health issues very seriously and if they cant address the problem they give u a referral immeidately to very qualified specialist that are local. I was very pleased!!

My appointment was at 3 pm and I wasnt put in the chair until 4:16. It was almost 5:00 until I met Dr.Singh. I was told that I had to be rescheduled for next week. BTW I did like the new Dentist. He was very polite and accommodating. I think the office staff is over booking.

The entire staff is amazing and the care is top notch. I found this dentist when I needed my wisdom teeth removed (local, not sedated) and have since also had a regular exam and cleaning. Not only is the dentist the kindest and most patient doctor Ive ever worked with but every assistant and hygienist is also caring and capable.

I was previously was Synergy Dental, and they were great, however due to a change in dental coverage I had to switch dentists. Ive been going to Sai Dental for the past 3 to 4 years and my experience has always been excellent. Dr Albayati and his office staff have been wonderful and Ive never felt pressured into getting more treatment than necessary . Best crown work Ive ever had, hands down.

I’ve had crowns, fillings and wisdom teeth extraction; my wife, a nervous dental patient, has appreciated the gentle, patient nature of the doctor, and he is always very personable and genuinely friendly with us both. My mom took me to see Dr Albayati to get a tooth extraction done and he did an amazing job. I am 12 years old so I was a little scared, but as soon as I met him he made me feel more comfortable. He was very calm and he explained everything to me and what to expect. He also did a very nice job at making sure I was okay during the extraction. As terrifying as a tooth extraction may seem, he helped make the process easy to go through.

This is the best dental experience Ive had as an adult. Dr. Sharma really took the time to understand what I was asking for and made sure that I understood what he was noticing. In general, it was obvious he wanted me to have a good experience and be as invested in the process as he was. He even put a mirror in my mouth and took a photo to show me photos. Never had a dentist take that extra step.Reading through the reviews, seems like he does this for everyone and once in a blue moon someone gets frustrated by the attention to detail or time management. I did wait a bit longer than I expected, and there were more X-rays than I expected, but working with him, it was clear that investing so much in his patients took time and required effort, and Im glad he does. If youre looking for a turn and burn dentist, this is the wrong place.

My jaw hurts every morning when I wake up. You will pay for what you have done to me I promise you. I don’t even give this guy a one star. He is the worst dentist. I went in there to have him fix my teeth and give me a better smile and now I can’t even smile. He gave me a underbite that I’ve never had in my life! I’m suing him. Find another dentist!! You can see the difference in the photos!! It’s been over a year and I still cry everyday when I look in the mirror. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money to fix the problem he created. And, he won’t even offer to fix the problem! Please don’t go to him. Two years later and I still cry and not use to my ugly mouth that doctor Sai did to me. 🥲

So going to a ANOTHER new dentist is never fun, lots of apprehension, sure I love my teeth cleaned but anything else, well let’s say I’d rather dig holes or break up concrete. That said, from the very first visit EVERYONE in this office was, kind, warm and welcoming. But down to the important stuff, I won’t say I enjoyed the process of getting two crowns but Dr Sai was patient, kind, and explained everything at each step of the way. He clearly understood how I felt about pain and was really great about doing all he could to limit my discomfort and nerves. My crowns turned out awesome and looking back is was not all that bad. So a sincere 5 stars for Sai dental!

Ive been terrible at taking proper care of my teeth. In fact I have pretty much let them deteriorate to almost nothing over the years. And its nobodies fault but my own. Which goes without saying that trips to the Dentist are not a favorite thing for me to do. But one day a couple of years ago I was working on a job near Sai Dental and was struck with an insane amount of pain in a back tooth. I did a quick search and found out that Sai Dental was right across the street. I called then and told them what was going on, and they told me to come over. They took me right in, and found the offending tooth and before I realized it the tooth was out and I was on my way back to work. I dont like Dentist so for me to write a review is a big deal in my book. Sai Dental is the only Fentist I will go to.

Very professional work and incredibly nice staff.We all dread going to the dentist, but since we HAVE to go, this is the place to go!I had what I considered a dental emergency, and they were able to make room in their schedule to take a look at it within a couple hours of calling!!! And within 24 hours of calling and 2 visits the tooth was removed and the process was over with. I couldnt have asked for quicker or better service.Also, being that I didnt have insurance, I found the prices to be very fair. I will definitely be going back to them (proactively, so that I dont need any more teeth removed!).A Big thanks to the whole staff for taking care of me so quickly.

I wish I would have listened to the other reviews. What a colossal waste of time. At my first visit, they took 18 xrays. Then the doctor came in with an assistant and poked around in my mouth and dictated to the assistant. Then he explained to me his suggested treatment plan, which included a regular cleaning. Then the assistant left and came back with the $$, and I told her what part of the treatment plan I agreed to, then she scheduled me 2 weeks out and that was it. Done. No cleaning, nothing. I was out the door in 30 min., and theyre were no other patients in the entire office. Needless to say, I canceled my appt. and wont ever be going back. It will be interesting to see what they charge my insurance for.

I have been using Sai for three years now.The staff is very nice and the Doctor has a gental touch. I have great oral hygiene so I only use Sai for routine cleanings.Nothing major, but I have no dought that they could handle more complex work .I would definitely recommend the team for anyone who does not have dental coverage, they have a very fair price for service.

It was like a symphony in my mouth!.. I usually have to take Ibuprofen before a teeth cleaning,(and then bare up under a lecture on top of it) especially after it being a few years since Ive had my teeth cleaned.The doctor and his assistant worked together in such symbiotic unison and I barely felt a thing!Who know dental work could be such a high end experience!Same thing when I had a cavity filled!!!They are definitely the best dentist team I have ever been to!! five stars 🎉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called yesterday with an emergency they claimed twice in the same day our computer (s) are broken. I had a friend call to test this claim, he asked for a appointment, same woman named Vanessa was ready to schedule him right quick and in a hurry. Right then n there I knew the truth, they lied to me, and I caught them red handed. I called back a few mins after my friend and said AGAIN 🖕🏻I would like to schedule an appointment then AGAIN 🖕🏻 Vanessa says our computer (s) are broken I cant schedule you. So I told them I had a test call and caught them lying. She denied everything and I hung up. I am currently typing this from the Emergency Department because SAI dental REFUSED to help me. Will be reporting them to dental board of California shortly.
