Lane Stone is hands down the best realtor you will ever find! From the moment we met him, it was obvious that Lane is not only an incredibly kind and caring person, but that his expertise and knowledge of the real estate business is truly unmatched. During this time of a fierce sellers market, Lane had so many creative and unique ways of getting us the home of our dreams. And while many people we know have been house hunting for months or even years, Lane was able to get us into our dream home after only a few short weeks of looking. I truly believe this is due to Lane’s unwavering dedication and his amazing support team. What’s more, Lane truly cares about you and your family beyond the home buying process. Lane would regularly check in on how we were doing and offers way to make our lives easier. Lane would also go out of his way to always be accessible and in constant contact with us. You would never know that Lane has any clients beyond you because he truly makes you feel as if he is working for you 100% of his time. I would give the Sackin-Stone Realty Team 10 stars if I could. I worked with Scott and Philip over 30 years ago and was thrilled with their professionalism and expertise. Unfortunately, last year I used a neighbor to sell my home. Big mistake. When buying my new property I decided to go back to the Sackin-Stone Group. They were absolutely fantastic. Both listen well, have excellent communication skills and are incredibly knowledgeable about properties in O.C. I’m thrilled with the home I purchased and I give all the credit to Philip and Scott. My husband and I just closed on our first home this week! We are extremely happy and proud to reach this accomplishment and we couldnt have done this without Winston Yeh! We met Winston at an open house over a year ago when we used to just go for fun on the weekends. He was extremely kind and the only realtor that actually made an effort to speak to us and fostered our relationship over the next year. All during our just looking/learning period, Winston sent us many homes to learn about what we liked and didnt like, met us at open houses, and invited us to seminars at his office to speak with professionals in the industry. When it actually came time to buying our home, Winston was super clear, prompt, and proactive. We have known Scott Sackin since he began his real estate career 40 years ago. He is friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, and caring. The Sackin-Stone Team Realtor Philip Talbert is the best. I moved to another state 2000 miles away and Philip took care of everything. He handled the estate sale. I needed some updating on the house and he made sure everything was done to get me the best price for my house. Which I did. I can’t praise them enough. Being far from the house was a bit disconcerting but all aspects of the sale was perfectly done.
