I had a very pleasant experience with this company for my BLS certification. I had to change my practical skill exam multiple times for various reasons. The company was nice about it and very accommodating. I will definitely use it in the future.

Challenging getting into the building due to needed maintenance with doors. However, thorough instructions sent over via email in case of situation like this occur. Safety Training Seminar was easy, fast, and educating. Definitely will renew my BLS here again.

The ACLS refresher course provided by your staff was excellent. Attending cardiac ACLS classes has never been more fun or educational for me than it was with this instructor, forgot her name but she teaches in Dublin. New mannequins to practice and demonstrate in a comfortable environment. My next renewal will be in two years, but Ill be recommending your facility to others in the meantime.

Fast, friendly, professional. I need to renew my BLS AHA. Scheduled everything online, did my hands on evaluation at this location next day same week. They got plenty of training equipment, everything looks clean and organized.

I found the in person training very helpful, I’m glad that they were able to have this service even with COVID going on. The instructor was very neat and followed all the guidelines and ensures that everything was properly sterile before and after use of equipment. I believe my instructors name was Connor, he was the best! Made the class fly by so fast, he had amazing energy and ensured we understood the material. That type of energy and education is definitely now the same as online, I chose in person because a computer can’t show you physically how CPR works like how we use a dummy in class.

I had to renew my CPR certification and came to the Dublin location. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was super simple and got a text and email confirmation. They send text reminders when it comes close to the date you set and easy rescheduling if need to be.Inside the classroom they followed COVID rules with 6 feet apart and modified the team skills so you can do individually but still hands on.The course instructor Connor was amazing. Very energetic and spoke clearly. He was easy to talk to if we had any questions.Definitely recommend and will be back in 2 years to renew.

This training was excellent. I have done these classes before, both online and in person. I feel like I learned so much from my most recent class and actually gained skills. The in-person aspect is incredibly valuable and the instructor is so great at his job. Thanks for an educational and enjoyable experience!

The instructor, Wendy, was absolutely fantastic! She kept the class very interesting and fun! She did a really great job with pointing out important details which really helped me remember them. She also referred back to her previous experiences working in the field to really help the class understand why you should what is in the training videos. The class was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs these classes!

My instructor was really funny and the class was anything but boring. Ive never had fun in a CPR class until I took this one. Very educational without being boring. I loved it! She watched everyone perform the steps and made sure they were done correctly- moved hands to the correct places if needed, gave specific feedback, and reviewed with her own dummy when necessary.

Took a refresher course this past July, at the new location in dublin. The course and Connor, the instructor are amazing. I feel the lessons you learn and practice are totally worth the money. It is very important to always be prepared and the group here make sure you have the knowledge and mechanics to save a life. Highly recommend them to everyone. It is a long day but both times I attended the instructors made it fun and entertaining. I also paired the cpr class with their first aid class which is again top notch!

I actually enjoyed my class here. Our instructor, Nina, was amazing. She made the class as quick and painless as possible while also being thorough in her explaining and demonstrating of the skills. Sometimes CPR classes feel like theyre dragging on forever, Im glad this one didnt.

Really enjoyed the class. My class was pretty small it was just three of us in there but the instructor wendy i believe was her name was very nice and fun to work with. Would definitely recommend going to her class. It was quick and easy to understand and the hands on stuff was great. I did the CPR/AED training

I attended this training for the first time, and I leant a lot about the first aid to save lives. The teaching experience was perfect, and I hope to attend future classes. The teachers are doing a great job. I recommend the CPR classes for everyone that haven’t attended.

I took the online BLS course with the in-person skills check. It was great, easy, and the instructor Carl was knowledgeable, funny, and high energy. I also felt like it was safe despite the current pandemic, everything was cleaned appropriately and there was plenty of space between everyone. Ive been getting my certifications though AHA for 10 years and will keep coming back.

This was a great class, I highly recommend taking this one. Conner taught my class and really knows the content. I appreciated that they still had in person classes as an option, and they did not cancel the classes if there was low enrollment. Very reliable company 👍.

Super convenient services. Cancellation holds no penalty and there are various choices for dates to complete the course. The instructor is professional and friendly and understands time is of the essence. This is the second year using this service for my professional nursing license.

I took this class to renew my BLS certificate and opted to do the in-person class (which is also geared towards new students). I appreciate the class ran efficiently and effectively and the instructor was charismatic. I would take this class again in 2 years when it comes time to renew again.

My husband and I just took Wilderness First Aid with Jeff, and it was awesome!I took CPR with Nina in November 2018 through a program at my work building and it was fantastic and the best CPR training attended.Since the CPR class was during our buildings safety week where we do fire drills and earthquake preparedness, I had several questions about what to do when you couldnt call 911 or 911 couldnt get to you. Nina mentioned that in those cases it would help to know wilderness first aid, which initially caught me off guard because I dont work in the wilderness. I work in a large metropolitan area. She assured me it was the same as what some people might think of as disaster first aid and that Safety Training Seminars offers a Wilderness First Aid course. I took a look and signed us up.The class was extremely thorough and I have so much more knowledge and confidence in my first aid skills! The course description mentions it also covers advanced first aid for when 911/Emergency Medical Services is not near or delayed and that is spot on. Jeff reminded us how certain things would be handled in a normal first aid situation and then highlighted the differences with wilderness first aid, which was so helpful, especially since I am not the most outdoorsy person, but was very interested in what to do in a disaster situations where EMS is delayedEverything he taught was very interactive and hands on which really helps with the retention and it meant we got to understand exactly how to correctly performer specific tasks and how they should feel as well as getting very helpful feedback throughout the course. I loved that the class was both in the classroom and out in the field so we could practice what we learned in different situations. While it was rainy so we did not get as much outdoor time as we would have liked, running a group exercise in the rain was incredibly valuable as it helped us break the classroom mold and routine in applying our newly learned skills and helped us improvise and experience less than ideal conditions. there was a lot on the curriculum so I was nervous when I first sat down in the class that we might not make it through it all. Jeffs presentation was awesome and all the topics flowed from one to another so smoothly, I couldnt believe how much we covered just on day 1! We learned so much and he kept it straightforward enough that the amount of information was not overwhelming.The text book included is very comprehensive and a great resource, and I really appreciated the selection of additional handouts and reference sheets Jeff shared.I also loved and appreciated how receptive Jeff (and my classmates) were to questions! He welcomed all my questions and ramblings and helped me walked through them, especially since outside of taking biology and anatomy years ago and being CPR Certified I do not have a medical background. He was also great in directing us to what would be within and above our level of care, which I found very helpful.I do wish the course description was a bit more comprehensive and included a note about the course being Im a classroom setting AND outdoors with field exercises (these were my favorite part! I wish we could have done more! if I had known in advance I would have worn/brought rain/outdoor gear on day 1, too).Overall it was a wonderful class and I would recommend it to anyone who does weekend backingpacking/camping/hiking, or someone who just wants to take their first aid skills to the next level and be more prepared for a disaster (zombie apocalypse? 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️)thank you for a fun and learning-filled weekend!

Tomas was the best instructor I have had for CPR! He answered every question I had while also addressing each surrounding circumstance that could arise. He was enthusiastic, patient, and allowed each student to learn all aspects of the class whether they were experienced or brand new.

Course was good and efficient. Since we mostly watched a video and did a little bit of training, im not sure if the in-person one was much better than the hybrid online in-person one. I would still recommend the course to people but to save time, it might be easier to take the on-line one through them and come in only for the hands-on portion.

Always clean and organized.Lots of available classes for BLS, ACLS and others. Also found out there is a 1 hour megacode simulation one can do for ACLS and the other hours are online.I originally went to this location for Wilderness First Aid many years ago. It was a great experience. Jeff provided lots of expertise in the matter.The ACLS class was straight forward and organized. Sam was funny, entertaining and taught me and the other nurses quite a bit.Will return in the future and suggest many to take classes at any location.

Did a quick Google search and found this place only 12 miles from my home. Prices were competitive for the BLS class, and the instructor was very Jovial for how cold it was that morning :) I dont think you can go wrong choosing American Heart Association, Dublin CPR Classes. A+

Dublin site for CPR checkout is efficient, fast and safe- 5 star. Reason for 4 stars is AHA CPR online program is in need of some view as it’s cumbersome and seems to put you in endless loops at time, truly frustrating on what should be a straight forward online class.
