First off the service was terrible. Very unprofessional. The guy talked to us like we owed him something. Second the limo was not new as advertised it was pretty old, in fact it was so old that the AC didn’t work, we were burning up in there. Also the radio didn’t work so the driver tried to make conversation instead and he barely spoke English. We couldn’t understand him at all. I would not recommend this place at all. In fact they’re getting 1 star because I couldn’t give them zero stars.

Went to the airport driver was adamant about putting luggage in the front. I thought to myself weird… I insisted in my luggage being in the trunk, I quickly found out why he had garbage in the trunk! So I put my luggage in the front seat, surprise no ac and smelt like garbage the whole ride to SFO!!

I was nervous about getting to SFO on time on a holiday weekend during a BART strike, so I decided to use a car service. I chose RYE Limousine Inc, based on other Yelp reviews, and they exceeded expectations. I encountered pleasant, professional service from start to finish.Manager Heidi, was wonderful to deal with on the phone. On the day of pick-up, I second-guessed my departure time and asked for the driver to arrive 30 minutes earlier. Heidi responded immediately to my email and said no problem. The driver was waiting for us ahead of time and had a sheet of paper with our name taped in the window so he was easy to find. He was courteous and efficient, finding the fastest route but always driving safely. The car was clean and comfortable.Heidi took my credit card over the phone so we didnt have to fuss about the fare later. I felt the price was extremely reasonable and would recommend RYE Limousine Inc, to anyone, anytime.

I dont have a lot of experience renting limos/party buses/cars in general, but I trusted the 5 star reviews at RYE Limo and am extremely satisfied! Out of all the places I contacted to do a last minute 32 passenger party bus, RYE got back to me first. Donnas communication was amazing - from e-mail to phone, she was incredibly easy to get a hold of, and he responds promptly. In addition to the flawless reservation, the cost was super reasonable! There is a 5 hour min on the weekends, but we were totally fine with that (we used it for about 4 hrs) since the service was outstanding. Stive, our driver, was super cool... remained in constant communication with me throughout our use. The bus was super clean, equipped with champagne flutes, a garbage can and an aux cord for us to listen to our music. The seats were comfortable and 10 of us were content in the bus. If I had to ever use a party bus or limo again, I wouldnt hesitate to call the guys at RYE Limousine!

Working with RYE Limousine was a great experience. We would definitely use RYE again!Our e-mail was promptly returned with questions to help determine what our exact needs were. Agnes pricing was thorough and VERY competitive. She helped us plan our trip to be sure we could get everything we wanted to do with the amount of time we had.The ride was smooth and the limo was clean. Honestly, my favorite part of the trip was that the soda selection was varied and not just your standard cola, lemon lime, and diet! There was plenty of water, champagne and ice. All of our beverages were well chilled right as we got into the limo.Yasar is super friendly and made sure we enjoyed our time. Now, if only I could afford to hire him all of the time....

This is a long overdue review for RYE. I have been using their services for the past two months and have been extremely pleased. Their cars are clean, newer and in great condition. There is always water, magazines and mints in the car. Their drivers are extremely polite, professional and safe and a shout out to their dispatcher, Heidi! 99% of the dispatchers are difficult to communicate with and it causes major confusion specially at critical times but not in their case, Heidi has always been on point and easy to communicate with. Case in point, last week while I was out of town, my wife needed to go see a doctor but was not comfortable driving in her condition. One text to Heidi and within 10 minutes a car was outside waiting for her with directions to the clinic.The car always arrives 15 minutes early and they have always had a car and driver available despite how late at times I have called them. Oops!I am a traveling consultant and i need a reliable airline (Thank you Delta for covering that), a reliable hotel (SPG!) and a reliable car service and RYE fits that perfectly. I highly recommend giving them a chance and Im sure you wont be disappointed! Keep up the good work guys!

Heidi and Yasar (owner) very professionalI used RYE Limousine, Inc for a fourth grade field trip to the San Jose Tech Museum. Being in charge of 50 students is a task in itself so having an organized transportation service is a necessity. Our driver was amazing. He was more than punctual and his personable demeanor kept the students at ease.The community bus is equipped with a stereo system and he accommodated student requests to turn on the radio during the long ride.Scheduling is a breeze but keep in mind that the company does not accept invoices. You must pay in cash/check/credit to reserve your date.I am recommending RYE Limousine, Inc for every field trip my school takes. Much like the other reviewers have mentioned below this car service is top notch. My husband and I used many other services until we came across this company. It is a family run business and the personal touch is felt every step of the way. Starting from the dispatcher that picks up and knows you by name before you even say hello, to the prompt confirmation that is sent after booking, to the driver that always arrives 10 minutes early, to the nice cars/limos and everything in between - they are simply the best. I booked online for RYE Limousine service to take my family to the SFO airport on Christmas day and pick us up for our return on 1/2. The driver, Yashar was 15 minutes early, helped with our bags and was very friendly.He assured us that he would be there promptly on our return to pick us up. As it turned out, there was a major storm and our flight was delayed by two days and then we arrived over an hour late. It was a different driver, but he was just as courteous and made sure where was enough.I highly recommend this company. The car was clean an the staff was very prompt about getting back to me whether by email, phone or text.The prices were extremely competitive, but when taking into consideration the cost of having peace of mind and not having to fight for a taxi when returning, made all the difference in not being stressed after a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Our family trip to Napa from Walnut Creek with RYE Limousine, far exceeded my expectations!Not only did Donna of RYE Limousine, respond quickly and patiently answered all my questions, but she was extremely helpful and accommodating in planning our trip. On the day of our trip he surprised us with an upgraded vehicle and was nice enough to send his driver Yasar (who was great) to pick up our lunch while we were on a wine tour so that we would stay on schedule. After finally deciding with my family to take our vacation in San Francisco, California we needed to plan how we were going to get around, we honestly did not want to have to go through the trouble of renting a car and spending our vacation trying to figure out where to go and where to park. After talking it over we decided to look up a few limo services that will give us a tour of SF and also help us with our needs . We decided to go with RYE Limousine Service because of there great review. We recieved the call when he (the driver) arrived. He was very punctual and very professional which my dad appreciated. In the limo he had snacks and drinks, the ac was great although the weather in SF is also pleasant. He took us straight to the Hotel and was patient enough to wait for us to change to take us to the nearest restaurant. Needless to say he was very professional, polite, and quiet which my mom liked. If your new to SF i would recommend RYE Limousine Inc, he gave us a great tour of SF including sight seeing like of the Golden Gate Bridge, Painted Ladies, Twin Pick and even drove us down Lombard Street. With all this said, i completely recommend them.

I rented a limo for my wifes birthday. The driver, John-Mark, arrived on-time and was very friendly and professional. The stretch limo was beautiful and very will maintained. My wife and I and our adult children were taken to a restaurant that we had chosen in San Francisco. We texted John-Mark a couple of minutes before we were ready to leave and he promptly was out front waiting. He was happy to take photos for us outside of the restaurant. We then proceeded to Coit Tower where we exited the car and enjoyed birthday cupcakes and the wonderful views. On the way home, we dropped some of our passengers along the way and arrived home with no glitches. The driver and the limo were fantastic. My wife and I used RYE Limousine for a day trip to Napa for our wedding anniversary. It was really a first class experience all the way. Yasar, our driver, is the consummate professional. He was early picking us up and the limo was a clean and comfortable ride. He is extremely friendly and really helped make our experience a really memorable one. At the first stop, my wife and I were admiring the scenery and Yasar volunteered to take pictures for us (he took several that day), which was so unexpected and thoughtful! Upon leaving each winery, Yasar would greet us at the door and take the wine that we had purchased from us and put it into the airconditioned cabin to maintain its condition. Again, we did not have to ask him to do this, he just understands how to provide incredible service to his clients. I used RYE for the first time last week, and could not be more pleased with their service. Aydin was very communicative, and made sure we were on track. He was a fifteen minutes early for pick up, and wonderful car and was very professional and courteous- more like a friend coming to get us, we felt very welcomed. Our arrangements changed slightly during the day, and RYE was very accommodating. Even when my team was running late, Aydin still greeted us with smiles and did not make us feel pressured or guilty. Our group of five women used RYE for a day trip from Walnut Creek to Sonoma. We had an amazing time in our stretch Lincoln MKZ, which was stocked with water and soda, a bottle of prosecco, and champagne glasses. There was also a great sound system that we blasted and sang along with our favorite tunes! The driver, Jean Marc, was incredible - super sweet, courteous, and flexible with our stops. The customer service/office staff was also great to work with. We had multiple schedule changes leading up to the day trip with all of the changing covid-19 rules, but they rolled with it and told me this is your day, were here to make it special. I will definitely use RYE again when were back in the area. Highly recommended.

Awesome Service!My initial experience was friendly and the staff was knowledgeable, providing good costumer service that explain all of the options to me while planning my booking. I was given a complimentary itinerary that included some interesting and famous wineries and picnic lunch venues. The itinerary was set up customized for us and was in line with the short amount of time that my wife and I were staying in Napa.We were picked up at our house eveb beofre scheduled time ( the vehicle arrived 15 minutes before ) and our drives name Yashar. We were upgraded to Mercedes-Benz S550 series which was a great surprise. Yashar was absolutely awesome, He was friendly and personable but above all, knowledge of the winery process/industry was on another level. He answered all of our questions andmade our trip extremely memorable. He even went over a few minutes on our time to take my wife and I to a store to pick up a few items.In short, I would highly recommend RYE Limousine, Inc and Yashar as a driver for sure. Have fun!

Traveling to SFO is easy now. Our driver was on time and professional, and the town car was in pristine condition.On my return trip, my flight was delayed. I emailed Yasar to let him know but he was already tracking our flight. Heidi was very friendly and professional on the phone and email and text helping to make the plans.We decided to use the service for our pick up and drop off at SFO.I had originally called just to make a reservation for a stretch limo for our sons 30th birthday party.But we decided to try the airport transfer first.So Yasar picked us up in the Nevigater when arriving at SFO and we used the same service when leaving town. Yasar was so very nice and professional. The car was clean and just such a hassle free trip to and from airport Ill definitely use these guys again for airport transfer. It is not that much more $ than a cab.The stretch limo for our sons birthday party was just so much fun, a great experience. I felt so VIP. The seats were plush and the temp was perfect. I got to control the music, very important stuff. The driver made me feel very safe and comfortable. The driver impressed me when an a-hole driver wouldnt let us in at our exit. He chose to just take the next exit rather then do anything risky. Thank you RYE Limousine Inc.I called Yashar earlier this year based on my experience with him company, RYE Limousine Inc, last year to ask him if he would be willing to drive us down Highway 1 for a week.He agreed and he picked us up at SFO and drove us to our hotel. He picked us up a few days later in a very comfortable and luxurious SUV Navigator and drove us to our first stop - the Menlo Park Tesla dealer for our test drive. Our drive was enjoyable and we talked about our visit in SF and this exciting new car we were ready to test drive.Yashar drove us to Monterey, Morro Bay and Santa Barbara. He is very professional and is very focused on exceptional service. He is always on time. We asked Yashar to stop so many times down Highway 1 and he was always so friendly and kind.Always felt safe since we knew that we could enjoy the scenery and never be concerned about getting lost since Yashar was always in control and knew how to get us to all of the hotels and restaurants.He also provided us with dinner recommendations in Santa Barbara. Once again, RYE Limousine did not disappoint. Yasar arrived on time (actually, earlier than expected) and I was out of my meeting 15 minutes early, which was fantastic. Received a text from Yasar that he was awaiting my arrival, which was great.My cell phone was out of power. Yasar allowed me to coordinate my meeting with my husband for dinner, using his cell phone. How great is that? But what was amazing, is that he had a cell phone charging wire for my phone as well! I run my business off of my cell phone, so this was absolutely wonderful!!!!Traffic leaving down toune at rush hour sucked. Definitely not the drivers fault, but Yasar took the back roads (I know SF City well) and got me to my destination safely.I will continue to use this service on a regular basis. I book my trips through their site the night before and receive confirmation via e-mail. Seamless.For those who had bad experiences, I cannot answer, but for me, all of my experiences have been wonderful.Thank you to Heidi and all of the drivers who have picked me up. After three years of living in Dublin, I had never used RYE Limousine, mainly because I thought they were overpriced. In that time period, I was not loyal to any limousine company--I used whoever was around, or whevers business card I could find for airport and other transfers. That worked out great, until...My husband and I had a 8 AM flight out of SFO to go on the vacation of our dreams--a monthlong trip to Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and to go on safari. If we missed our first flight, this would mean missing two connections (to Amsterdam, then to Kilimanjaro) that would not have been easy to rebook, and that would have delayed us for at least a day.We had hired another company (Applause Limo, out of Livermore) to take us to the airport, mainly because they seemed as nice, and their pricing was better. 5:15 AM comes. Me and my husband are standing outside of our house waiting for a car THAT NEVER COMES. Applause was unreachable by any of their phone numbers. In fact, I didnt hear from Applause at all until I was sitting at the gate getting ready to board my flight.The ONLY reason why we made our flight is because we called RYE Limousine. Even at 5:30 on a Wednesday morning, they were able to have a driver to us. By 6 AM, we were in our comfortable Town Car. By 6:40 AM, we were at the airport. By 7:45 AM, we were sitting on our plane. If RYE Limousine had not been around, we would have ended up paying over $400 for a month worth of daily parking at the airport.Ever since that time, we have used (and will continue to use) RYE Limousine for trips where reliability is the most important consideration. We know we can count on them to have a car to us on time, and we are willing to pay for this assurance. These guys are perfect...could not have had been a better experience. To understand the power of those 5 stars.. a few things that come to mind. Keep in mind, this was my FIRST time ever using a limo to get home from San Francisco Airport.From first instinct, I never had to pick up phone...put my order in online, got an email back within couple hours (one day advance). Email said there would be someone waiting for me..and gave me exact price. DoneGot off plane, and the driver was waiting for me just past security ($10 fee).THAN - I realized I left my wallet on plane....the driver looked after my bags for like 25 minutes!THAN - my phone died and I had to get an important number from my gmail account. The driver willingly let me borrow his I-Phone to make a phone call and use internet.Of course, I had 4 bags and he helped me without having to buy a $5 luggage cart. The ride to destination was also good and a driver didnt have a hard time to find the house.As you can see, I gave the driver their moneys worth and with the situation at hand, wallet and cell phone issues...the driver made it all a very pleasant experience.Cant beat that...Definitely will use this company for the next time.

L I just wanted to say; Loved this tour! Did the one day/6 winery shared limo bus tour with Nike was very professional and courteous, leading us on a tour 6 very interesting wineries. I wont list the names because part of RYE allure is that they keep the itinerary secret. I think thats a good strategy otherwise you have expectations. All I will say is that we went to some smaller, off the beaten bath wineries and we enjoyed them all. Would definitely use them again RYE Limousine, Inc and recommend them to others.

Thank you so much RYE Limousine, IncI used this company for my birthday day trip to Napa and everyone had a blast! We got the 40 person limo style bus that was just phenomenal. It even had a bathroom. Thats nucking futs! Really helped out all the ladies with the tiny bladders we had in our party. I planned the entire Napa escapades and the company was totally fine with just taking my itinerary and making sure we had a blast. They even brought water for the passengers. And the ipod connector was clutch. I just made an awesome Napa Valley birthday playlist and we were set.The price was super reasonable for the luxury bus that we had. Yasir was amazingly accommodating, nothing like the 1 star reviews make him sound. I booked 3 weeks in advance and I swear we were blowing up his phone every week with some new concern. We talked to him pretty much every week leading up to the day of the event. Him being responsive really helped us since planning a day trip for 40 people can get chaotic. I would highly recommend RYE Limousine, Inc if youre planning a trip to Napa with a group.

FANTASTIC limousine service. My parents, brother, and brothers girlfriend all came to pleasant hill and I wanted to take them to San francisco.. RYE Limousine made the entire experience easy breezy. I have to thank Agnes at RYE Limousine Service for helping with coordinating and the execution of a recent excursion to Napa for some execs I was entertaining. I was having a very frustrating time with the wineries, as we were starting late in the afternoon, and almost everything closes at around 4:30pm in Napa. Scheduling was a nightmare. The Napa wineries are quite dickey about their times when making a reservation. and we were on such a tight schedule, that I could not align with their demands, nor were they willing to accommodate me. In stepped Agnes. She took the list of my choices, and started calling them. She was able to get everyone in line (with one venue change) for the tour, and we were able to stick to our necessary schedule.The driver, Yassir, arrived exactly on time, and was clean, properly dressed, super courteous, and professional. The shuttle bus (looks like a limo inside) was clean, and well stocked including the charioteer platter I had requested. Yassir was able to keep everyone on schedule as we really needed to be. He would tell us things about the region and the stops as we would come up on them. One stop, we took a little too long, and he had already called ahead to let them know we would be a few minutes late.Yassir got us to our restaurant right on time. After dinner, he asked me what we would like to do... the group wanted to run around the downtown (OK, it was bar hopping)... So, he just said, give me a call when you are ready and let me know where you are at... We didnt leave until midnight. Yassir dropped us all off at the hotel in San Francisco, made sure everything was out of the Sprinter (I watched him run his hands through the seats just to make sure no phones etc were left behind)...All the billing including tip was handled through the office, so there was no awkward lingering when the evening was completed. I like that piece.I commend Ashley for her abilities in coordinating this trip and her follow through afterwards, and to Yassir for his excellent service and professionalism. I will definitely come to RYE again in the future.

I wouldnt give even one star but I didnt have a choice. They picked me up from Airport. In the beginning I didnt really care if car wasnt clean . I fly a lot. After hours on the airplane any car will do the job for me. There is one thing every woman will agree with me on this. We want to feel safe when we sit in a limo or any transport. We take care of selves for ourselves not for harassment. There is a reason I order bigger car to feel comfortable after a long flight. I think he was the owner. I dont remember drivers name but when i read comments It might be Yassir or Yashar I dont know its the same person. He told me he is the owner. If you a owner of a company you should be able to know the line between compliment and verbal harassment. He is 56 57 mid aged man. First he asked me if I am married. I said yes happily. He started giving me compliments . He mentioned he is married and kept going about it. I wasnt there to hear his life story and company success. There are a lot of things I could write but I dont think this is ethic. I have some of his conversation saved on my voice recorder. I use my voice recorder for notes but I had to record his conversation just in case I go ahead and sue him. Be careful when you call them for a ride. Definitely not that guy.
