It’s always such a pleasure working with the Ryan Maguire team at this State Farm. Specifically, I worked with Tami Granada. In addition to being great at her job, she’s just a delightful human. Honestly, insurance isn’t always the most exciting thing to have to engage with, but it’s made better when you’re talking to people who treat you like family. They really do treat you like a good neighbor.

This is the easiest and quickest way to do business. Thank you to Jeanine for making the process completely painless. I called a handful of other companies; you know all the ones claiming they could save you a bunch of money, however they all requested a hefty down payment which I couldnt afford. My agent was Adam Johnson, okay, dont forget that name: This man is a good man and a better agent. I say this even before discovering he was handsome. After being jerked around by progressive I found myself shopping for new insurance. When I called state farm, it was no robots. Straight to this guy. He was professional, candid, straight to the point: a true American gentleman. He got me a great rate with no B.S, on both auto and on renters, and it took under 45 mins. I spoke with Ryan & Adam at Sacramento pride. I was in a situation where 2 people on my policy were moving to a different state and I would remain in Sac. My biggest concern was being able to keep the loyalty discount. Adam was prompt to follow up with me and made the whole process simple. It was simple enough where I could do my job and set up new insurance at the same time. I was able to get a lower rate than I already had, while keeping the exact same coverage. Ryan is always so helpful, friendly and professional during our discussions. I have had State Farm for quite a few years and until Ryan became my agent in 2019 I had never been contacted by my previous agent for coverage review. My first meeting with Ryan in 2020 was so great since I thought my home business was covered by my regular policy. He worked with setting up my business policy and revising my existing home coverage and there was not much of an increase even after updating to an umbrella policy. He also assisted with setting up life insurance which I had been meaning to do.I definitely appreciate the time and effort he puts into his customers!

Im gonna be honest. Ryan had inherited us from our agent who had retired. So frankly, I was pretty skeptical because our previous agent had been so excellent. Plus our situation is complex. We are in a long term but unmarried relationship, one of us owns a business, theres corporate policies and personal policies. Umbrella policies, and all the other stuff one needs. We have very specific needs on limits and very outlandish concerns about the sky falling. Frankly, were difficult. Well, Ryan has been excellent. He actually understood our concerns, helped us evaluate how we might obtain better coverage, while also showing us things we may not need. He specifically identified a hole in our insurance shield we have never even considered. Ultimately all better coverage for less. Without hesitation I would recommend Ryan and his team at State Farm for your insurance needs!

The last thing you want is to be sitting by the side of the road in the Sierra Nevadas with a broken-down Harley and its a hundred degrees.
