110% would not recommend this business to anyone. No follow through, no communication and complete waste of time and money. We went to meet with Luis on 11/18/23 to set up an llc and get an EIN number for a business. We paid him the fee to get the business started plus an extra 450 that he claimed “went directly to the state” to expedite this process. He claimed it would be a 24 hour business day turnaround. It is now 11/30/23 and we have either a business license nor an EIN. As per the state website, our business is not even in their system yet. The communication from Luis has been almost nonexistent. He does not reply to texts, he does not answer phone calls. Sporadic texts saying he’ll call us back and that’s about it. We asked him yesterday for a full refund as he has not provided the service we paid for and those texts have gone unanswered. I have called and left a message to both his number and the office number as well as a text and will definitely keep updating this review until we get this extremely unprofessional matter resolved.

Ive known Mario since he was at Tax Guy Albert in South Gate & it’s why I still continue to use his services till this day. He has always been professional, respectful, courteous & trustworthy. I trust Mario as he performs excellent service & has always exceeded my expectations. Thanks Mario to you & your team!

Do not come to Sabio tax You will get SCAMMED.. Luis charged me for taxes made it seem like he did them & forced me to wait 3 plus months for me to find out from another accountant who actually did my taxes that Luis just scammed me. BEWARE! Do NOT trust these people.

Mario did not file my taxes and has gone MIA. Phone number to company is out of service.Update: I got a second opinion from a trustworthy tax company who says he never filed any of my taxes and the number he gave me for my refund was completely incorrect. Don’t bother coming here, seriously. I filed as a head of house hold with one dependent

1 star to post. BEWARE. Sabio tax services is being investigated for fraud. It has been since last year. Some people have still not received last years taxes. A previous receptionist was fired for working with the owner stealing private information. Mario also uses private information to send gifts to female clients he is interested in. He is very inappropriate, makes inappropriate comments of his females workers, to clients and also shares personal information of others to clients. He lies to find ways to supposedly get you more money and charges more for that. When he becomes comfortable with you or is trying to engage you to go out with him he tells all. Unprofessional along with his current receptionist who is rude to females who are attractive due to Marios current relationship with her. Smh. I was a client of his until all this happened. Becareful and think twice being associated with this tax sevices.

Thankful the support provided. Im a 1099 contractor and received excellent service from SabioTax. They were able to help maximize my credits and provide clarification on my 1099 related expenses.

Luis Jimenez is very unprofessional, and after charging us up front to submit our past taxes over a year ago...comes back the IRS contacted us to let us know our taxes have NOT been filed. after attempting to contact Luis with no luck... he was either not in the office or he will call me back...and till this day nothing has been resolved. My next step is to file a return preparer complaint with the IRS

I highly recommend Mario Peralta. Hes professional, fast, efficient, and very detailed. Hes been our family CPA for at least 5 years now and we are very pleased with his work. He keeps up to date with the laws and regulations and makes sure that he takes his time in reviewing everything with you before he submits anything.

This guy Luis Jiménez is an unprofessional... I asked him to help me filing 2 corporations and its been 8 months already and he didnt do anything. A month ago I asked him my money back and he made me wait for 1 week and gave a bounced check... then promised to deposit the money on my account and didnt do it. Im still waiting for my money. I called him and he blocked me. Came to his office and he is not there. Never do business with him.
