I am blown away by the high quality services this officer offers. They are attentive to detail and produce quality results. They are warm and caring in their customer interactions. Each visit feels like an educational experience they explain what they are doing and seeing and invite patients to review their photos, x-rays, and microscopic slides.

Best dentistry care I’ve had in my 53 years of life! They are absolutely committed to taking care your teeth and educating you on how you can better do this for yourself as well. I come from out of state to have dental work done at Dr. Eccles. He has saved teeth that my previous dentist suggested to have ground down and crowned. Im so grateful for the conscious care they provide at this office. Thank you to Dr. Eccles and his entire wonderful staff!!!

We live in the San Luis Obispo area. We’ve been trying to figure out where to go; because we don’t want a dentist to just put a band aide on it as dental decay continues. After looking into holistic dental work we decided to call this practice(very far away), but to to their reviews it seemed like a worthy venture. They took the time to educate and point us in the right direction with no financial gain. Any one whose willing to do this truly has a heart for healing and helping. It’s not often you experience this in the medical field. Thank you for your time and help!!!

Came here because other dentists wanted to do a root canal on a tooth and this is one of the few places that actually try and save the tooth and have holistic approaches rather than just go straight for a root canal or tooth removal. Definitely recommend.

5 stars to the front desk person. Dentist was not very friendly and tried to upsell me by telling me how regular fillings and standard dental work is so harmful to the body and how he had to remove them to give me any quality of life.

First off, the front desk at this office space is amazing. They are outgoing, knowledgeable, comforting, and helpful.I give them a lot of credit for making me feel at ease and being helpful, while being able to explain any details on any billing related topics and dental procedures before they schedule anything in for me, which means they don’t charge you without you knowing what’s necessary! Isn’t that great? (All credit to Audrey).Second, Dr. Eccles and his team are excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional and on top of their game in performing the required procedures when it comes to fillings, cleaning, etc.In a year and a half of knowing them, I have not faced any delays or any issues towards any of my procedures. They have always been professional in their work ethic and communication and when I am in that office, I always feel like I am in in good hands.Thank you Dr. Eccles and team! Dr. Eccles is a wonderful and very knowledgeable dentist. He doesnt waste any time to help you find relief and get to the root of your issues. His staff is also very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. I travel 1.5 hours to see him and it has been well worth the drive each time. Highly recommend to anyone in the Bay or surrounding areas.

Unbelievable same-day experience for my teen, suffering with an infection after a wisdom tooth extraction done elsewhere. The Ozone treatment was what drew us to this office as we wanted to avoid an antibiotic. The staff was loving and attentive.

We recently visited the dentist with hopes of a holistic approach, but our experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our five-year-old daughter didnt even get a chance to see the doctor due to his bad mood. While the dental hygienist was patient and understanding with our child, the doctors rudeness was evident even towards the hygienist.In a shockingly brief encounter, Dr. Eccole barely spent 30 seconds with our daughter before abruptly leaving the room. He refused to treat her further, citing her movement as the reason. Its disappointing to see such a lack of patience and understanding from a dentist, especially one who claims to specialize in a holistic approach.We believe that if Dr. Eccole finds it challenging to treat children, he should reconsider accepting them as patients. Our childs experience was less than positive, and we hope that future patients, especially parents seeking a holistic dentist, will have a more considerate and compassionate encounter.

This was hands down the best experience I have had with a dentist. I took in my 2 year old daughter and had my other two children in tow. Dr Eccles immediately came out to greet the children and talk to them about the jellyfish in the waiting area. He was kind, gentle, non-judmental, and came up with a reasonable plan given the age of my youngest child. I felt safe, well taken care, and not at all stressed during the entire visit. I am beyond thrilled to find a local dentist who aligns with the type of care I want for my family.

I am grateful I found Doctor Eccles. He is a very honest dentist and he will only recommend services that are required. I love that he uses the holistic approach. Audrey is the best as well. She is very positive and explains everything to you. Your co pay and out of pocket cost if any. I enjoy coming here. Great customer service. The staff are all nice and always greet you with a smile. The Hygienist is also so thorough in cleaning my teeth. I love this place. Positive experience everytime I go here! They care.

The staff in this clinic bring a very welcoming environment putting their full attention on the patient whos there in front of them. On top of that Dr. Eccles did a great job explaining different routes I could take with getting crown work done. Great service by Dr. Eccles and his staff! Been here for last three years. Dr. Eccles has been a great dentist and addressed my gum bleeding sensitivity issues and took care of my cavities etc. His front desk and dental assistants have all been very great! Overall very happy with the care and the treatment here!

Best dentist experience I’ve had in a very long time. Right from the moment I contacted Dr. Eccles office, I received the best service possible. Audrey was very kind and answered any questions that I had regarding my treatment and the cost of it as well. I had looked up multiple places that specialized in safely removing amalgam fillings and I am very glad to have come across Dr. Eccles page. Other places were trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for my treatment, but here I was able to get a reasonable price that I could afford. The entire process of removing the amalgam fillings and replacing them, went by very smoothly and the doctor explained everything he was doing throughout the process, which made me feel more comfortable. I was a bit uneasy due to the fact that I have had bad experiences at the dentist before. Thank you Dr. Eccles for making me feel comfortable and doing a great job & also Audrey for being so kind throughout the entire process as well!

The quality of work that Dr. Eccles does is excellent. He replaced my Mercury fillings the safest way possible. One of the fillings was really deep, my previous dentist wouldn’t do but not an issues at all with Dr.Eccles. His years of experience definitely show in the quality of work he does. The office staff is great as well.

DR. Eccles is an amazing professional, he succesfully and efficiently removed 2 silver fillings from my lower teeth and replaced then with Compound resin, he even corrected my bite, so my smile looks better than ever. I am made another appointment to remove the rest of the 3 silver fillings I have on my top teeth, I look forward to be completely having my mouth free from Mercury and I have noticed a big difference in my overall health since. I look forward to seeing Dr.Eccles and his friendly staff, Audrey is also amazing this is the best dentist office I ever visited in my life, I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Dr Eccles is patient, knowledgeable and cares about total health, of which oral health is a main component. His staff is courteous and professional. Recently I consulted Dr Eccles for a second opinion on an oral health issue; he concurred with the first opinion I received and explained why.Since I was in pain from an infection on an old root canal, Dr Eccles administered an ozone injection to the area which in two days significantly decreased the pain intensity and allowed me to function until I could consult an oral surgeon.

I came in for a routine cleaning and the hygienist found an issue that Dr Eccles needed to look at. He examined my tooth explained what he saw and gave me options and a recommendation. I elected to see if he could resolve it then and there. He took a quick X-ray fixed the issue and did not charge me any more than for the checkup. This is not the first time dr Eccles has gone the extra mile. He consistently put patient health above business and insurance bureaucracy.
