If you find yourself contemplating about hiring Ninaz Saffari Law Group as your attorney, I can relate, it is a truly scary thing to put the fate of someone you love into someone’s hands.Ninaz’s background and experience speaks volumes and her reviews from other clients are amazing.  I can now say from my own experience, that she has the ability to ensure that you have the best possible outcome for your defense.My case is a personal experience, where we were looking at years in prison.  As everyone can attest in her reviews, Ninaz takes your calls, as well as her assistant Tom Beck.  They work as a team, making you feel like you’re a priority and will listens to you, even if it’s just about your thoughts and feeling about the case. I always felt that she had our best interest in mind. While I know every case and circumstance is different, in my case, I am happy to say our outcome was a blessing as we were granted probation.If I found myself in a situation where I or someone I knew that needed a defense attorney, I wouldn’t hesitate on hiring Ninaz Saffari Law Group again.  I will be forever grateful to her and her team for their amazing work with our case.

First and most of all thank you Ninaz and team!I would highly recommend Ninaz to represent you in your case! Right off the first talk with Thomas, I felt that I had found the correct team to represent me. He made me feel a lot more calmer, he cared, showed empathy, gave me good advice. At the time I couldn’t afford them and even then he still wanted to help by recommending me someone affordable. I didn’t give up I found the money i decided to stick with Ninaz and her team. The best choice I could’ve made! After talking with Ninaz and having her personal number that’s a “+” you get, she always answers your calls or gets back to you promptly. I felt like we had a good chance of resolving my case and we sure did! I would reach out to her if you’re in need of someone representing you that actually cares.

My son got into major trouble back in July 2020. He was facing double life in prison. He was charged with 13 serious felonies including Attempted Murder and Aggravated Mayhem (both 15 to life consecutive sentence charges). I went through two very terrible experiences with lawyers before I was referred to Ms. Saffari in January 2022. She aggressively represented my son and kept me informed of all her actions. I could pick up the phone and call her anytime. I could text her and she would immediately reply. She is amazing!! At the end of the day she was able to negotiate an offer that was truly, in my opinion, out of reach. All along the Orange County district attorneys assigned to prosecute my son’s case, would say “No Deal”!! Very adamant they wanted nothing less than life. Ms. Saffari not only was able to change the DA’s closed minds about no deal, my son could be home in less than 7 years. I 100% believe in Ms Saffari and her expertise. She aggressively fights for her clients (even those clients who have a gloomy future with fear of serving a life sentence). I strongly and very highly recommend Ms Saffari. You will not be disappointed at any point of the representation. I will always be forever grateful for her time and her dedication she put forth with my son’s case. It took me more than 2 years to finally decide to submit this review, due to privacy concerns and various other reasons.I apologize to Ms. Saffari for submitting it here, but it appears that Mr. Thomas Beck is currently affiliated with their firm.Attorneys are meant to assist us in defending ourselves during our most vulnerable times. Unfortunately, with Mr. Beck, I had an absolutely appalling experience. It was marked by both subtle and overt attempts to instill fear in a defendant to compel them to sign a repugnant contract. I had a gut feeling that Mr. Becks claims were more about business interests than legal concerns or genuine care for my defense. I refused to proceed with hiring Mr. Ruyle or Ms. Saffari, with whom Mr. Beck was associated. I then spoke and met with approximately 20 other attorneys, and they unanimously agreed that Mr. Becks claims were unfounded, exploitative, and possibly motivated by ulterior incentives.There is a cost for everything in this world, but exploiting people at their most vulnerable is absurd, disgraceful, and immoral.To the reader, please care for your own well-being. I understand you are at a vulnerable period, and I am sorry. As a person that went through the same at one point, I advise you to stay as far away as possible from Mr. Beck. I recommend proceeding with a firm that practices law with integrity instead of greed.

We are still working on my case but so far responses are quick, clear to understand, and I genuinely feel as if my lawyer is taking all aspects of my situation into consideration for the best possible outcome.

Tom followed up quickly on the referral he got to us. It turned out that we werent in his officers service area, but he still spent 15 minutes listening to our situation and recommending some actions and resources. Thanks to his help we were able to avoid what turned out to be a scam.
