Its baseball whats not to love about it!!! They are a triple A affiliate of the SF Giants. The games are fun, seating is good. Lots.of interaction with fans. They have theme nights, most recently Dinosaur Night. Go River Cats!!

Real nice stadium. Food is good! I went to an Oakland A’s game and I’ll never go back to that stadium again!!!! For a minor league team this stadium is on point. Lots of food options and lawn seating for the kids to run around and play.

Fireworks on Saturday home games are a highlight. Good food options, although higher prices and the reduced quantity you get have been a 2024 negative.The park itself is easy to get to and very attractive with views of the bridge from the third base side of the field. The activities are kid friendly and the organization does a great job of making this a great outing for families.

Watched the game from the Party Suite and had a great time. The River Cats played a great game and won. The fireworks culmination was outstanding, as always. Strict security going into the park, so make sure you know the guidelines of what size purse and other items are acceptable. We had a great view of the city skyline and ball field from our Suite. The catering was excellent and there is a bar available for the upstairs suites, so you dont have to fight the crowds to get a drink. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well done! Fun way to enjoy a group of friends, special occassion and/or company event. I highly recommend this option for your next event.

First-timer with my family, we had a great experience, we had traveled from Salinas around 3.5 hours. We attended a graduation ceremony, my granddaughters graduate from Rosemont High School 2022. The staff were on top of there game I felt very safe & all around me awesome peoples. 👊😁🔆

Fun place to watch a game. Front row seats sound great, but sit up a few rows. Better to sit up a few rows. Concessions are obscenely expensive, though!!! A family of 4 could go broke. And $15 to park in a mostly empty parking lot? Not reasonable.

Ive honestly never had a bad time at a RiverCats game. Theres several different prices for tickets available depending on what kind of budget youre on. Personally we like to sit behind first base, but if were on a budget well take the hill behind RF.We went this time for a day game since they had bark in the park and we got to bring our dogs and hang out in the area behind RF (its also good if you have little kids since there is a mister and some play structures).This time we actually got to be on the field for a peanut butter eating competition (the dogs, not us). It was a blast.This is a solid event for families, dates, or just a good night out. The RiverCats never disappoint!

Took my boys here for their first Rivercats game and we had a blast! Facility is clean throughout. Bathrooms and concessions nearby and werent crazy busy. Cashless facility and clear bags allowed only. If youre coming for a day game, Id highly suggest the left side/Rivercats side of seating. Its shaded when I came at 6:00pm. As the day goes on, the rest of the stadium gets shade all around.

Can order food from your seats, which is a nice change. During summer the first base line seats are in the sun until starting at 6PM. All seats in sun starting 1PM and progressively become shaded.Parking was 12 bucks, card only.

We had amazing seats between the dugout and home plate. There was a private elevator, free snacks/drinks and a private bathroom. The games are fun and exciting. Its an economic way to enjoy pro sporting events.

Great park, nice atmosphere, family friendly. Not much for vegan options. There is one place that offers a vegan hot dog, they also have a gluten free option but thats the only location I found other than fries or a pretzel, things like that. Really an enjoyable day. Lawn seats are a great lower price option. It can get hot during the warmer months but when the sun goes down its nice. The offset is during the cooler months it can get quite chilly. Just be weather conscious based on the weather and your seat location. Whether youre sun facing or not. 😉

Just the greatest of guys, always, no matter whatever it is I yell at games. Their miraculous 2019 Championship victory was reminiscent of the 2004 Red Sox win, and their year-end run to get there every bit as magical. It seems that average people stop playing sports after high-school, and the those who go on taking to the fields afterwards are remarkably exceptional individuals. We are very fortunate to have some of them right here, live, in West Sacramento!

Maybe due to the dreary night, but that was a very very small crowd, no entertainment to speak of. Concession prices are way overpriced. The $2 hot dog seems to have shrunk from what it used to be in size. Other than that its good old baseball. Just a suggestion, Eat your own food before you get to the park. Bring an empty bottle to fill with free water which is available.

This team lies and steals to get you to sign up for season memberships. I paid for a quarter season membership. Two months later and 1/3 into the season they make me sign what they call harmless terms and conditions so dont obligate me to anything. Except that it did obligate me to a payment plan for next season. So when I refused to sign their sham of an agreement that obligated me to a second season, they canceled my current season membership. I reported them to the Attorney General into the Yolo county district attorneys office for fraud. Ill never step foot in your park again. You just lost thousands in revenue.

Good atmosphere and crowd. However, very disappointed in their food app and waiting times afterward. Ordered my food Nd by the time I received it, the people who didnt use the app surpassed me by paying at the register. By the time I received a bag of peanuts, was over 20 minutes and my food almost 2 hours,. By the time I sat down in my chair we were in the bottom of the 5th inning.

A great place to go and watch a game.But...getting in and out of parking is really the pits. Especially when there is a Circus going on in the middle of the parking. Also, more high density housing is under construction in some of the parking areas. Sorry we wont be going back soon.

Great minor league park, very well cared for, and very reasonably priced. Some initial concession issues to start the season, but all took it in stride. Check website for prohibited items (e.g., see-through bags only) and no-cash transactions from parking to food to save headaches upon arrival.

The game itself was entertaining, but the ballpark has some issues. We sat in the clubhouse seats, which are as close as you can get to the dugout. The problem wasnt the view, it was the smell. There was a very strong backed up plumbing smell that was very pronounced, and paying for premium seats only to be immersed in stench will keep me from going that route again. We also bought hotdogs, but the buns were as thin as tissue. Its little things that make it great, and today, those little things were overlooked.

A nice looking ballpark with very friendly employees. Theres not a bad seat in the house. Anywhere you sit has a great view. What I loved the most about this stadium is the staff. Not only were they polite and friendly, but they even offer free cart rides for the people who parked their vehicles in a handicap parking spot. This really caught my eye, coz you dont see many people doing such jesters like this these days.The reason for me removing a star is due to the scoreboard advertises Coke and Miller, and yet they dont offer these drinks there. They serve Pepsi, not Coke. They do sell beer, just not Miller.

Our family loves going to see the River Cats. The stadium is designed well enough to make the game experience good for almost any angle and budget. Home run hill is great for families with little kids who arent ready to sit in the seats the entire game (just make sure you get to the game a little earlier to get the best seats on the hill). Friday and Saturday night home games usually add fireworks after the game.

Prices for tickets and food have been rising a little over the years but still less than half what you would pay at most major league games. Highly recommended. I am not able [ due to health] to walk for long distances so I use the Parking shuttle and Courtesy Wheelchair. Both Are Exceptional and Add a Charm to my visit. The Staff of both Offer The BEST of Cats Games . Food was good but the USUAL BALLPARK ITEMS available! Being just the beginning of MLB SEASON, Most on Roster are future Stars except Vosler. The play structure itself is great but the playground reps are strict (from the perspective of kids). For example, a 1-6 year old could do something and they won’t care, but when a 7-12 year old does something they get yelled at. I live in the Sacramento area and Ive been to probably 50+ games to see the Rivercats play and I really like the field and atmosphere. There literally isnt a bad seat in the house. Food options have improved through the years, parking is fairly close to the stadium amd the staff is always friendly amd willing to help in any way needed. Im also a SF giants fan so I was thrilled when they became affiliated with the G-men. Bring the family out and enjoy a great game by the river. Lawn seats are great for kids.

Probably the most poorly staffed, operated, and supplied ball park for food vendors. For the few non-portable vendors that didnt run out of certain items, there was no real convenience or advantage with app orders....still lines for both walk-ups and app customers. Food service staff appear disorganized, disoriented, and unable to grasp the concept of speed and efficiency. If your top-selling item is hotdogs, then you should have truckloads to avoid running out on game day. Replace the nursing home patients with fast-moving staff who can keep up. Bring back the traditional vendors who walk the stands.....you know, like a real ball park. Get rid of the upscale marketing ploy for concessions. It will never achieve if you cant move your products efficiently or you run out before the game is over.

My son loves coming here. We typically order our ticket online so that we dont have to wait in line. There are various food vendors available. The team used to be pretty successful prior to becoming affiliated with the Giants. Though I am a Giants fan, the team had better success with the As staff. Overall one of our citys main attraction. There is also a beautiful view of downtown Sacramento from the stadium.

We went to opening day. Ordered a pickup order 15 minutes before the game started. Waited 3 innings and all we ordered was four drinks. Got back to our seat drank the beer and went to order more for delivery at the end of the fourth inning and we could not leave any more orders. So horrible!

We have had a season ticket package for a few years and attended games for many years before that, so I have a lot of experience attending games at Raley Field. This year the concessions have had ridiculously long lines for every game! It has been awful and uncomfortable...I dont know what the difference is...the games have been sold out in the past and it has not been so terrible! You really need to rethink your concessions! Maybe you need more Kiosks or something...I dont want to come anymore...we spend a lot of time waiting in lines when we come to the games! Everything else is great...parking is easy; changing our tickets is easy, fireworks are great! The concession situation has to change!

Raley Field is such a comfortable venue for families, folks and fiends. Food is good though the management allows bottled water and peanuts. Theres plenty of beverages, but I like my night out to be cost effective; if you attend on Friday and Saturday nights, the fire works are amazing! This past year 2018 was a challenging year for this team; the coaches consistently change up players if they are ineffective, esp the pitchers. Rivercats have some star level pitchers; many ofgames lost were due to pitchers and sometimes, poor fielding. The place is really comfortable even on 90 degree pkus night. Delta breeze being the equalizer.Need to get to stadium early to ensure parking, though parking lots are hugh. Parking on the street with metered parking makes it easier for departing. The staff ensures that theres never a dull moment!

I know its partly my fault . I didnt come with cash for parking. 10. bucks. Bought tickets on ticket master. So lost out on that cost. I can go to a giants middle of the week day game cheaper. Doesnt matter how early you show up they will be out of promotional items. Giants always have plenty. I wish they would move the Giants to Reno or Redding. And I live 20 miles from Railey Field. The Rivercats are a great team. You can see future and rehabing Giants too. Beware! The online orderinding does not work. We got messages for someone in Texas, it took over 30 minutes for a vegan hot dog, and the sauerkraut topping ordered was missing. A good venue for watching the River Cats. You gotta try the dinger dog. In summer evenings try to get tickets on the west side (behind third base) otherwise the sun might be in your face as it sets.

The Sacramento River Cats are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League and the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.They are located in West Sacramento, California, and play their home games at Sutter Health Park which opened in 2000 and was known as Raley Field through 2019.Definitely worth checking out!
