I was in complete tears when my computer decided to go haywire. After several attempts of rebooting only to see a dark screen filled with a rainbow of colors staring back at me, I knew it was time to seek help beyond the Apple bar. Thank the computer gods for RyTECHan! After explaining my issues, he patiently reassured me by offering various cost effective solutions and was at my office within an hour to solve my computer problems. Luckily all I needed were minor repairs and not a new computer! Hands down Ryan was efficient in every way possible; I was up and running within several hours. In the profession I am in, I am constantly on the go. Very professional service. I had a serious problem with my mac that 2 technicians said they couldnt fix and two others were charging more than the computer itself. RyTHECHan team came and fixed the problem same day for a fraction of the other quotes. Highly recommend.
