As someone who is fairly new to what Saca Technologies has to offer. I must say the navigation, and remote desktop services are super easy to use and learn. They also provide great tech support and come up with solutions to any IT issues that we have in record timing. Keep up the great work !

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with SACE Technologies. Each time I’ve reached out to support, they’ve been able to quickly and efficiently assist me. As someone who is personally not tech savvy, I know I can trust SACA to step in and assist me when needed. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The customer service from SACA Technologies is amazing. My staff range in computer skill sets from Beginner to Advance and SACA’s team works well with all of us. Their follow through to make sure the problem or issue was resolved reassured me that we were not “just a number” to them but an actual business client whose computer needs impact our own businesses performance. I would recommend them to any client who needs technology assistants.

Saca Technologies provides the IT support for my business. Were a small firm, but they are always quick to respond. They helped us setup our wifi as well as network our phone system, computers and printers; which allows us to manage our business whether were in the office, on the road meeting with clients, or traveling on vacation. Definitely impressed with how they help our small business to operate like a large corporation.

Extremely Knowledgeable Technicians, Very Prompt Service, Most issues handled by the first call, some calls however do require more extensive work of which they do follow thru and are great a keeping us updated on the status. SACA has gone through quite an ordeal in the last month after being hacked. They have responded by increasing their security exponentially, as quickly as possible. We never had an issue in the 12 years before this, and I expect that getting past this, we will enjoy another 12 years of excellent service and smooth operations.

I have a client with this firm, who uses their data server services, I have been on the phone with them all day since 10:30am, to obtain the passwords and login to the servers as their former IT tech resigned unexpectedly. Not only have I yet to get the passwords after calling multiple times today, and Im STILL waiting. For the amount theyre charging my client, this kind customer service is unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Not good for small companies who just need small things done. They want you in a expensive contract period and will waste your time and money until you sign a contract. Demand a estimate before you get any work done.
