2024-05-28 14:42:08This Safeway is in a very clean strip mall- BUT, I saw 2 obvious drug deals happening, a young man smoking a crack pipe looking super jacked up, and several creepy looking people in the parking lot. I was going to get some groceries, and didn’t feel safe. As I was driving out, I saw filthy words spray painted on the side of the Safeway building. It’s sad. I feel bad for the people that work there.

2024-05-21 13:30:41Safeway always has great deals. You can clip coupons right from your mobile app as you shop. The produce is always fresh, and the fruit is always sweet. My total was $38. After the coupons, it went down to $25. Great savings!!

2024-06-08 20:40:23I just came from the deli and I must say the lady that was helping and decided to clock out in the middle of my order should not be working in that department or anywhere for that matter. She told me she has been there for 8 months and she is a vegan so she dont know the difference of meats nor how to make a sandwich or where the mayo was (which was right infront of her) after she tried to make another employee working on something else to go and get it for her, she was not professional nor did she seem like she liked her job being employed there. Thank God a nice young man took over for her but all 3 sandwiches I ordered were not good he did do his best I must say it was not his fault as he was working a whole other section b4 stopping I should have left but I didnt 37$ for 3 nasty sandwiches. This store has change in the years I understand good help is hard to find but that lady tucked her job and being a person.

2024-03-29 15:48:21I have grown up in this area since the summer before third grade. Over the years many things & businesses, of course, have changed. I have never personally experienced bad customer service or had any negative experience at this Safeway. I had to mention the above and beyond customer service from one of the checkers at this Safeway. Her name KP, not only is she friendly and professional, she also taught me how to use my ATM visa/ debit card as visa. She took a minute to show me 2 other ways to use my card. So easy, could t believe how easy. I just yesterday ask a checker at Walmart how to do same payment, he said can you read the screen and what does it say? Condescending at the least. What a 180 here. Thank you KP and hope management recognizes her work ethic!

2024-05-17 19:36:33Yesterday, was my daughters 7th birthday. I stopped by Safeway to grab her a little cake before picking her up from school. When I got to the bakery, there was no workers there. I waited a few minutes, but still no one came. Usually other stores, there would be a service ring bell, but I didnt see one at this store. So, I walked over to the Hot Food and Deli station because there were some store workers over there. I asked one of the workers if someone could help me with bakery service and she kindly said that shell call for someone. So I walked back to the bakery station and waited patiently again, but nobody came to help me. After waiting a few more minutes again, I walked back the Hot Food and Deli station to ask for help again. As I was walking over, there were two women worker chatting near by. I informed them that I had already asked for bakery service, but no one had come yet. One of the workers told me that shell call for someone. I heard it called over the intercom again for the second time and as I waited patiently again, and heard it called again for the third time over the intercom and still nobody came. I was there from 2:08 PM to 2:21 PM, and nobody couldnt just help box me a cake for my daughters birthday. While I was waiting the whole time, and every time I looked around, there were workers near by, but no one couldnt help me. I dont understand why one of the coworkers couldnt just go over to bakery and help box up a cake for me. Hot Food and Deli werent even busy when I was there. I usually like buy my birthday cakes from Safeway, but with the kind of customer serviceI experienced yesterday. I am very disappointed. I waited patiently and was giving the store a chance to help me, but they failed over and over.I wont be returning to this store anymore for my cakes service. I just gave up after repeatly asking for help. I wasted 12 minutes of my time and this was unprofessional customer service. I never had to wait this long for a cake or had to ask so many times for help. My daughter was getting off of school soon, so I had to leave. I ended up having to drive somewhere else to get my daughter a birthday cake from Raleys in Antelope. This is something store management needs to improve on with their coworkers. My experience is ZERO star, but unfortunately I wont be able to post my experience without giving any 🌟.

2024-04-19 11:40:45Went to the deli to get the $3.49 sandwich chips and a drink special.. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks,3bags of chips $44.49 so much for the special.. I guess it was special for them.. got our money.. be careful and ask what the special really costs.. food was good, price was NOT!!

2024-06-02 20:44:17Popular place at night when I arrive. Anytime past 10pm ( I go everyn8ght afterwork) there is usually a line. Self checkout is close by the time I arrive. Friendly staff, clean, and I do appreciate the App and special because I am me prices, alas, I still feel a little used after total cost ....

2022-06-09 02:43:46I dont know whats going on with Safeway lately. Ive been purchasing from the bakery and the flower shop for many years now and this year I have been getting terrible service. Lilia at this location was very rude and not customer oriented. I dont think she should be at that location with customers. I had a simple question and she gave me attitude. If this is the case, I will not return to these locations
